Nothing at all Didn’t have our room ready at check in time had to wait an hour (had a concert to get ready for.) Room was dirty, stains on the pillow cases, only one light in the room, was dirty and unprofessional. A lot of illegals out front being creepy towards the young women in our group. Would NOT recommend, trashy hotel, employees do not care about anyway at all

Price reasonable. The Room next to us was missing a knob on the door next to us. Doors were rusty and hotel needed painted. Rooms were as clean as could be for the run down hotel. My son was afraid to touch anything and got upset cause he thought we had to stay there. We left after we change for the concert we went to. We drove home after got home @3:30am. Don’t trust this place unless your use to run down accommodation. Just did not feel safe…….!

NOTHING EVERYTHING

Check in was good, the man behind the desk was very kind. The price was awesome especially since the hotels in the area were going anywhere from $500 to $1,200.00 a night (I'm assuming because of the Morgan Wallen concert.) I was only in the room to sleep for a few hours so it served it's purpose (checked for bed bugs all good there but the mattress was so disgusting!!!) There is a small opening at the bottom of the door in the room I stayed in so lovebugs kept coming in, needs a new paint job. I didn't take a shower, but needs upgrading. You get what you pay for though and I'm grateful it was there when I needed an inexpensive short stay.

Eoom needed serious updating, it was clean and no bugs. the hotel staff was more than accommodating, the pool had a sign stating closed for maintenance the whole stay, staff said it was open. property has a lot of rooms reserved for local workers, can seem intimidating but was not in reality. For a low cost stay with no frills be cautious but should be ok

Absolutely disgusting, dirty everything and atmosphere was even worse. Could see through the door, no soap, hadn’t been cleaned, no phone that works and absolutely the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed

We didn’t stay once we walked into the room. From dirty sheets and wash clothes to hair in the bath tub.

When we checked in, there was a large number of migrant workers walking around the property, 30 or more. All men, no women. They had a bus that they came in. They stared at us as we went into our room and when we came out. We used the room to dress for the concert, loaded our car, then left at 1:00am after the concert. Just didn’t feel safe. I guess this is the new America.

Pool was unusable

I came in once and someone had pooped in the bathroom and didn't flush and they did switch my room but that was crazy. The doors are not at all safe some of them look like they have ben busted in one to many times. I have been booking here for a long time because its cheap. I remember one night I came in and the lady at the front desk got upset with me for asking if I could pay over the phone. Which I have done more than once before. She got up set yelling at me they don't do that. But I assured her the man from the night before did it she said she was no longer renting to me I asked her where did it said that I couldn't pay over the phone all of a sudden and she grab the phone off the counter as im pointing at a sign on the counter asking where does it say so because we did so just the night before and she tries to through the phone at me and said she's not renting to me to have my mama rent to me. Then I lost it and yelled back and told her may God have mercy on her soul. I tried to rent a room weeks later and the same women took my ID and canceled my reservation and black listed me. I go to motel 6 because its close to my job without having to ride so far at night when I work late or even when im just in town and don't want to go home at all. For this woman to take her bad day out on customers like that she should be a shame of herself and as should I for yelling at her but she pushed and pushed until she got a reaction out of me.

Poor Homeless people

For the price, my expectations are not very high but....a few aminities would be nice. Alarm clock, iron and ironing board, spare/ extra pillows ect....

The bathroom was the worse, death roaches hanging from the bathroom ceiling of room#106, inside the coffee maker was a death roach inside where you pour the water. The worst experience ever

The bed linens, surfaces and floor in the room were clean. The hotel is in serious need of some paint. There are smoking rooms so if you're near one, the smoke from the people smoking in the hallway will get into your room from the gap in the door.

1. There were bugs, 2. The phone didn't work, 3. Refrigerator didn't stay closed and the microwave didn't work because that room had little electrical outlets. 4. Trash all over the courtyard and broken beer bottles in the parking lot. 5. The bathroom fan had caked on dust, like they hadn't cleaned for a long time. 6. It looked like there was mold on the floor in the bathroom, and door hinges were so rusty. I want to know how I get a refund for 4/27 - 5/1?

You get what you pay for, it's old, not taking proper care please, I brought my own sheets, and showered at my daughter's house, we just need a place to sleep. The place was nice a long time ago, but now, they are barely cleaning, so be aware of, holes and rust all over the place... I like the price, and the person at the front desk was polite and nice...

The floor was disgusting. Couldn’t even walk on it without shoes. I really don’t think anyone actually even cleans them. The bathroom wasn’t fit to take a shower in. Very disappointing.
