The room smelt like someone had been smoking read in it all day.

This is a dump!! Nasty

The stay was crazy. A fight outside our room. No towels, No toilet paper. The furniture was torn up. The remote didn’t work and was put together with tape.

This property should not be listed on Expedia. It was dirty, run down and not safe. The tub had hair in the drain and the floor was filthy. The walls were damaged with rips to the inside Sheetrock showing. The main door had part of the safety latch missing and the smoke detector was hanging by a thread over one of the beds. The bench, not even a chair in the room, was badly torn on most of the top. The hair dryer didn’t work and when I called the front office they said they would tell maintenance. 45 minutes later as we were leaving, I accidentally saw the maintenance man and he came in the room to confirm it was broken. We were leaving for dinner so he said he would replace it while we were gone. Nope! The keys didn’t work the second day so we had to get new ones. The bathroom door stuck and barely shut with great effort. And last but not least the towels were old, torn and dingy with dark spots. They reminded me of auto mechanic rags. The outside was crappy and the pool was a joke. The pictures lied. I think this place should be removed until some major renovations are done. Awful. If I could have given it a “0” I would.

Charged for 2 days stayed one day. The sheets stank & there were literally NO TOWLES IN THE ROOM. I want a refund it was not the room in the picture

He's such a good thing I was charged for the room and I did not even stay in it it was so not what I was told. It was not five stars it did not have the amenities I was told and I was charged over $200 for a room I did not stay in I was ripped off and I am going to get my money back one way or another.

There wasn’t really too much to like about it honestly. It’s right by the highway so you have traffic noises all night and crack heads walking around the parking lot.

No tv during my stay even tho i told them i didnt have a tv..pee in the commode when arriving..

Fighting outside kept us up all night

I woke up in the middle of the night and their was allot of roches every where on my clothes and even in the shower and their was no towels or toilet paper good thing I have some baby wipes and an extra towel in my car I have to leave in the middle of the night that was not safe but I couldn't sleep with all those roches

Staff was super nice and helpful The ceilings were peeling off, all the hardware was loose, rooms definitely need some updating..

The bathroom was dirty. There was thick yellow brown stuff oozing out of the shower wall into the tub. The toilet was dirty. there were a couple of live roaches roaming in the bathroom. The blanket on the bed was super thin amd covered in burn marks

Good

The room had clean sheets. no towels at all. Had to go to front desk. A broken picture was hanging. There was writing on the door inside. Help me and get me out of here. No elevator Many transients staying or hanging outside. The area was fine but needs major improvement to the property. Did not use pool. Booked it for free parking while on cruise and one staff tried to charge me. Night person Stephanie was very nice and made coffee for me.

This property needs a new owner that will do whats right the rooms need major remodeling and spend money to do some upgrades and when I say upgrades it's just normal maintenance but this motel needs a new owner that will spend a little money and do normal maintenance-floor tile is broken, toilet holder broken
