The staff was lovely. Shout out to Beth and Cassidy at the front desk. Very clean facilities. We had to take an elevator even up one flight of steps. Very inconvenient unless we wanted to enter from outside. The sofa bed was as lumpy as could be. The bedroom was lovely, though. Breakfast was nice but if you came in the last 45 minutes before it ended, cut up fruit and sometimes even the bagels were gone. The early bird catches the worm and the late sleepers get whatever is left. Lastly, and most irritating is the price was very high and they charged $10 a day more for parking. Really?

Up-to-date amenities in a very clean environment and very walkable straight to the Natick mall also appreciated the free breakfast

This is a great hotel. Clean, nice apartment style rooms with a ktichen, solid gym, washer/dryer. Very nice bar/lounge and breakfast too. Good location across from the mall and easy on/off to Mass Pike.

One of the best Marriott Residence Inns we have stayed at! Great clean room, friendly and welcoming staff plus nice gym and other amenities like laundry facilities on premises. Very good location to near shopping, restaurants and easy access to highway. Will definitely be back again.

greate divider between rooms, front desk seevice was lovely. they found out my daughter was graduating and took pictures if her in the lobby and gave her a free snack frok concessions very expensive pads so def buy your yhings like that outside if yiu can . asked for more towels through phone, did not recieve any. had to go down fo get it in person

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Overall a nice hotel. What upset us was the nickel & dimeing. There was a $10 charge for parking - although it was not in the listing, and the parking lot was completely empty. They even tacked on 20% administrative charge on the tip paid by the QR code. I travel enough and tip by QR code provided in the room. First time I am seeing an administrative charge.

The place is conveniently located just moments from I-90 and next to the Natick Mall! The place was extremely clean and modern, and the front desk receptionists were very friendly and helpful, too! I would love to stay here again for the next trip to Boston
