Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Franklin Cool Springs

Stayed there previously because it's nice clean ND near all kinds of shopping/dining/etc.

Thank you for the stay at Cool Springs. The stay wasn’t bad but I definitely expected more from a Hilton hotel. The nightstands were missing the wood borders and the bed frame you could tell was old and worn. The room just looked dated and worn. Upon checking in there was not much soap in the shower and just one half roll of toilet paper so I had room service come in so things would get re-filled and nothing was. We ran out of shower body wash, toilet paper, coffee, and had no ice on our floor and were not offered any water so we went to the gas station and bought some. Every evening when we came home there was food left in the hallways by guests- bowls of cereal, yogurt, dirty towels, and pizza boxes. It was just a line of trash walking to our room every time. Housekeeping would just throw all the dirty sheets and towels in the hallway and leave them for hours. I purposely booked with Hilton thinking the stay would be a better experience than other local hotels but I’ll need to book elsewhere next time as the stay just wasn’t worth the money and service.

room itself was with the whirlpool... lived the blackout shades... were a few small maint items that need attention... shower head and cabinet door where the fridge was stashed... we were getting away for our 34th anniv and it was a nice getaway... the $10 parking kind of rubbed me wrong...downtown nashville yes with parking at a premium but brentwood/cool springs area doesnt warrant that in my opinion

I loved the area i was in i love my room with the hot tub everything was a 10 out of 10!

The facilities were clean. The fitness room was well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you.

The hotel was fine. Not bad. Not great. Just fine. Unfortunately, when we arrived the hotel had no record of our reservation, which appears to have been an Expedia problem, not Hilton. In fact, the woman at the front desk was very helpful and worked to find a resolution. The biggest complaint was the bed and pillows. Very lumpy and uncomfortable.

It was quiet and easy to get to. The bedding was not as comfy as other Hiltons I have stayed at. Staff was very nice

Breakfast was ok needs non pork options

Love staying at this property and will definitely be returning!!
