Even though I forgot to check my sheets at the beginning of the stay when I was checking out I noticed there was pee stains on my fitted sheets when I went to report that to the front desk she told me that it was my fault I did not notice that when I first checked in. Which was very rude instead of trying to fix the problem.

Was a very clean room and quiet

Room was comfortable. Very dated but did the job for the night.

Ask for a non smoking room and got a smoking room which smelled horrible. Carpet was very dirty.

Close to stadium Room was old outdated nasty carpet . Tonight I’m itching and have bumps on me! Hoping. It’s a coincidence.. and I didn’t bring home anything!!

Room was very dirty definitely not being cleaned. We were in room 419. Mold smell was absolutely tremendous. We woke up early just so we could get out of there.. had no other choice to stay there. All other hotels were booked for the Morgan Wallen concert. We had booked this hotel in advance. Definitely will not be staying there again.

Terrible room. Bugs everywhere. Not clean at all.

my husband and his friend were attending the Gainesville football game and they were very happy with the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff attendant. We had booked a room at another hotel the night before and it was not up to par so I was able to book this one for them for the last night of their trip.

No toilet paper in the room, no towels, room was disgusting. Bed was comfortable but there was only a sheet on it.

Nothing Everything! Holes in the bathroom ceiling,broken soap dish in the shower,no tv, and the room smelled like a wet dog laid in there for weeks!

The room was horrible. It smelled awful. The refrigerator was very nasty. Was not clean at all. The bathroom was also nasty. I would like a full refund. I wouldn’t ever stay at this place and would not recommend no one else to. It is not sanitary at all. It smelt like someone just urinated in the room and just left it there for months.

Close to stadium Linen was old, so we bought new linen to use. carpet was wet, mildew smell. Had a half roll of tissue paper, Lol. Only two lights in the whole room worked.

If I could give a zero I would have. Unfortunately we stayed on a Saturday so it cost us 154.00. The guy at the counter was ok but his nails were long and dirty. The room door to the outside had a gap 1/2 inch all the way around it. No safety at all. The carpet was so dirty that my husbands socks were black. Dust on the table, cracks in the ceiling, mold in the bathroom and worst of all, the bathroom door did not shut at all. When we walked in it stunk so bad like stale cigarettes. Only reasonable good thing was the sheets appeared clean. I can’t believe some people gave a 10/10. They stayed in a different place than we did. If we weren’t so exhausted from traveling we would have moved on. But, never again.
