Room wasn't the cleanest and had a musty smell throughout our stay. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff we encountered were friendly.

Clean, affordable, and just right for what we needed

Carpet in the room was wet. I needed an accessible room but there were no grab bars at the toilet which was very low.

But I would stay again this was our second stay here for Shands health visits and breakfast was same both stays. Just saying ,

The main reason I went there was because it lists EV charging. There are 2 level 2 chargers but the plug ends are broken on each one. They do have another single charger but the was a gas car parked there blocking it. I would recommend they put EV parking only on that one and fix the Tesla charges which should be very expensive at all.

Great beds and cold air conditioning

So comfortable, so clean, and wow what a breakfast! We’re road tripping and have stayed in many hotels and for the price this is by far the best one. Wish we were sleeping here every night! The bed was just wonderful.

Super clean friendly staff new hotel!

The facility was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to I-75 but far enough to still be away from the traffic noise. Breakfast was better than most with hot scrabbled eggs, bacon, sausage, chicken bites for the little folks. And there’s cereal, bagels, yogurt…..fresh fruit salad too. They have a small convenience store with laundry and food stuff. Parking on site. It’s a very nice place to stay!

Best breakfast we have had in a long time

It was helpful the option to make the entry late at night after several hours of driving. Very cozy, attentive staff, clean room, good location, what more could you ask for? It's like getting home. Thank you very much to all the staff.

The Pros: Convenience: Great location with easy parking and a fast, seamless check-in process. Quiet Location: Being at the end of the hallway meant a peaceful stay with very little foot traffic noise. Room Comfort: The bed and overall room layout were comfortable for our stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was good with several solid options to choose from to start the morning. The Cons: Cleanliness Issues: The major downside was that the shower and bathroom floor were dirty. We found hair left on the shower floor. We ended up having to turn the shower on and wipe the floor down ourselves, which was definitely a "yuck" moment. Final Verdict This is a decent, convenient place to stay for a quick trip to Gainesville with good parking, comfortable beds, and a nice breakfast. However, housekeeping missed the mark significantly in the bathroom, which unfortunately detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel - clean room. Needed mirror lights and the toilet ran. Very minor issues compared with the lovely room. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Upon checking into our initial room with my family, we discovered that the air conditioning unit was not functional. Despite waiting for several hours, the issue persisted. We requested a room change and were informed that the only available alternative lacked a sofa bed. A maintenance technician inspected the AC unit, but the problem remained unresolved. After further delay, we returned to the lobby to reiterate our request for a room change. We were eventually relocated to a different room where the air conditioning performed marginally better, though the room temperature remained uncomfortably high. Furthermore, the room's cleanliness was unsatisfactory, and we found discarded clothing beneath the sofa bed, indicating a lack of thorough preparation. When we brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk, we were advised that no further action could be taken.
