No shuttle service anywhere, breakfast was not free, no recommendations on what to do in area. No room microwave. But the staff was friendly and it was clean.

The shower water would not drain, not able to use. We were in a rush to leave in the morning and this was very unfortunate.

Great hotel. Right next to the mall so great for shopping. Plenty of restaurants close by. The only negative is the price of food at the in house restaurant. $13 for a small scone and chocolate milk is ridiculous.

My first room didn’t work out as it had a bad stench which didn’t give me a good feeling at first regarding cleanliness. I felt the facility itself was pretty dated for the price and courtyard brand. The bathrooms felt pretty old and could use a face lift. It felt slightly overpriced in all honesty.

I particularly enjoyed my morning shower. Most of the time when I stay at a hotel this is not the case. Typically, the shower is but a light frustrating sprinkle. The shower here was full throttle. Also, the mounted shampoo and soap dispensers were a nice touch. Great job Marriot! Your attention to small details like this makes all the difference. The front desk was very accommodating. Samantha was especially kind and helpful. A truly fitting choice, she brings the guest staying experience to the next level! I’m looking forward to staying at the Marriot whenever I travel. The property was nice and in a great location with a lot of places to go in cllse proximity. The person working the front desk when we checked in was extremely friendly and provided all the information we needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Only complaint is: needing to pay extra $$$ for breakfast despite the website saying it is included in the normal nightly fee. The rest of the property and room was fantastic. But wasn't expecting to pay more for something I already spent money on.
