Hyatt Place Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs

We love this hotel and location. Just far enough out of Nashville traffic, but convenient if you need to get into downtown. It’s conveniently located near lots of dining and shopping. The hotel is clean and the staff are wonderful.

This hotel is in need of an update. Our room had clean linens and towels, but wasn’t serviced at all during the 4 days we stayed in it. We had to go to get our own fresh towels each day because our room was so humid that our towels wouldn’t dry. The tile and grout in our shower were in need of replacing, and there was mold growing in it. The tile on the floor of the shower was very slippery and we decided to put a hand towel on the shower floor to keep from slipping. The daily breakfast was very good, though.

Great stay! Only complaint is we needed extra towels and asked housekeeping. Their response was “No English.” (In Spanish).

I was overall disappointed with my stay due to a few notable inconveniences. First, there were no vending machines, markets, or snack shops on-site to purchase soft drinks or bottled water. When I asked staff for options, the only solution provided was a 5- to 10-minute walk to a local CVS. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and frequently dropped, which repeatedly interrupted the TV service. Finally, the strict policy prohibiting food and drinks on the pool deck significantly detracted from the pool experience. Given the Hyatt brand standards, I expected a much more convenient and comfortable stay.

Highly recommend! My stay was impeccable, extremely clean hotel from first walk in thru lobby to the room. Scored extra points for hallways smelling wonderful. Vents must have higher end hotel fragrances. My room was perfect. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Price was reasonable and comparable.

Exceptionally spacious room, with separate living and bedroom areas which was really good after a day travelling. Bathroom was average, but very comfy, quiet and leafy retreat. Check-in and out was flawless

I would suggest an unannounced drop in visit from an area manager or other authority and discover things for your self.

Great experience.

Avoid at all costs. We stayed five days and our room was never refreshed, no new towels, no beds made, no toilet paper. Room and entire place was dirty, poorly maintained. Pool fence broken, elevator keys broken and honestly gross. Carpets gross. We requested service and still didn’t get it. Super embarrassed, as our friends also booked here on our recommendation. Desk staff were on Facebook or playing games every time I walked by. One gentleman staff member was disabled and I felt bad asking for help. Cafe was never stocked, no water to be found. Emailed management with no response. I never complain but this place is BAD. Go elsewhere there’s plenty of options nearby. Obviously a management and staffing shortage issue, I was super disappointed to not hear back from the general manager, seems like they don’t care about bad reviews, I was hoping they would care enough to resolve before I left a review. Bad experience. 0/10.
