It was the only place that was affordable on the Island of Galveston over the 4th of July weekend. The room wasn't anything fancy but everything worked, the shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was the perfect temperature. The staff was very kind and friendly.

good air conditioner 😀

In such disrepair. Shower curtain mildewed. Some type of throw up on top of the refrig. Molding around the floor torn up and missing in places. Window drapes half torn down. Looked like drug activity happening around it. We went back and asked for a full refund. The desk clerk was very nice, and understanding.

This place was disgusting so disgusting. The first room we got looked like somebody used a poop on the bed and it was falling all on the side. The doors were disgusting. It smelt like mold there was mold on everything, and there was a lot of drug people that lived there I do not recommend this place not with children not for a stay not for an hour stay if I could’ve gotten my money back, I would’ve went to another motel.

Everything it was good

I would suggest not using this hotel. We check in, they give us room key we go to room. It was prob one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at. Room was dirty, no towels, hair in shower, shower curtain has mold/mildew on it and the shower ceiling. The fridge door when opened felt like it wasn’t attached. The bedding was stained, the actual mattress was stained. Stuff splattered on wall and floor, gaps at front door and ac. We could see daylight. E had an issue with the toilet told the front desk no one showed up. The stool in the room was very worn, along with the chair that had a stab mark in it. There was some type of splatter on head board. Trim falling off all the walls. Homeless ppl all over the place, Didn’t feel safe and would not recommend staying here I have pictures if you want to see!

Unfortunately, the first room we were assigned had stained sheets with all sorts of unidentified body fluids. We were able to switch rooms. The sheets were clean, but the room itself was shabby, rundown, and the door had space at the bottom making us feel very unsafe. We didn't even take off our clothes to sleep or open our suitcases for fear of bugs.

Place nothing like pictures run down and disgusting worst stay ever
-
Room was dirty and sheets on bed were from previous stays.
-
Sent to one room after check in and it wasn’t even cleaned from the night before, second room didn’t have any towels and had to ask for towels to find out there wasn’t even a shower curtain. The cleanest part of the hotel was the pool which was closed when we checked in. One of the other room we booked didn’t even have a tv. The pictures on hotel. Com are out dated for sure. Find another place to stay.

Hotels.com really let us down on this one
-
The room smelled horribly of mold and mildew. There was water running down the window from the room above our room. There were people in the next room selling things out of the room. Pictures on website are wrong. Front desk worker didnt argue about refunding our money in full.
-
The first room they gave us had a horrible smell. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the wall. The second the inside lock was broken and it had no towels. We made the best of the situation but I’ll never book here again. The only thing that did work was the a/c

You can see outside the room from the holes around the AC unit in the wall. Mold and mildew covered our lampshades. The door lock and latch didn't work. My child was bitten multiple times by bed bugs. Four guests in the room but only given two towels at a time. Very inconvenient. Sheets felt damp from so much humidity in the room because it's not properly sealed from the exterior. The only thing good about this place is the guy who works the front. Everything else is absolute trash. I will NEVER stay there again. The entire building is falling apart, including interior and exterior walls. There was no phone in the room and the fire extinguisher didn't even have a battery in it. Throw the whole place away.
