I liked the ac working Pool was green lamps rusted shower curtain rod all rusty not very clean sheet on one bed was gross

It was close to the beach! EVERYTHING was dirty!!! The tv did not work! Roaches! You have to pay extra to park! WILL NOT GO BACK!

Booked the room for 4, only had a single bath towel. The blanket that was in the closet had a stain on it. There was no hand soap. Called front desk to bring these items to our room. Called again, he said for us to come grab the items. I should not have to walk downstairs and carry everything that should have already been provided for the room. Also paid extra for beach view - that was a joke. Pool looked disgusting. Went to the beach and came back, towels nor blankets still had not be brought up to our room. Went to front desk to ask for these items once again - this time it was the evening shift, he had no idea those items were requested. Apparently the day shift front desk guy did not care to relay any of those messages so evening shift had to take on the brunt of everyone coming down to complain (we were not the only guest that had the exact same issues in our room). Do not recommend, would not stay here again. Horrible experience and a complete waste of money.

I have stayed at Wyndham properties before, and this one completely missed the mark. Not impressed. The staff was a redeeming grace. If I hadn't been so tired on arrival, I would have looked for another place. At least the location was good, right across from beach, and close to venue for the wedding I was in town for.

Terribly upkept hotel. Stained linens, door had broken off locks, mold everywhere and grossly overpriced. Pool was green as well. I dont think ive ever stayed in a rougher hotel before ever. One positive note, its right across the street from the beach. Front desk staff was friendly but you can tell this is a family owned place thay they aren't putting a dollar into unless absolutely necessary.

Bad

Nothing We didn’t stay we left and booked the holiday inn Dirty rooms Cockroaches Bed bugs Not safe set up as they put us around the back as it’s more of a motel design where the rooms can be accessed from outside no need to go through the lobby While in the lobby 3 other guests were complaining The pricing is way too expensive for this place

Get ready for a 15$ parking fee non refundable I don't have a problem with that but I like o know up front and 100$ Deposit .

Not for me

Nothing I was in the room for 2 minutes before I realized the TV didn't work and the toilet wouldn't hardly flush. I went down to request another room and was denied. I requested a refund and again was denied. I was also charged another hold on my card after paying and also charged parking which was not mentioned in the ad. Multiple people had the same issue and an officer was even called about it.

One of the worst hotel stays ever. Have even tried contacting the Manager multiple times and he never returned my calls. Emailed the CEO and other upper management and still no response and it's been almost 2 weeks! The shower wouldn't drain so had to take a shower in 2 inches of water - front desk person said they would come to fix and never came. We came back from dinner and the tv didn't work - checked the cables in the back and they were all plugged in. Tried the remote and manually on the tv and never got it to work. Lobby closes at 10pm and tried pushing the button to get someone, they never came. Called the phone number several times, no one ever answers. There was no body wash, no shampoo bottle, and only a little bit of conditioner we ended up using for soap. No washcloths. It was a horrible stay. Glass in the parking lot. Will never stay here again and still upset that no one in management seems to care. Spoke to front desk person at check out about all of this and didn't seem to care; said they would have manager call me and no call yet. Unbelievable!

Didnt have a good experince with this hotel overall.

I usually write great reviews, unfortunately, not this time. After checking in, go in our room to find that housekeeping has not even started to clean after last person checked out. I go back to front office, get in line again while hearing another lady with same issue. Clerk gives me key to another room that is ready to later find out they charge me $15 more for having 2 beds that i didn’t even request. Never an apology or nothing. Will never stay here again.

Poorly managed. And dirty

The only redeeming qualities were the deck that was furnished enough at least to enjoy coffee and bible study in the morning and a fantastic location.
