Checked in on our way home from vacation. The room smelled musty and the pocket door was broken which made it very tough to even go to the bathroom. Some much needed improvements. Even the lobby has banged up walls and missing paint. Ok but definitely wouldn’t stay again

I had a great stay! The GM was so amazing very friendly and helpful. Room, hallways and lobby super clean smelled lovely. Nice location

My biggest complaint is I was placed in a connecting room, and my door to the room next door was not locked when I arrived. As a solo female traveler that was scary to discover, and I’m so glad I checked soon after getting into the room. I didn’t check to see whether the other room’s connected door was unlocked also. It was comfortable and clean for the most part, though I did notice what looked like maybe a mascara stain on a towel and a tiny rip in the bedsheets. It is an older property, and the appearance reflects that. However, I also think the price reflects that, and it’s not bad for the price. I chose to book it because it is pet friendly and located very close to the pet hospital where my cat had an appointment. My cat ended up not staying the night, so I can’t speak to what the pet friendly rooms are like. Front desk staff was kind and helpful despite having some logistical difficulties with my check in. They very kindly allowed a late checkout. I was informed that the WiFi was down, but that was a minor inconvenience. Property was quiet and felt safe (other than the connecting door being left unlocked). I did not use any amenities or eat breakfast. Overall it was perfectly fine for one night but would benefit from more stringent standards for room security and cleanliness of linens.

Wonderful staff and great clean property. It was hot in Nashville and having the pool open was great. Breakfast was good, and they have a 24 hour automatic Nescafe coffee machine. I will stay at this property again. Thanks.

The room we were given did not have a number on it. Hard to locate, renovations in the room across the hall made for a bit disturbing noises. Pool wasn't very clean and none of the pool tables for sitting were available. Over all, just a "meh" hotel.

This is my second time staying here..I was really happy the first time around, but this stay we had ants in our room and on our belongings after we came back from being out that evening. Reported to front desk and the only response was “oh, ok..we will let someone know.” No one really seemed concerned that we had dozens of ants crawling on our stuff. Very frustrating after a 4 hour drive.

The stay was very comfortable

Room was not very clean. Had visible stains on walls, ceiling and furniture. When I arrive there was no AC on in the room and it took several hours for it to cool down.
-
Awesome beds. Room was cool when we arrived. No ice bag for the tub that was kind of dirty. Good breakfast and helpful staff
-
Great breakfast! Sausage, eggs, potatoes, Biscuits and gravy every day for 3 straight days we were there. Very clean. Very nice and reasonably priced. Coffee all day available to customers too. Only bad thing was TV was terrible. Single Definition pic. Thought I was watching basketball on TV in 1994

Very friendly and helpful staff
-
Breakfast was fair, ac wasn’t really efficient.

The rooms were fine but both rooms that I booked had no hot water. I was highly disappointed. It was a celebration for my daughter’s 16th birthday so it put a damper on the stay. Otherwise the customer service was excellent.

Can’t be the price for the area….little outdated but again can’t beat the price for the area. coffee sucked and they need to get rid of that bunk automatic coffee machine otherwise all good.

We checked into this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. You could tell right away that it was an older hotel but the staff was friendly and the beds seemed comfortable so we decided to give it a try. The elevator broke on our first night and we had an elderly person staying with us so we had to use the stairs to get our stuff and we left and checked into a different hotel. They were kind enough to refund our money.
