Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Franklin Cool Springs

the door to our room was very hard to open. when I got home the pending charge on my credit card statement was $607.26 as opposed to the reciept of $565.20.

The condition of our room was also unacceptable. The bathroom ceiling had extensive peeling paint and obvious signs of water damage, with large sections flaking off and visible stains (see photos). This made the room feel poorly maintained and raised concerns about the overall upkeep of the property. I chose Hilton because I expected a clean, well-maintained hotel and friendly, professional service. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. I hope management addresses both the maintenance issues and customer service so future guests have a much better experience.

Staff was nice

The room was clean with updated shower. The only downside was that you had to pay for breakfast and parking. Staff was friendly and gym was small, but nice. I would stay again!

Nothing is included with your stay. They charge for parking and they charge for the continental breakfast. Our room was right next to the fire doors in the middle of the hallway, they were incredibly loud every time some went through them.

We stayed in one of their rooms with a whirlpool, which was very nice. However, the room had a king size bed that was in very poor shape with a huge sag in the mattress to the middle. With two of us in the bed, we both felt like we were laying on a hillside on the verge of rolling downhill to the middle. When we contacted the staff, they said they would be more than willing to move us to a different room. However, they had no more available rooms with a whirlpool, which was one of main reasons we chose to stay there. We then asked if they could swap out the bed with another? They stated that unfortunately they had no beds available to replace ours.

Rooms were dirty, mold and the sun visor had holes in it. Front staff was slow with no since of urgency.

Clean room. Staff nice, area was safe.

Excellent customer service

The only reason I gave them four stars is the breakfast offerings wasn’t good.

I was charged $70 extra dollars got $20 back when I checked out don’t understand what the other $50 was for

Spacious modern room with forest view. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Slow check- in. Staff tried to double charge. No free breakfast.

Exceptional

It's very calming and nice.. It could use some deep cleaning and hand rails at the whirlpool it's very slippery.

I made a reservation for a handicap accessible room with appropriate facilities on the ground floor When I arrived I was given a non accessible room on the 2nd floor. There were no facilities for my handicap. I was unable to shower or wash my hair. I spoke to Russel and he was not helpful. The next morning I had breakfast which was satisfactory. I was served by Jannell an she was great. Accomodations!

Friendly staff and beautiful facilities Stains on the hallway carpet. One day, the maids didn’t make our bed.

The bed had a drip in the center. Was like laying in a hammock. This was NOT enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel and good location. Would stay here again.

Clean room, typical breakfast buffet. However, they charge for self-parking.

Deborah from the front desk was kind. The manager was useless. The room was missing basic necessities. The door was crooked and we could hear people in the hall til late.
