Noelle at the front desk was so nice and welcoming! Great spot just needs some updates here and there.

A serviceable hotel. The beds, cleanliness, and noise levels were all fine, and the gym was good (but not properly stocked with wipes or towels for days). The front desk staff were just okay- I got three hellos in seven days. The Pantry staff in the mornings were friendly and hard working, and the food there was tasty. Some of the housekeeping staff were rude; I made eye contact, said hello, and they turned away from me. The lack of warmth from the staff clearly is area that needs addressing.

Overnight trip to visit family. Hotel was perfect! The decor was unique and intriguing! Great location! Would stay here again!

The service was amazing from check-in to check- out. The woman that checked us in with super sweet, kind and helpful. I wish I got her name so that I could shout her out directly! Its a really beautiful hotel inside and right across the street from Natick Mall and right on Route 9 with Wal-mart and other shops not too far down the road. I would definitely stay here again!

3 night stay. 1st morning no hot water in the shower. Contacted front desk. They said they had nobody available to look at it. Checked out today still no hot water this morning. I stay at this hotel weekly and never had an issue like this work management didn't seem to care.

This was such a cool hotel. It has all the normal amenities of a Hilton, with the added bonus of a 20th century pop culture theme. The theme didn't impact any of the amenities or in room sophistication, but you got to see fun pop culture references around every corner (like a Charlie's Angels silhouette at the back of one of the benches in the lobby sitting area). The bar was great too! Would definitely stay again.
