Not bad if you want an economic place to stay on the Seawall

Hotel wanted to charge $20 for early arrival, check in was at 4;00 and I arrived at 3:45. I had to use the restroom, but lobby restroom out of order and was told to go to a gas station down the road. $15 for parking with no security cameras! Came back to the hotel at almost 5:00. Went to the room and had 1 towel. Then to top it off they said someone will be delivering towels to your room. I waited 1-1/2 hours nobody showed up. So I walked across the street to the beach. Went back to the front desk for towels and was told I didn’t answer the door! So, then went to turn on the tv and no service. Went to the front desk and was told maintenance would be there shortly. So guess who shows up for maintenance? The same guy working at the front desk! Rooms were dirty and mold everywhere. Sheets smelled like we were in the morgue already! I asked for a refund and was told to leave the premises at 11:00 at night in order to get a refund. Where was I going to go? My husband and I got frustrated and decided to sleep and go home in the morning! Free breakfast? I wouldn’t eat that for free anywhere, I doubt a homeless person would eat that! Never again! Not as pictured or described! Staff made you feel like crap and it was a privilege to be there at that nasty place. Called Expedia for help they tried reaching out to the hotel for help, no answer is what that got. Expedia than offered me a $25 credit for almost a $200 night stay. So, yes my anniversary weekend went to crap! !???????????????

Nothing like the pictures! Room wasn’t ready or cleaned properly. The staff were nice but the place is run down. The property pictures need to be updated. Dirty, moldy… I was scared!

Pool was nasty lol and had to beg for more room towels

We left a hotel the following day because it was very dirty and the staff appeared to be overworked and not very helpful.

room was completely filthy, stains on the sheets so much dust on the floor. I had to clean the floor myself so we could even walk on it along with the furniture not even sure they had a cleaning staff all the tiles on the shower floor were peeling off. Multiple guest complaining and couldn’t even get them to bring your towels. You had to bring your dirty towels to the front desk for them to walk you down the laundry and get new ones would absolutely never stay at this place again and advise no one else does.

the room towels, sheets and bed cover/bedspread were all covered in stains, not clean floors, the staff was not helpful and we paid an extreme amount of money for one night. I will never stay at this hotel or any sort of Wyndham hotel ever again.

Not properly cleaned Unhelpful staff Check your rooms immediately or they will just keep your money

Only good thing is location right on beach. Horrible sanitation, pest control, breakfast, staff. They do not care about your experience.

The electrical in the room needs work. Many of the outlets and fixtures were not working.

The television didn’t work properly and had no remote. The pool was green and slimy. The room was dirty we had no shower curtain towels or toilet paper when we entered. I had to clean the room myself because the staff they were sending never came. The day manager was rude. The poor night clerk said they control the tvs and don’t give out remotes. This was the worst stay I have had there. Since it was changed from the previous name it has gone down hill. The rooms smell, they don’t clean and under the bed has so much dirt and trash. There was mold in the shower and no blow dryer or soap

Rooms were just okay. Television wasn’t working in one room. Staff wasn’t able to correct the problem ie come to look at the problem or even moving us to a different room with a working tv. Don’t ever plan on staying there again or even recommending it to anyone.

The staff was not helpful. TV didn't work in my room, the alarm clock didn't work, toilet got clogged after couple time use. No water in our shower. They keep saying that they were going to send someone from maintenance and never arrived and couldn't change our room because it was full.

There was nothing I liked. It was a complete dump The 2 beds only had white sheets on them that were stained. The 1 only comforter in the closet stained. Bed bugs were seen. The ac unit in the first room was leaking,flooding the floor. When i called manager to ask to change our room he said he was full and would fix ac. There was mold under the bed. My 8nyr old granddaughter with us. It was a safety hazard since the ac was plugged in and wet. I ask manager to please change our room. He again said he is full and hung up on me. The maintenance man got him to change our room once I said I was calling code enforcement. The 2nd room again bedding the same. We had to purchase blankets from Walmart. Stains everywhere. Toilet plunger in the bathroom. No hot water in the shower. Etc....

Location is good. Dirty bathroom, had to wait 5 hours for them to clean the bathroom Refused to give me a different room or refund. TV didn't work, had other people complaining about different things. Mold on roof.

It was beach front In the double beds they should put more towels. In the first few hours they stole our cooler and our stroller and our foldable chairs. So be careful you can't leave nothing in your trucks..I know its not the hotel fault .

Room was clean, but still felt dirty. The only thing good to say about the room was the A/C was cold. Found a few creepy crawlers crawling around on the walls. The TV was small, seems like we got the one with the smallest, saw some others with bigger TV’s.

1 towel in the room. Asked for more. They gave me 1. Told me early check in was 60$. Then told my wife it was 50$ 10 min later. Charged 15$ for parking. I understand paying for early check in if it busy. But there were 2 cars on the property. 185$ for a king room, the tv remote barely worked. Will never be back

Well, we showed up at the Hotel, and checked in. We went to our rooms, and the door frames were rusted, the pool was greenish, we had to beg for soap for our hands. We also had no service to our room, We had to take our towels to the front desk to receive fresh ones (we were at the beach, so sandy). There was no food at 9:00 that was edible a the breakfast, the coffee was like tea. There were wires coming out of the wall in my room. Last thing, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It is being run at a super cheap business I guess.
