Hyatt Place Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs

Very clean and very good price for the location

Exceptional

Did not realize the breakfast was Vegan, would have liked real meat/egg options. One of the beds were uncomfortable, could feel springs while the other was comfortable and slept well. Will stay here again. Good price and location.

Clean, spacious room

Overall the hotel was fine. The only issues were our room “refresh” was not great. The bed was remade poorly with our existing sheets and items were not restocked (it took two days to get a box of Kleenex). Also the default channel on the TV that highlights Hyatt needs to be changed IMO. Two men getting married on a beach and kissing is not appropriate or necessary in a family setting.

I had to huddle under the skimpy bed covering as the temperature of the room was frigid and it took awhile to get it warmer. The next 2 nights were much better after i raised the temperature in my room.

Breakfast was what you almost always experience in hotels of this nature - average, but ok. Parking was a little tight.

Large clean rooms to spread out in

The location and the value. The breakfast was not very good. Most customers are not vegetarian. Vegetarian bacon is a poor choice for the general public. Cold and limp waffles are not appealing. Also, a way to keep the food fresh and hot would improve the selections.

Toilet ran all night. Building being painted so first thing in the morning there was non stop beeping from equipment being used.

Very clean rooms, staff was very helpful and respectful. I would recommend this property, green all around the property.

The room was clean. The breakfast was OK but we ended up eating elsewhere the 2nd day. The hotel was a little hard to find because it’s set back from the main road and we missed the sign on the building because of the tall trees near. I would stay there again.

Value I wish they had coffee and filtered water in the lobby during the day and not just at breakfast.

It was a nice place to stay. Breakfast was good. I wish they would have cleaned my room and gave me some more coffee. But I’d stay there again.

Large room but the pullout sofabed was not good. Breakfast was good.

Old, outdated, smelled bad. The sink is in the room. Bathroom was tiny. Beds were tiny. Do not stay here.

Beautiful facility. Loved our room. Quiet; spacious. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Lots of breakfast options!
