Very poor

Great location -pool was great along with front desk staff The housekeeping staff was horrible - came to our door at 10:30 am first day of stay and said they would be back soon to clean our room and they did not ever return - when we inquired of them when we would see them in hallway over the next couple of days there was always an excuse of why they had not cleaned our room yet - when we asked for towels it felt like we were inconveniencing them and would wait for up to 30 minutes on them -

The breakfast was nice and location is fantastic ! Best of all the staff were So friendly they made you feel like their friends. Nothing I didn't like

The staff was nice, but the price of the hotel for off season was high and then had to pay an extra $20 for parking. The hotel definitely needs a refresh on the inside.

Place was clean with nice views. The pool and swim up bar was clutch. Just one issue with staff on arrival they stated their internet was down and couldn’t give us our room. They only offered a refund but when I pushed back and stated I didn’t want a refund because we were from out of town they then checked us in. Other than that the food at the on site restaurant was good . Comfortable stay

Poor

The elevators were broken. We got stuck between floors when we checked in! They fixed it after 5 minutes and we got to our 4th floor room. After that we used the stairs. The ocean view was very nice! Sitting on the balcony was nice, except that the water from the a/c in the room above us dripped down on my feet when we would sit out there. They started banging on the wall above us to remove the a/c at 8 am on the morning we left. The pool area was nice. I liked the towels they provided there daily for the guests. The proximity to the beach was also great. The rooms definitely need a updated carpet & color. See above: elevator, broken a/c above our room, water dripping down on my feet, very worn carpet & color in room

Balcony was tiny. No face towels. No shower gel or lotion in the bathroom. No microwave in room.

Location and amenities Pillows, only one operating elevator and that there is no service elevator for the deliveries and employees. The bathroom could use more hanging hooks for clothes

Didn't do breakfast Bar tenders, Tyler and blonde headed lady was the best, dark headed girl was very rude.

Bad

Place was clean and refreshing. Rooms big and cool and the pool is nice. The staff friendly and other hotel guest were nice. Felt like being on a cruise on land. If you book here you’ll get a pool view but partial ocean view or just the ocean view. There are no rooms at the back of the building and that’s awesome. Everyone is facing the ocean
