Holiday Inn Franklin - Cool Springs by IHG

The property could use more attention to general cleaning, halls and elevators.

To top it off we were overcharged. When checking we werre asked if we ould like to upgrade for $28 to a suite. I asked if that $28 per night for all 3 nights or $28 total for all 3 nights. I was told $28 total. Altough we didn't necessarily need to upgrade but did since we were tild it was $28 only. We were charged $102.43 more. Will never stay here again, they are not honest about their charges.

Well, I thought I had booked another location, but how pleasantly surprised I was! Staff was wonderful, we were in a comfy room. We generally stay at Holiday Inn due to the soft beds and pillows. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with amenities for showering, etc. The strange thing was breakfast was extra charge. Had not had that experience before, but paid during booking. Good hot breakfast to get us up and on the road. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was nice area, but rain moved in just as we were preparing to go. There is staff available at the dining area for drinks, and food. We did eat outside the hotel, so did not partake, but area was very nicely appointed. There is an Amerigo close for Italian food, and we did go to the Publix around the corner for some snacks as well. Nice safe area.

Amazing Staff 5☆ Rooms were clean and cozy. A/C worked well and the Breakfast is excellent. The fitness center needs more attention.

Great price and great hotel! Rooms very clean and staff was super nice. Pet friendly hotels always worry me based on cleanliness and the room was spotless

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner from the restaurant was delicious. Best hotel breakfast I've had in ages. Fresh food with lots of protein options. Very deep pothole in the turn of the road leading to the hotel

Pool was nasty.. And you had to pay 10.00 per person for breakfast

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Parking was excellent breakfast could’ve been better and the pool not so good.

The woman that worked the front desk at night was amazing! She definitely made my kids feel welcome and safe

Our room smelled horrible of mold , we had to spray perfume to make it tolerable. There was a barking dog on our floor , the toilet seat was broken and shifted if you sat on it

Very impressed with room...very clean..convenient location....very friendly front desk worker...he was very helpful in helping us find the locations we were looking for....I would stay at this location again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel offers excellent value for money. Our room was cleaned every day without us even having to ask. The staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything throughout the property was clean and well-maintained, and fresh towels were provided regularly. The pool and grill area were always clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near several beautiful beaches, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfasts were also excellent, with a good variety of options each morning. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The outside pool in all shade.. and the carpet in room was very stained

Very comfortable bed, very quiet room, especially loved your little bartender, Wed & Thursday night. She has a great personality & very friendly. Good breakfast. We had to leave.
