Do not stay here dirtiest hotel blood on sheets also I have no idea how this place is open.

I am Not sure who has left these reviews but besides the location, everything else did not at all meet expectations

Our room also showed signs of previous water leaks and what appeared to be mold, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. The complimentary breakfast was very limited, with no fresh eggs, breakfast meat, or fresh juice options. The check-in experience was equally frustrating. The property would not allow guests to check in before 4:00 p.m., would not hold luggage, and would not allow us to use the facilities or even park on-site before our room was ready. This was especially inconvenient for a beach destination where many travelers arrive well before the standard check-in time. Overall, the property does not meet the standards I would expect for this area. It has significant maintenance and customer service issues that need to be addressed. I hope ownership invests in improving the guest experience because, in its current condition, I would not recommend staying here.

The staff and front desk worked really hard as we were there for a 4th of July "BUSY" weekend. The property itself was in poor shape. There were bugs flying around in the room, and were only given two towels and had to bring the used ones down in order to get a replacement. After checking in, we washed our face to freshin up before dinner. We placed the towed on the shower where a leaky shower head dripped onto the towel. Upon returning, it was brown. There water sourse has a broken pipe somewhere. But with that amount of dirt it was just un sanitary.

The property was not clean there were no towels or body wash in the bathroom. There were no comforters on the beds.

It was a great stay for the price,great staff, great people!!

Breakfast it’s limited to waffles and coffee the rooms has no shampoo ,3 days of stay and they never showed to clean our room .

Nothing HORRIBLE, i wouldnt let my dogg stay there . The rooms literally couldn’t have passed state inspections

Staff completely ignored every concern I had about the sanitation of the room and the broken AC

There was mold under my sheets dead bugs smashed ever the smell of pot everywhere the toilet paper rolls were not even open and had dirt all over them there was not even a blanket we had a sheet the to cover up with the tv remote look like someone chewed it the lamp held together with duck tape the breakfast o lord bread and waffle that it the juice machine broke ice machine broke the picture online is not the same this place need a deep cleaning new beds it’s terrible about the only good thing was the beach across the street o and if you stay here you gotta pay 35$ to park on there property plus’s your room and a deposit so yea not happy at all with this place there just here to take your money. Disgusting

Close proximity to beach Ice machine didn't work, they charged for parking, asked for extra towels everyday I was there and they never had any available

Bathroom tiles were broken and group of people were loud outside our room reception staff could not answer any of our questions to navigate our stay at galveston.. they seem to not know the area as well

TV did not work called them to inform them no one came out. Pillows had blood on them. Bathroom smell like wet dog.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff was very helpful, it was located right next to the beach, and they allowed pets. I brought my dog and his crate so that was the main reason we booked a room here, but they charged an extra $25/day as a "pet fee". Also, the property and room were not in great shape. The A/C did not cool the room very well, the shower floor was flaking up and delaminating, the shower had poor pressure, the television/remote were not functional, walls had molding falling off the wall, molding sections taped into place, apparent mold, drywall damage, there was an exposed electrical junction box sticking up from the floor beneath the AC system, and there were flies in the room upon arrival. We were there for the beach so we didn't stay in the the room much, but we've no intention of staying here again.

Pool was green bugs everywhere room wasn’t clean parking lot was disgusting

Was told when booked the price I see was what I pay. Got there they charged a 15.00 parking fee. Went to the room tv didn’t work, fridge didn’t work phone didn’t work even to call the front desk. No soap or shampoo there was a paper thin bar left from previous guests. Went and talked to Magee about tv he said he would come and fix he came to room couldn’t fix and called someone else said they would be coming to fix no one ever showed up. The pool was green had mustard algae have pictures. I work for a pool company I would let anybody I know swim in that

$15 to park on site, roach in the unit, had 4 people staying night and they gave us two towels. When asked for more they gave us issues and only gave us another hand towel. Made second trip to front desk later to ask again and said could only give 3 until we brought the old ones up front. All while calling me “bruh” and being on his phone while speaking with me. Breakfast milk was rotten spoiled and looked shocked when we told him and asked for fresh milk. Prob one of the worst stays anywhere I have had.

I reserved a room for me and my kids and as soon as I entered the room we took our shoes off and the floor was dirty and sticky. One of the lamps stop working as soon as I turned it on they only gave me one towel and the ceiling had mold I wouldn’t recommend this hotel because you can’t even use the swimming pool because it was never cleaned and the water was green. The bed sheets had stains and felt dirty.
