My family and I stayed there and everything was great.

The room we were assigned smelled strongly of wet dog. We asked to change rooms and the second room had less of an odor, but not none.

The staff is excellent need to highlight Samantha PJ as she was extremely courteous and helpful. Bar was closed doe 1st 3 nights other than that have very positive feedabck. very good location near natick mall and shoppers world

Front desk staff were very helpful and warm. Kudos to Samantha and Sarah in particular. My only recommendation is to provide better coffee. The coffee machine in the room did not make good coffee and the coffee in the lobby was weak. Real creamers in room instead of powder would help but the quality of the coffee needs improvement.

The Room smelled of mildew. We were too tired to complain to have them change our room. This wasn't our first time staying here. The other times th rooms were okay. Time to look for another hotel for future stays

The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed had the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Needless to say I did not sleep well. The ice machine on my floor did not work. The restaurant and bar were closed the evening we arrived, so we had to go elsewhere to eat. The hotel was dated. Would not stay there again.

Everything was great about this Hotel! We wanted to book another stay here, but we accidentally booked at another Hotel that was nowhere close to how amazing our stay was at Courtyard by Mariott.
