Extended Stay America Suites Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

10 night stay due to medical appointments through Vanderbilt. Noted that upon booking. Staff was decent. Construction not made aware of going on. Room was a little upgraded which was nice but only due to construction and the room originally booked not available. Animal areas not stocked with supplies. Room itself was not cleaned adequately- gnats flying around and other things dirty and a smoky musty smell Lysol didn’t really help with. 1 toilet seat had to be bolted on and a shower head fixed by maintenance.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! The front desk staff was rude, there were roaches and other bugs DEAD in the room and ALIVE ones too. Don’t stay here ever! Also not pet friendly . They let a crazy lady come up to my door saying I stole her cat and more

Everything Nothing

It was very quiet. That was nice. I arrived at night after working 12 hours. I checked in at the office but when I went back out to locate my room I couldn’t see. There were no lights on at all. Pitch black. I had to use my headlights & phone to locate my room. It was very scary to say the least. Anyone could’ve came up on me and I wouldn’t have known. I was all by myself. A woman.

It felt like the being out in the country except right in the city. It’s close to everything you need in an out of the way setting. Cute property, quiet, clean rooms, and great staff! Nothing, everything was great!

Location was good. This facility lacked lighting in the room. There were broken items with no one to tell. No real breakfast. No kitchen items, just empty cabinets. The refrigerator door did not work properly. I had to be careful to make sure it was closed. No ice machine on property, only 2 small ice trays in the freezer.
