Commodore On The Beach

Only the location It¿s not as advertised the air didn¿t work and then when we were moved the tv didn¿t work. I was extremely disappointed.

I was charged double for the room. My room was never cleaned. Bugs in the room. Never got clean towels. Ac broke wasn¿t able to turn it off or change the temperature in the room. Pool hadn¿t been cleaned in months. Old and new bird poop in everything.

The location is premium. What a gorgeous view. Walking across the street to the beach was the best. Cold air conditioning. This hotel was an icon in its day, it definitely needs some major repair and love. The elevator hasn¿t worked for a long time, some balconies looked unsafe. No coffee in the room.

Location Room didn¿t feel clean, and they try to charge me after already paying for the room.

Reminded me of the original dorms my college had, they tore those down years ago because they were so far past their life.

Room was clean (floors, sheets, towels, bathroom) & at a comfortable temperature, given the 90¿s heat. Staff was very nice. Hair dryer provided. Ice, wifi & cable tv available. Ocean view from the room & balcony (& beach access) was excellent as always. Elevator & pool not available. Active construction for renovations in progress (& loud). Bathtub plumbing needs work (tub water emptied very slowly). No cups in room for water. Hopefully this hotel will return to its former excellence post renovations.

Location Elevator was broke the whole stay

The elevator broken, green pool which was closed. Leaking in bathroom, one bed not made job& etc.

Great location for going to the beach.Very nice pool and it was very clean. The elevator is present but not working. Our room has no soap in it. Lightbulbs removed from some fixtures and some outlets did not work.

Nothing Everything

The Beach View Terrible AC, room stayed about 80 degrees the whole night. The air filter in the room was solid black with dirt. It rained over night and I woke up with my suitcase in a puddle of water. They were remodeling the room next to mine, started hammering at 7am

Nothing Old building falling apart, even smelled old. Tv wires hanging from wall with no cover. Rust on bathroom fixtures.Water discovered on the floor in the middle of the night from condensation from ac.Elevator nasty & outdated.Way overpriced & not refundable.

Proximity to restaurants and the ocean Weren't very clean, phone in the room didn't work, the elevator was a bit scary.

location was amazing ice machine was always full of ice rooms totally soundproof Tv didn¿t work AC didn¿t cool (had to go buy a fan because office refused to help) Bathtub didn¿t drain No frig, no microwave, no coffee maker Both chain locks on doors were broken! Pool was out of order entire stay Elevator was questionable

The location was everything ! I had read alot of bad reviews on this hotel and I just want to say don¿t let that stop you from staying here. This was perfect for my needs and the room I got looked just like the picture I had seen. Staff was friendly also! The pool is closed unfortunately BUT it¿s right across from the beach so I didn¿t mind at all! But I know some people might want to know.

The only thing nice about this hotel is the location. We couldn't stay there and had to go to a different hotel. When we got to our room there were missing ceiling tiles and a rag hanging dripping water. They switched rooms and the second one was not much better.The hotel really needs to be renovated or demolished. I have stayed and better motels.

Location Nasty on the out side,dead rotans in frig pool nasty,elevator nasty,no pets allowed it was horrible never again.please people read this review before booking.

Location and pool We were on the fourth floor and there was no elevator. Door lock between rooms was broken. Safety lock on door was broken I could go on and on.
