Stayed one night before our cruise, clean property, nice staff,

Very nice hotel, we have stayed here in the past on our way to a cruise. Great location and price.

The sheets, comforter, and towels all had stains on them. It was disgusting.

Bed is a bit hard.

The property smelled of severe sewage; we were unable to sleep at night due to smell. There was an active leak in the gym.

Nothing negative to say about our stay.

Great bed and pillows. Dining room was just ok. Lots of water leaks with towels and caution cones. Smelled VERY musty throughout hotel.

I loved the location and the majority of the staff was kind, talkative and helpful. The beds and pillows were pretty comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and soap was all provided. It was a perfect location for what we needed and why we were staying there. It wasn't far from the pier, restaurants and the beach. Just a quick uber ride and same for the ship port as we were taking a cruise. I have never stayed anywhere else except Holiday inn's and Holiday Express. I travel a lot and I have always loved these hotels for the cost. This one, I don't feel i should be charged what I was charged whatsoever!!!! The place had a horrible mildew smell and rotting areas. The ceilings had holes EVERYWHERE and leaking water as you walked around. Even the front desk staff was getting dripped on as they were helping customers. We stayed there 2 nights. And the 2nd room we ended up in stunk more than the first. The carpet on the far side of the room near the window was soaking wet. We let them know and they offered us towels to put down. Eventually, someone came up and vacuumed up some of the water but it didn't do mich, it was wet the entire day and night so we couldn't walk over there to use that portion of the room. The bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned which was a shock to me. I had never had this experience before and I am very disappointed. We weren't there long but I do know if we go back, I will be finding a different hotel.

The room was filled with a moldy smell and had a fan blower in the room. We think that was what made us sick on our ship the next day. The kitchen room was filled with the same smell, and water was coming from the ceiling..

The hotel was very close to the pier and the port, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the pool was very nice. We did not like that we had to switch rooms because our initial room was not cleaned well and had an odor. But the 2nd room was nice and clean. We also did not like the parking on the side of the building, it was desolate and scary.

Nothing For starters the mold in the bathroom was discussing. The ac was leaking water in my room and the towels stunk something terrible. When I left I expressed my concerns about it and they said yeah we know. They also couldn’t provide me with a paper receipt.

Staff very helpful. Rooms very clean.

Thought there was light breakfast but missed it at 10am.

Loved this hotel. I came from far away and was scared It wouldnt be up to par but it was so clean and although they had one staff, he was AMAZING! he made sure every guest was accommodated. He checked everyone in, he came to help us with our tv, he was the bartender also. I would 1,000% book here again

Loved the attention and care they gave and also how clean the room definitely recommend
