Very new and clean feeling. I am allergic to mold and fragrance. Did not have a problem although better sealing needs to be done around shower or will be problem in future. See above

Clean rooms! Staff very kind and friendly. Saw multiple staff cleaning which was nice. Lots of working was available and breakfast was simple and delicious! Lots of options available. Elevators did break down twice during our stay but other than that, the place was great!

The hotel is new, but unfortunately, the bathroom tile looks dirty and grimy. To be clear, the tile was not actually dirty—I checked! It appears that when the tile was installed, the tile was not cleaned thoroughly enough afterward, leaving behind a residue that makes the floor look filthy even though it isn’t. It’s unfortunate because it gives the wrong impression in an otherwise beautiful, new hotel. Hopefully management sees this and has it taken care of—a good tile cleaning and some Goo Gone may be all it needs! Other than that, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

There was no control over the policy of the quiet hours. Kids ran up and down the halls all night and no one did anything after reporting it.
