My room didn’t have a microwave so I had to go down to the lobby to warm up my food and each and every time I did, I was approached by a harassing male. I left my stay a day early

The comfort the look the cleanliness

Stopped cleaning rooms on a daily basis and only cleaned rooms if you stayed more than three nights. I asked for the room to be cleaned and was told about this new policy. I was told my room would be refreshed with new towels, but that never happened. Would give you a copy of your bill. I asked for a copy of my hotel bill and was told they don’t give copies of bills, but I would receive a copy of the bill from a third party via email. The Front Desk didn’t even offer to tell me my total charges or what I was being charged for. The complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good, but the orange juice was horrible. On checking in, I was asked for my ID. Standard stuff, I get it, they are actually protecting the guest. Unfortunately for me, I had misplaced my driver’s license. I did have a copy of my license which my state license bureau provided me with until I could received a replacement which I presented to the front desk. I was told this was not acceptable. I showed other credit cards with my name on it as well as my Concealed Carry Permit, but I was told they needed an official ID. Worth noting that to receive my CC permit, I had to provide two forms of ID to prove who I was. The front desk clerk finally relented and I was allowed to check in. They acted like they were doing me a solid. Had I not been allowed to stay, I could have thrown a rock in any direction and hit another hotel. Do Better Hyatt!

Comfortable Clean

Good clean rooms. They used to have a small bar with beers and some basics but it was closed and looked like permanently. They have not updated their site. Breakfast was weak.

This booking was a last minute pick. The check in/out staff was really nice. Breakfast had a good selection. The property was nice.

Nice and clean in a great location

The property was clean, the staff was pleasant and the coffee was piping hot. Parking was also convenient and the breakfast was pretty good.

Everything was on point

Staff very helpful. Very good breakfast. But air conditioner in my room sounded like a 747 ascending all night. No ice on 1st floor.

Must be new ownership. This was my go to when staying in Franklin. The front area was disorganized, the full bar is gone and the breakfast offerings were less than before.

Parking was close to the front entrance and very well lit. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean!

I loved this place. It was so clean and the breakfast was wonderful. They offered cafe free eggs and so many organic healthy options.
