Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Boston - Framingham

Stayed for a week my room only got clean once a that was on a Tuesday an we left the next day. It smelled in there the bed was horrible. Thank god we only slept because we were out all day. But I will never stay at a red roof again.

The room was quite good. Staff was supportive and engaged. Beds were comfortable. The grounds were dirty, there were what appears to have been vagrants on the property. I wouldn't have taken a woman there.

All fine. Think room was better last time, but good safe place for decent price. And right next to Dunkin Donuts.

Our telephone did not work, the tv stopped working the room was not cleaned very well I pulled night stand out to plug charger in and was mortified!! They didn't offer conditioner to guest, my daughter, and I felt very uneasy walking to our room after dark. Needless to say we will not stay there again.

Room service is only 2 days a week so in my 3 days no one came.. I have to take the trash and put it in the bin outside. Beds were smelling. Room eas smelling some pungent odor. I heard the person in front when i checked in, was cancelling his stay because he also experienced bedding bad, stains. Its a 2 star level hotel. Thats all..

Will not stay there again.

It was great and the staff super friendly

The room was clean and the bedding was fresh and appealing. The neighborhood felt safe and there were dining choices within walking distance. Both staff members we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. We both agreed that we would stay here again because it's a good value and convenient to Rt 90.

It’s very friendly service quick check in with a cheap deposit. Free parking and Wi-Fi I believe it’s a few eating places close by. My room was clean it’s a nice size for two people. The only issue is the noise during the day from housekeeping talking and moving around to each room to clean.

Nice location and good service.

Wasn’t enough towels. The room smelled like old milk. The bedding smelt like mildew. Tv was too dark. The rugs on the floor were disgusting. The microwave was burning everything because the inside didn’t spin.

Hotel shows use and wear, but the room itself was very clean. No microwave or refrigerator. Although it lacked some amenities, it was excellent for the price range, especially in the Boston area.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable with lots of lumps in it.

This was a quiet and pleasant place to stay, in the midst of a larger city. I had an ADA room and was happy with the bench seat in the tub, hand held shower and many grab bars. The parking was right in front so it was easy access with my luggage from the car. We were pleasantly surprised with the daily housekeeping. There are places to eat nearby. I will definitely stay here again
