I am a disabled female confined to a wheelchair due to a broken hip. I paid for a 2 Bed Room REQUESTING a room on the FIRST Floor because I am unable to climb the 12 steps they have to the second floor at this location. I requested a First Floor Room online on HOTELS.Com website. Upon arrival at 7 PM the manager advised me my room was on the second floor and there were no elevators at this motel. I asked him if anyone on the first floor who had not checked in if they would be willing to switch to the second floor with two beds. He said NO without 1 ounce of compassion towards my situation. Please be advised this Motel is not in a safe area in case you're traveling with young children. The manager would not refund the money I prepaid for our 2-Night Stay in Gainesville.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful but the building and rooms are very old and damaged.

Still trying to get my refund! I didn’t even touch the room. Took me 5 minutes to checkout the room! It's dirty, towels were dirty and old. It's run down place totally different from pictures on expedia! Surroundings doesn't make you feel safe! Definitely not advisable if you have children! Expedia tried to contact the manager and manager was too busy to talk! So now, I'm trying to dispute the charges! Since the hotel manager doesn't want to give me a refund! This place is a total scam! Do not rent!

The room satisfied our needs for a place to sleep during the graduation weekend, but it is a tired motel that could use a good bleach spray down in the shower. Our TV did not work...but we did have good water pressure with a lot of hot water. Also, the lights by the beds only worked if you screwed the light bulbs all the way in....but the beds were clean and comfortable.

Would never stay here again.

The place was a total disaster - the cleanliness was horrible and the staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else. Trash was everywhere, and it felt like no one had done a deep clean in weeks. Bed was dirty, towels were brown, it looks like they use no detergent or bleach yo was the items. Very sad, no oversight. I have pictures and I will share if they let me, if not inbox me on Facebook Darnell Avent. I placed a towel in the shower cause it was dirty. I will never stay again, never, not a night in a motel. My children said it was dirty. I currently left with no refund and im staying at another Hotel in the same area.

The room was clean except the top of the air conditioner was a little dirty. The first room smelt like mold and then asked to be moved. They didn't believe us at first but then moved us Asher coming into the room.

The room was clean But the Tv did not work and there was no coffee pot in my room.

It's a 'cheap' bed for the night, what do you expect. Check in place is a bit off-putting, but paperwork was all ready for signature when I got there. Staff not at all warm and fuzzy, so what. He smiled, I smiled. Check in took about 30 seconds.

La limpieza horrible jabón en la bañera pelos basura en el piso, rente para 4 personas había una sola toalla y cuando fui a pedir más me dijeron no había y cuando di una pelea porque yo había rentado para 4 personas y como no iba haber toallas aparecieron las toallas, las condiciones de la habitación necesitan una remodelación urgente el piso roto las paredes de humedad horrible experiencia

Pool is non existent and is replaced by dead planters and trash.

Parking lot was dead! Should have told me something. Once in room we were like hell no!everything was dirty , like only thing was done from last stay was the bed maid.

Cons-room smelled musty, door didn't fully shut, mold and mildew in bathroom, dirty walls, floor, floorboards brown with dirt, ceiling had large dust bunnies hanging down, no place to sit other than bed, rusty fixtures, toilet paper receptacle rusty with roll sitting on it, no roll holder, two small flat pillows for king bed, men yelling in parking lot in foreign language-morning and night, all around ick, disgusting. Stay away from this property.

The rooms were dirty hair in the shower the towels did not look clean. The bedding was hair in the bedding outside of our hotel lots of noise and just didn’t feel safe.

When I booked, I understood this was a motel and kept my expectations low, but the condition of the room was unacceptable and looked NOTHING like the photos on the listing. The floor was cracking by the door and several tiles were missing, leaving a large gap that could easily be tripped on. The rubber baseboards around the room were peeling off, and there were numerous stains on the walls that appeared to be bodily fluids. None of the lamps in the room worked. The bathroom and shower looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, so dirty. The towels were a dingy yellow color, and the bed linens looked like they hadn’t been changed. There were pubic hairs and blood or other bodily fluid stains on the sheets, cigarette burns on the top cover. It was bad enough that we went to Walmart to buy our own sheets and cheap blankets that could be thrown away just so we could sleep on top of the bed. The only reason we stayed was because there was a special event in town and this was the only place with rooms available. I paid over $150 for this absolutely disgusting room. When checking out, I attempted to speak with someone about the condition of the room, but no one came to the window when I rang the bell, so I wasn’t able to talk to anyone before leaving. Avoid this place.

The place was a total dump. It smelled there were holes in the wall, the curtains were barely hanging on. I walked in, and I immediately booked another room at another hotel. That is how bad it was. I didn’t even take the time to go back to the front desk to tell them because come on they know.

Rooms are old and in dire need of refurbishment. But for the the money i paid, I guess it was acceptable.
