The most frustrating part of the experience was the difficulty resolving the refund afterward. Expedia ultimately assisted us, but the process was much more stressful than it should have been. I understand this is a budget motel and was not expecting luxury accommodations, but I did expect basic cleanliness and a usable room.

The front desk clerk was pleasant. The motel is really outdated with broken filing cabinets in view . When you walk into the lobby there is an unpleasant smell. The place needs to be pressured cleaned and repainted. The door to the room doesn't seal all the way leaving the room vulnerable to insects. We had to kill several spiders in our room. The room its self was motel standards. There were strands of hair in the refrigerator. The pillows on the beds were paper thin. Walking past the house keeping carts on the way to the room , made us not want to touch anything. We went and bought our own sheet to cover the bed and got lysol and aprayed everything. To top it off, there were no batteries in the remote making it impossible to watch tv after a long night out. The bed made for an uncomfortable sleep as well. Laid down at 2 a.m. - checked out before 7 :30 . Paid $76 for a power nap. Should have saved the money and slept at a rest stop for a few hours.

Needs to pressure wash and paint facility, Remove parked semi trucks, just all around make over, was there long enough to shower, I was scared to bring items in room, towel on floor of tub and didn’t sit on the beds, I guess you get what you get during Morgan Wallen in town … truck stop was better

room was not clean at all, was scared to sleep in the bed, this motel needs to be condemned the whole hotel. very disgusting

This is the worst property ever the photos are not correct. The property is run down dirty and disgusting. There is men living on property that are loitering all over drinking and hang outside of there room. The rooms are dirty and disgusting bug infested. We requested a refund! The property does not appear safe at all.

NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING The pictures were a total and compete LIE! You gave been staying there following women to their rooms. Very unsafe property. People outside drinking with bunk beds in their hotel room. The rooms stunk the most sour smell ever. We didn't even stay the night. After having to run to our room to keep s man from following us the room stank and had bugs. We left at 1130 am. I will dispute this charge with my card. Since you can't get anyone to answer at the hotel. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. Women were leaving to run get table cloths from a local store to lay on the bed.

just had to be the dirtiest hotel from the very beginning I could see it was nasty look like a lot of drug addicts and derelicts around the property. couldn't even get in the door with the key they gave me had to fight with it to get it open paint falling off everywhere walls were dirty inside the room was dirty hardly anyone there made me go all the way to the back of the hotel plainly stated very bad experience will never stay there again and suggest that you don't don't usually write reviews like this I've never had the need to but I feel it is my obligation to say something.

If you're looking for a cheap room just to sleep in, it's fine. No thrills, not super clean but you get what you pay for.

The motel outside the rooms is really old and needs renovation. Staff is very kind . The rooms are partially Renewed but we found an internal door broken and a the covers of the beds were dirty. The bed sheets were clean, but the external cover and the middle cover were old and dirty . We had to check out and unfortunately we lost one night that was paid at check in . When we check out they refund us the second night but they could not refund us the first night even if the issue was that the beds covers were dirty and the room had the bathroom door broken . If they would renew the place and update it it may be livable .

There are smoking rooms... we are non smokers so it was terrible. The switched us up after first night. Pool was closed. Cleanliness was a bit sketchy.

Also heavy smell of marijuana from couple of rooms. I would go there again. Nice big pool.

I booked this hotel as my time off was approved at the last minute and there wasn't much inventory left in the area as all the accommodations double their rates during the university's graduation and most were sold out. I wasn't ecprecting much due to the pricing and it was a motel 6. I can handle outdated decor etc but at least if the room was clean it would have been more tolerable. The I got room was suppose to be non smoking and it reaked of cigarette smoke. There were holes in the bedding. The floors were dirty. The a/c looked like it was kicked from the outside and it barely cooled the room. I was booked for two nights but I left early after graduation was over. Expedia needs to take this property off its website and the corporation that owns this chain needs to step in and either renovate this hotel or close it down.

Very basic motel, couldn't get a bottle of water from them, let alone other amenities. Requested the authorities to make the bed during my second day, was refused.

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. Lacked things that should be part of hotel staff. No Kleenex, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, glasses to drink water. Pillows were very uncomfortable and would not give us an extra when we asked. Swimming pool out of order. That was their only amenity.

The property has not been maintained in a long time; a few hallway lights out, floor was filthy, our bathroom door didn’t close, a few broken windows, in desperate need of cleaning and painting, the air conditioning worked great, the tv did as well. The staff was courteous and respectful… reserved and paid for two nights, but left after the first one.
