Great service staff very friendly

They wanted to charge me for asking for extra towels, they didn’t clean the room not once and I was there for a week. I got there late and realized check in was at 3pm, yet the gentleman wanted to charge me more for early check in. This guy legit wanted to charge me for everything. If he could charge you for oxygen he would. Def wouldn’t ever come back. Nikita was great tho, she was cool and nice. Other than that even the gas station people were greedy as heck. Tragic how it’s all about a dollar now instead of the people. lol

Our stay was relaxing. The only issue was our A/C unit was leaking all night, we had to put towels underneath it. I noticed another review talking about the truck stop next door, it was honestly not an issue for us and it didn’t disturb us at all. The staff was very nice and attentive!

This place is terrible. I will sleep outside next time.

Smells like sulfur/sewer Possible illegal waste disposal behind building that empties into pond Loud people above me Loud people in 119 - had to call office twice to report loud noises. Loud people outside my door and people gathered outside my door. People setup deep fryer outside my door to fry fish. Received txt after check in and if I needed anything, just to txt. Sent 6 txts and not a single response Asked for clean towels and no response. No one cleaned room. No one emptied trash except for once when I asked employee outside room. I asked cleaning crew to clean my room, change sheets and bring clean towels every day and it wasn’t done. Loud ac unit Room didn’t stay cool due to gaps around the door letting the cold out Ac on off switch is damaged and looks dangerous Exposed plumbing that was rusted. Chunks of paint coming off the wall. Cockroaches No comforter Reach out to me for the photos I took. I’m expecting a full refund.

I didn’t even spend the night in the room. There was cockroaches all over the place.

The staff was biased. So unwelcoming and rude. I was harassed and treated so unfairly. I went to the office one night after 12 to get some toiletries and quarters. The man who harassed me and my friend since we got there told me not to come asking for anything after 11pm. He said that was unacceptable. Not only was he rude but very unprofessional. How can you tell any guests that. I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person he has done like this but I will be the one to speak up. The lady in the office is really biased, i would say prejudice because she always looked at me funny and turned her noise up at me like I was beneath her. I would never go back.

For a Wyndham hotel we were expecting a bit more. If you're looking for a basic motel to stay in, this will do. A bit older and some areas of the room were falling apart. The room did what we needed, felt somewhat safe leaving our vehicle in the parking lot. Cool plant on the office ceiling and friendly staff.

Very clean and staff was very helpful and it was a great price.

To much noise outside people talking and laughing at 2:00 am

Room and property were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast wasn’t great, especially the coffee as it was very weak, even on the ‘strong’ setting. It is right next to a train track, but there were only a couple trains so it wasn’t too bad. Overall good stay, especially for the price.
-
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Property was very quiet and clean on the outside. You would think it would be kind of rough considering the area and all the gas stations around it but it was pretty nice and secluded! As a solo traveler I will definitely be back. Also the pricing was amazing.

This is a road side motel located off the service road of 45. Facilities are in need of MAJOR repairs. Floors are filthy in the room, rust on everything metal, holes in the walls, peeling bathtubs.. The air conditioner rattled all night and the train runs directly behind the hotel, so there’s that to listen to early in the mornings. Very disappointed for the price I paid. ($400 for 2 nights) “Breakfast” was cereal and hard gluten in the lobby. Just don’t do it, unless you absolutely have no choice. Disappointing.

The hotel overall was nice until i noticed something on the sheets. i even pulled back thew sheets to find that underneath the fitted sheet was a bunch of dirt and harir. Stay was good overall, but please check your sheets before laying on the bed.
