Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Coffee good. Beds comfy. Very loud air conditioning unit in 227. I moved to 408 and it was better. I was charged over $500 a night for 2 of my 7 nights due to a Gators football game. I had told the guy on check-in that my Dad was in ICU at Shands. He said there was a code I could get to decrease my nightly rate. I had booked through a third party payer and did not know about this code till I checked in. My rate was not adjusted because of that. I paid $1,600 for a five nights stay. I was flying from Europe and did not realize there was a football game and that is why the prices were so high. I think that's highway robbery for an establishment to quadruple the price!

I can't say enough good things about this property! The staff was amazing - from the check in desk to the breakfast lady! They couldn't do enough for us! The kitchen in the room was amazing - full size fridge and freezer! We unpacked our giant cooler bag and refroze all of our cold packs! The room was super clean, too! We definitely will stay here again. Loved it!

The breakfast was a bit ho-hum, but still tasty enough and warm.

Booked a king bed when checking in was told all they had was a double and had no other options

The room was large but needs a refresh. Carpet was dirty and bathroom needed painted and walls cleaned.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Room and facilities were good. Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Parking area cramped--had to park in the outer parking area because of crowds--ended up getting soaked in a rainstorm. The sofa bed I slept in was very uncomfortable--did not get much sleep. For the price paid for a king with sofa bed, it was way too expensive. Had no other choice--price not right, especially since the sofa bed was terrible. Will probably try another hotel in Gainesville.

The team was amazing! (I don’t like to use the word Staff! It sounds like an infection. The team was super friendly from the Front desk to the cleaning team, and the lady serving the breakfast. The only small issue was the shower head it was pretty nasty green looking. Other than that it was great!
