The Verve Hotel Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

It was an awesome place, cool vibes, great bar!

We enjoyed our stay at The Verve Hotel! The hotel was lovely with access to shopping and other amenities close by. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff and atmosphere was very welcoming.

Very clean. Good location. Friendly staff.

The room didn't have hot water. When taking a shower it was cold. When telling the staff the comment was" you should have called". No sorry or positive comment. I had to leave for appointment and no time for staff to fix hot water. My wife did not get a shower. I would expect hot water.

Super fun theme that delighted all ages in our group.

It was an absolute treat to have daily housekeeping! Very few hotels still do that. Liked the decor. All good-if I could change anything, I would add more lighting to the parking lot. I would warn other travelers that the entrance/exit is on a very busy road-stay alert. Also, Expedia lists Verve as having a free breakfast. It is Not free.

The property was convenient for our needs the staff were helpful and fixed an issue with our room quickly and then checked to see how we were doing.

Location was convenient. Staff friendly. No outdoor common areas. Beds uncomfortable. No free coffee. Breakfast not included or higher rate per night. Fitness center no ventilation, very hot, sun beams through the glass, some equipment out of order. Charged for in room bottled water. The facility definately not what I expected for a Hilton hotel. Cleaning staff removed my coffee tray and empty cans from my bedside table took my bottle return money option. They didnt leave enough toilet paper always had to ask.

Great hotel. Clean room, quick service for check in/out. They allow you to check in early as long as a room is clean/available.

I thought the decor was fun and unexpected. A true ode to Pop Culture. The price of drinks in the bar was pretty steep. I watched the second half of a basketball game in there, enjoyed myself but wasn't thrilled with the total of the bill.

No hot water both mornings of our stay, managment was unresponsive. Room is outdated with several items in disrepair. AC vibrated very loud.

Room was clean, plenty of towels. The front staff was very nice.

Easy check in, clean room. We had an uneventful one night stay that was solid all around.

The hotel has an eclectic vibe, the decor was fun. Theme should be carried into the room decor, as it was quite staid and uninteresting. Clean enough, The vanilla smell in the entry, lobby was off putting, too cloying. No mention of the other amenities in the hotel, such as breakfast hours, pool, etc was offered at check in. Not even where to find the elevator, which was quite far from the desk. The climate control unit in the room was noisy and was woken up by the dumpster being emptied at 6 am. Overall stay was just acceptable, nothing exceptional.
