Polite staff, good breakfast, clean rooms.

Pool is trash, I wish it wasn’t advertised. Building has some bruises and don’t appear new anymore. It was a nice stay though. Thank you.

Really disappointed with our stay here. We’re on a long road trip and have stayed at several Hilton’s. They have been great, so this place was clearly an outlier. We rolled in late and tired. The front desk person was short with us, unwelcoming, and made us feel like we interrupted her evening. We got our key cards and entered our room and a powerful chemical smell hit us. First, we thought it was the AC unit, but once we got our shoes off led us to believe the room carpet had been recently shampooed. I wanted to change rooms but my wife was exhausted so we just powered through. In the morning, we did the continental breakfast which was serviceable but not as good as our previous Hiltons. But the real challenge was the new front desk person. When I requested a receipt, she told me the online booking agency would have it. However, it was a “pay at the property” booking. When I returned after breakfast to explain I needed the actual receipt, she began to argue with me (she kept assuming I was asking for a receipt for the deposit even though I patiently continued to explain what I was actually looking for.) She eventually told me she couldn’t do what I was asking and would have to call her manager. Her manager promptly explained what I was asking and where to find it. She then printed off my receipt and simply said, “Here.” I was really disappointed with this exchange since at our previous stops the staff had always been super helpful. Disappointed.

Dirty hotel, rooms smelled. Staff wasn’t helpful. Not up to Holiday Inn standards.

The carpet in the room was sticky and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned. There was mold/mildew around the base of the shower, and there was hair left in the sink when they arrived. I have photos documenting all of these conditions. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I reached out to the hotel directly to give management an opportunity to address my concerns, and I received no response. I understand that every hotel stay may not be perfect, but cleanliness should be a basic expectation, especially when it comes to issues like mold/mildew and a room that clearly was not thoroughly cleaned before the next guest arrived. This was absolutely not the experience I wanted for my parents, and the lack of acknowledgment from management only added to my disappointment. Based on both the condition of the room and how my concerns were handled afterward, I cannot recommend this property.

The room smelled a bit musty. The property is aging, the pool has been let go, fitness center was terrible and the food at the free breakfast was rather plain, ok....but not great. Overall it seems to be getting a little stale.

The room we stayed in was musty, it felt sticky. No vent in the bathroom so showers made the entire room humid. Someone on our hallway was obviously smoking weed and cigarettes. I’ve stayed at several Holiday inns and this is my worst experience, modern furniture but terrible service and quality.

Could not check in no power and was told that I would get a refund and never have received any refund

There was pee on the back of toilet , floors were dirt , shower had black mold in it. Would not recommend this place

Old outdated coffee bar. Little cream packets. Food was good. Room was noisy from people above at 10pm +. Wood floors. Cannot recomend

Well that room was also full of mold around the window and the ac I always carry Lysol wipes so I had to clean it and wipe down the desk and tables it appeared to look like black mold . And we lost all our food because the frig went out sometime that evening .

The AC wasn’t blowing cold air. There was mold in the room I was in. The ceiling was falling apart and the room had two cockroaches in it. The mini fridge was not working.

There is no pool open. Air conditioner didn’t work. Blankets had stains and we had to be moved rooms. We checked out half way through our trip due to air conditioner not working in our room.

Kitchen area was a little messy and food wasn’t replenished in a timely manner. Elevator had a weird slope and was noisy, as was the one luggage cart. Ice machine and water fountain weren’t working and the hallways were very warm and stuffy.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The rooms are quite dated, weren't properly cleaned, and have multiple items that need repair. Furthermore, the pool was locked and unavailable for guest use. The advertised pictures must be old, as they don't match the current reality. I'd advise looking for other accommodations.

The main issue was the staff. They didn’t seem happy to be at work. Our room was not cleaned, which was okay. I asked for clean towels. The look on her face said it all. Not going back anymore, too many great places to stay.

June 5-7,2026. June 5th the 1st room 103 had water leaking from the bathroom granite countertop even when the water was off along with water leaks in the ceiling covered up by terrible flat base white paint. The 2nd room 116 they moved us to had a dead roach in the middle of the bathroom floor. The 3rd room they moved us to 321 we rolled the luggage cart (it needs to be replaced and it's only one cart for the entire hotel) upon rolling the cart into the room the bottom bumper of the cart hit a wall tile that immediately fell on the floor. I checked the bathroom and 3 floor tiles in front of the bathtub lifted as soon as I stepped on them with slight water that can be seen in the grout of the tiles. The 4th room we moved to 301 shower head had a bit of lime deposit on it and we found a centipede crawling up the wall behind the bathroom door. The desk was falling apart. My husband bought cleaner from Publix and cleaned the bathroom, fixed the desk and we disinfected the room ourselves. Only reason we stayed is because the CMA Fest was that weekend & we couldn't find another room. We stuck it out in room 301. June 6th obvious water damage in lobby and breakfast area of the hotel, elevator stopped working, pool was closed & green/dirty looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years. On our walk to the pool we saw another dead roach in the hallway. Gym smelt old and musty. The manager Allison was nice and offered me 10,000 IHG points that I never received. #Don't stay here.
