Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We really felt welcomed. All staff that we encountered were friendly. Room was fine. A little dated but clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to put chairs and a small table on rooms with balcony. You can’t really enjoy balconies without anywhere to sit.

When we first entered the room there was this gross musty smell. Also, the bathroom floor was wet. However, the beds were clean and the staff was very helpful.

When I was still sleeping in the room, a stranger used a card, and opened the door. This was a horrible experience I had with this hotel!

The bed is really hard but the staff was nice. They did seem short staffed though.

Great location, good value. I couldn’t find a working ice machine.

No shuttle service anywhere, breakfast was not free, no recommendations on what to do in area. No room microwave. But the staff was friendly and it was clean.

The shower water would not drain, not able to use. We were in a rush to leave in the morning and this was very unfortunate.

Great hotel. Right next to the mall so great for shopping. Plenty of restaurants close by. The only negative is the price of food at the in house restaurant. $13 for a small scone and chocolate milk is ridiculous.
