Howard Johnson by Wyndham Galveston

The room was really large and a handicapped room. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in room was perfect. That breakfast was just coffee, muffins, cereal and toast and no juice.

clean room good bed and hot shower everything was satisfactory!

Clean room staff was friendly easy parking

Closeness to port for cruise Air conditioner very noisy, tv didn't work. No elevators, the price was very expensive for value

Stayed one night before a cruise. Clean, comfortable bed and close to terminal. I would recommend.

Good

For the price this hotel was The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not spectacular but the price ……:

They let me check in early and it was clean. It was affordable Too far from beach, right next to train track, no pool,we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere because all they had was muffins and cereal. Their website was a little misleading.

Clean room , easy access to the room, fast check in

Tap in the tub never stopped dripping and hot water was barely warm. There were flies and mosquitoes in the room. The pictures on the website does not show a true reflection of the current state of this property. The rooms are old, walls are dirty, the motel is just awful.

Nothing. I did not stay here. I didn’t like the place as soon as I arrived. I wanted 2 rooms next to each other and I got rooms several doors apart from my kids. I asked the front clerk if I could cancel if I didn’t like the rooms. He said yes, you have 30 minutes to let me know. I took maybe 15 minutes to come back and say I don’t want the rooms. He immediately became rude and said if there was proof of usage I would not be refunded. I walked in and out of the rooms, they have cameras that can confirm that. I took 15 minutes to return because I sat in my car for a couple minutes. I did not use the rooms. He called me minutes later saying I would not be refunded for 1 room because a bar of soap had been used. We did not use the room or any item in the room. I need a full refund.

First room was dirty and second room not everything worked properly.

Excellent staff and cleaning crew. Location perfect.you need a hotel bus to drop n pick up folks. That would be the Best.
