Friendly staff. The room had a musky smell, no towels provided, the bed sheets looked like moth ate it. The front door did not have a proper security lock. We decided not to stay. We should get a full refund.

The toilet was not bolted down so it rocked back and forth. The smoke detector was gone, only wires hanging from the ceiling. Toilet paper holder was missing. Bathroom was tiny. Gnats coming out of the sink.

Location It was run down. It seems like a lot of transients lived there. No towels The remote didn’t work the television.

This property is so run down and so nasty. I was only checked in for about 3 hours and there were six cop cars and an ambulance outside the hotel. Apparently a female was assaulted. Their. AC units were all leaking and had buckets under them.. The pool was filthy and not. maintained.. I will never stay there again! It was filthy and I did not feel safe.

I paid $100 for a roach motel! The motel I booked was not the same motel I saw online in the pictures. The TV didn't work. One of the lamps didn't work. The room was dirty. There were roaches. The overall condition of the place is absolutely horrible. The ONLY good thing was the guy at the front desk was super sweet and helpful!

The bed sheets in our room were filthy. We were so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping fully clothed on top of the blanket rather than getting into the bed. The security lock on the door was also missing the piece needed to latch it, so it provided no additional security. That was especially concerning since I was traveling with my granddaughter. To make matters worse, I woke up around 3 AM to use the bathroom and found cockroaches in the bathroom. This was not a clean, comfortable, or secure place to stay. Save your money and stay somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

Nothing… it was the most horrid place I had ever stayed at. I was afraid to go to sleep because I thought all the zombied out druggies that we’re living there we’re going to murder us in our sleep. The first thing I did when we woke up was looked outside to make sure our vehicle hadn’t been stolen First of all, driving in it looked like an abandoned homeless encampment. There were cars ok bricks with people living in the cars and trash everywhere. There a man drugged out laying on the walkway. There were women sitting outside smoking and telling at their kids. It looked like they cooked meth there or something.. it was sickening.. we walked in our rooms and I couldn’t breathe because the room smelled like smoke. The tv didn’t work, the lamp shades were missing. The blankets had cigarette holes and burns all over them. There were roaches everywhere! The tub was the worst! It looked like they picked up a tub that had been abandoned at a dump site and installed it. It had blue stains, it had cracks all over the place. I put a towel in the tub to stand on because it was so sickening. This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. It’s not a motel.. it’s a huge crack house. They have addicts who live there. So disgusting.

Staff was excellent extremely helpful The room itself was big no bedbugs and a huge bed TV worked along with AC This is a perfect spot if your not picky about what the furniture looks like and need cheap sleeping arrangements Will be back again!! Only remember they charge a deposit which is 20.00 but it does get reimbursed eventually.

Hotel was run-down. Room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Decided not to stay and asked for a refund. Front desk said they would approve a refund but when Expedia called to get approval, the manager refused, saying there was evidence we had "used" the room (all we did was walk in, sit on the bed, look around, and leave). Worst hotel experience ever.

The floor was dirty and not clean and there was no towels in the room- had to go get them. The bathroom door was about to come apart at the molding inside of the bathroom. The front door the latch was broken and there was only one light that was working- the other lamps had no bulbs. We did see a couple of bugs. So I guess for the money we paid they could have gave us some refund on the room

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous! They went the extra mile to accommodate my need for an iron and ironing board as both were absent from the room. One has to go to the front desk and see if they are available. Also, one has to go to the front desk daily to exchange towels and wash cloths since housekeeping is non-existent. Other than that, everything else was acceptable.
