Great location

We checked in but finding no refrigerator in our room. I should of called ahead. They moved us to one that had one which was so helpful. The beds so comfy had a great sleep. The breakfast they offer is the best! We will be back :)

We had absolutely no issues. We were only there one night and we did not have the breakfast there so its hard to comment on those things. But the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful and the place was clean.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is old and poorly maintained. The room was not clean, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bed. The room also felt stuffy, and the air conditioner was extremely loud, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, this was a very uncomfortable experience, and I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was great clean, breakfast. There was only one thing they didn’t have a shower stool or shower chair available.

Great location... close to Natick Mall and the highway.

It was nice and clean and comfortable. A little out dated, the fridge didn’t have any shelves, the shower head was green, needs to be cleaned; overall smelled good and bed was comfy.

Bed and pillow were not comfortable Staff, breakfast and the staff.

I had to have them bring me towels because the bathroom had no linens and they were scratchy. Room was clean and tidy. Restaurant took 10 minutes or more for them to acknowledge me to get a table

The rest of the facility is very nice, the breakfast is always fantastic, the front desk staff is amazing. I’m just not sure what happened in this area.

I mentioned my complaints as I left and the desk staff wrote it down, but she didn’t apologize. While the lobby area and breakfast space were very nice, the room was not good. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was adequate. The room was fine for a one night visit. There was only one garbage basket in the room which was inconvenient. We didn't like that we couldn't adjust the room temperature as the thermostrat was locked. The breakfast was good with lots of hot and cold choices.
