Worst Hotel experience EVER

My room was dirty , Dirty bed sheets and blankets, bathroom dirty.Too dirty for the price of the hotel.

This property is AWFUL! We did not stay because it was so filthy! There was poop on the walls in the bathroom off the lobby! Do NOT STAY HERE! The hotel was dirty, rundown and the staff was not helpful.

Everything about the place is mediocre at best, and despite their advertisement claiming they offer a complimentary continental breakfast, they don’t.

The morning shift manager in the morning told me kitchen under repair. We checked out, stayed one night instead of three booked. Did not give me my refund for unused two days.

Chose this hotel based on the advertised free breakfast. When we first arrived we thought there was an indoor pool based off the smell in the check-in area. After checking in went to room and couldn't open door because the handle was installed upside down. You had to pull the lever up instead of down. When we got up in the morning, I went to get breakfast but the only thing that was available was coffee. After talking to the front desk about food, 30 minutes later they put out some muffins that were the size of a golf ball. Another thing that was odd, they had everything you would need to make a cup of coffee in the room except the coffee maker.

The bed was comfortable, but everything else lacking. Bathroom had toothpaste spatter on mirror. The smell of the hallway and common spaces including elevator horrible trash on hallway floors stains on carpeting. Breakfast is a joke— this Sleep Inn serves only mini muffins and coffee for breakfast. I will not revisit.

This has been the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It was gross. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Room was dirty, carpet was dirty, hallways were full of trash, lobby floors were dirty and gross. Found someone else's hair in my bathroom. No towels.

The room had two queen beds, so it could have slept 4, but there were only 2 towels. The bathtub had a shampoo bottle lid in it from a previous guest as well as some black unidentifiable thing in the tub. There was an ice bucket but no cups. An ironing board but no iron. Their “breakfast” was a small tray of button size muffins. They didn’t even have napkins! The room was very noisy - like we were sleeping with the windows open. The clock didn’t work. The hotel room phone didn’t work. Please - don’t throw your money away! Do not stay at this place.

Check in was quick and easy and front desk staff was nice. However, while we were waiting in line to check in, there was numerous people who were complaining about their room being dirty which raised some red flags already. Once we got the key to the room and inspected it, it was noted that there was mold. EVERY WHERE. Pictures were taken and we went back down to the lobby to have the issue resolved. Another room was issued but it too had mold, and generally felt/smelt unclean. Spoke with the front desk staff and opted to stay in the initial room due to the cleanliness factor that the second room did not provide, even despite the mold. There was no manager on the property the entire weekend and she was not there when I checked out on Monday. Staff provided not one, but TWO emails to contact her at and I have no heard back in almost 3 weeks. I’ll be attempting to reach her again, if no response then I’ll go above because it was an unsatisfactory stay. Would’ve gone elsewhere but there were no hotels available due to the holiday. Oh, and there was also no complimentary breakfast due to renovations.

We didn't stay there because there was no room available, even though we had a reservation. We had to find a another Hotel at 10:30 PM, 20 miles away! The Hotel desk lady was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNAPPOLIGETIC! A terrible way to begin vacation!!!

Lower level of hotel smells like mold. Listed as complimentary breakfast, doesn’t have. Counter girl said it hasn’t had for months even though it’s still listed. Multiple times throughout my four day trips asked them to pick up trash on 3rd floor where we were staying. Wouldn’t recommend.

We got there at 230 with a 3pm check in and she says we can’t check in early they are booked. We sit in the lobby and wait because we have nothing else to do, a group of men walk In and she checks them in and they go to their room. I walk back to the desk and suddenly we can be checked in. Weird. But whatever. Tiny blueberry muffins and coffee for breakfast the whole stay. Not what was advertised online. 4 cops there at 7pm when we get back from dinner because there are 50 rooms that were overbooked? 50 groups of people had to leave in the middle of the evening and try and find a new place to go on a weekend night in Galveston. That they could afford. People with new born babies having to put them back on the road at night, AND they COULDN'T GET THEIR MONEY BACK FOR 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS !!!! The fold out bed had actual dirt in the mattress that flung out when you opened it.the bathroom floor had other peoples hair everywhere still. Guess they would have cleaned that in the 20 minutes we checked in early? There was NO water pressure at all which is really hard to get sand off from a beach all day. The water was warm at best. No actual hot water. The tv screen was purple so you couldn’t see anything. And the WiFi didn’t work. 😂😂😂 I can get over the breakfast. Worst hotel ever.

Room was fairly clean and comfortable however hallways were very dirty carpet stained and Staff nonexistent. Included breakfast included a few muffins and no coffee.

Upon entering the room, the bathroom was dirty and the trash bin was full; the hotel hallways were also dirty. Housekeeping service was not provided the next day. There was no breakfast during my stay, even though it was included in the price.
