Everything was updated and in great condition. Rooms were clean and quiet. Great breakfast, even the kids ate!

There was no control over the policy of the quiet hours. Kids ran up and down the halls all night and no one did anything after reporting it.

Amenities and overall the common areas of the hotel were well kept. The hallways were blazing hot, should at least have a little AC on during the heat wave. The guy at the breakfast bar was creepy and didn’t speak to the guests or smile; he needs to engage and at least say good morning. The reason we were there - to stay in a room - the room itself was lacking. The beds were supposed to be queen. We spoke to the GM of the hotel, who cut me off (didn’t allow me to finish my sentence) and said only queen and king were in the hotel. She even told me others had complained of the same thing. That should tell you something and as the GM, she should further investigate that quite possibly, the wrong mattresses were delivered and installed in her hotel. However, the “queen” mattresses were significantly smaller than the platform of the beds they were sitting on. We measured the mattress and it’s the size of a full mattress. The mattresses are also very soft and very low to the ground. There is also no box springs. If you are used to a firm mattress, don’t stay here. Our backs hurt immensely and we left one night early with no refund. We stayed five nights and quite honestly, it was four nights too long. We headed back to Texas, staying in an Embassy Suites and it is always perfect. We pay more but you get what you pay for.

The property was excellent. Very nice and clean. Love the perks! Free breakfast, parking, and EV charging stations. The location was/is safe & quite. Customer service was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!

One night stop on our way to Florida. Clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Walking distance to shopping if you have a few hours to kill (and aren’t into the whole Nashville thing)

The lobby was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The room was clean. The bathroom not so much. Some of the shower molding was hanging. No trash bag in the trash can. Overall it was a nice place and I would stay again.

We had great experiences during our stay. Loved the breakfast special of the day, I’ve never seen that before and was nice to have a different option when staying multiple nights.

Good parking, convenient, quiet environment, friendly staff, comfortable bed

The hotel staff was amazing to help us get settled in to the perfect room for our 2 night stay. Will definitely stay here again when in town and hopefully the rooftop bar will be open and ready to enjoy.

There was a rather long line of people trying to check and only one clerk which made for long wait.I made the reservation through Hotels.com and prepaid. When I got there, the clerk couldn’t find that I had paid and didn’t confirm it until we were going out later. He also took my drivers license and didn’t return it. I realized I didn’t have it and thought I had dropped it. When we left about 45 minutes later he had it at the desk and had not tried to get in touch with me to let me know it was at the desk.

Good breakfast. Parking convenient.

This hotel was very clean. The rooms were spotless and very clean. It’s in a nice area with a lot of shopping/food places. Overall the stay was a great experience.

The location was perfect and the hotel was super accommodating with any special requests we had. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and was impressed with their efforts. The elevators were out of service for half of our stay without and idea of when they would be back on. Staying on the 4th floor made this incredibly inconvenient. We did not receive any accommodations because of this or reimbursement either.

The pool shouldn’t be called a pool extremely small they should convert to a hot tub. The access to the outdoor roof top space was closed so that was very disappointing.
