Great view of Moody Gardens. The room was okay for the price. It could’ve been a bit cleaner but overall not bad.

They did not have the breakfast open and when I ask the front desk clerk she was rude about it and I just asked in a polite manner.

The hotel smelled from the moment we walked into the lobby. The room was worse than the smell oh the entire hotel. The floors, bedding, refrigerator, chairs and walls, every inch of the rooms was nasty/dirty. The furniture and refrigerator was rusty and stains on the sofa chair. The room looked nothing like the advertised pictures. This was the worse room I have ever seen in my life. Thankfully I was able to find an available hotel near by. Me and daughter didn’t unpack we left within 20 minutes of arriving. We checked out and I reported the conditions and concerns to the front desk. Another lady was complaining about her room too. They offered another room but I was so uncomfortable staying there I couldn’t trust the hotel or staff and declined their offer to stay in another room. Told her give me proof of my check out and told her I will be calling for a refund.

The reviews in this hotel are very true the minute you hit the lobby it reeks of mold the carpet from the elevator to the room was stained and had garbage everywhere the room had black mold spots on lampshades and bedding looked dirty we decided to lift up bedding and found a dead bed bug and a live one. The breakfast advertised was under construction and not available when I went to front to do same night check out because of condition of room I was informed that I couldnt get my money back on a 2 day stay that was already paid for I regret getting this hotel

Sorry excuse of staff I will never stay at a place with this name ever again heartless manager and lack of respect lost my business.

No trash cans on ear the elevator. A lot of stain on the carpet. No furniture in the gazebo. Not shelving in the shower. Bed not properly set. Not water pressure.

All of the rooms had mold in them especially on curtains and front staff did the best they could to accommodate but the rooms just got worse. The bed sheets look like they didn't get washed 😒 and it said breakfast was included but most of days breakfast never got started.

Staff was very unhappy and frustrated with complaints from other guests. Room was extremely dirty and there were on 2 single towels. Lots of kids screaming and yelling with no type of security on the property. Very uncomfortable stay!

I believe room wasn’t cleaned, NO hand towels and bath towels in the room. Something was spilled under the wall by the hanging mirror. When we went to close the blinds for the night, a man’s tank top came falling off between the blinds. Post said they serve hot breakfast, NOPE .. muffins and coffee is all they had. Parking lot was full of trash. Couldn’t find a cart to carry in our luggage or carry it out when we checked out.

This is hotel is absolutely horrible. I wish I would have read the reviews. We checked in and found dead bugs all over the night stand and bed. Then after awhile we found live bugs on our pillow. We informed the front desk and were moved rooms to find even more than 20-25 bugs bunched together on the light stands in the new room. We didn't even unpack of belongings and went back to the front desk and asked for a refund and left the hotel. Hotels.com initiated a refund request but it was denied by the hotel. Because apparently the hotel offered to inspect our room and we denied their accomodations. They never offered to inspect the rooms and we accepted the room change but found even more bugs. The manager is a joke and doesn't even respond to a refund request and just denied it thru hotels.com. I can't believe hotels.com even represents this hotel on their website. An absolute joke of a hotel. I'm calling the health dept. Everyone represting this hotel should be ashamed.

The property looks good the pool is smaller than what the Picture Show there was no breakfast buffet there was only coffee and mini muffins and a package like from Walmart and we got to the room and there was only one towel and one wash rag we had a room for two beds two adults two kids when we ask for more towels they told us that there was only one Tower per room allowed so for three nights we had to use that towel we had to go buy more towels because they never once came in our room to clean and refreshing sheets or towels three nights we had to use the same towel and sheets for $100 a night I would expect it better breakfast and at least exchange out or towels and our AC would not work correctly either

The entire property was dirty. The room had not been cleaned well at all. The toilet, bath tub, and shower were dirty. The hair dryer did not work. We called the front desk asking did they have an extra that we could use.. they said no. At $200 per night, this was disappointing. We will not stay at this location again.

This hotel should be condemned and torn down! It totally stinks, the walls, floors and carpet are the most filthiest areas I’ve ever seen! I had to sleep with my shirt over my nose and mouth! We had to ask for towels and soap, the room was filthy with food and debris on the floor and walls. Kids were running up and down the hall at 4 am. One lady said her toilet didn’t work at all. I noticed the rating was at 2.9 on the website, it’s more like 1.9 if that much! Overall, awful stay, rude staff and a HEALTH HAZZARD!

The property is not the cleanest or nicest, but for the price it’s OK. They’re very short on staff to the point that housekeeping is almost nonexistent, and for a two night stay for two people, we were given two towels… And despite repeated request for towels, we were told ”no one showed up to do the laundry” so there were none available. On the Sunday morning, breakfast was not even put out other than coffee and some mini muffins because “no one’s available to prepare it”.
