Absolutely zero amenities. All furniture was old or stained or chipped or tearing. No fridge. Not a single trash can. Smelled of cigarettes and mold. Most. Most burnt out. No staff in the morning.
-
Lots of trash on the hallway and the parking lot, 2 housekeeping carts abandoned full of garbage.

Sorry was not impressed at all and I also don't like how they raise the prices for $50 a night to $200 or something dollars a night that's just one of the things I don't like about it there's just not a motel that I choose to stay at

Area is bad Rooms are awful
-
The room smelled of smoke. There was not only no toilet paper in the bathroom there didn't even seem to a place to put a roll in there. The bathtub handle was only loosely attached. The internet was not secure. the lamp didn't work. There was a distinct sewer smell outside the hotel room. The curtains would barely close. The bed was lumpy although at least the sheets seemed clean. Would not recommend.

This place was poorly located, smelly, dirty. The sheets have cigarettes burns. The pool was dirty. Very bad. I would never return to that location. Very dirty.

We liked the location and the staff was nice. Shower head was good.. the pool was nice when we could use it.. The amenities wasn't good. There was no coffee pot in room so coffee was hard to come by. The ac didnt work good so we had to buy a fan. The pool wasn't unlimited. We got ran out of it (they said bc it was closed at 9, but others were able to swim wayyy past 9.) Chair was broken my husband almost fell out of it. Cleanliness was not so clean.. there were needle caps on ground outside our room. But I guess for the price you do get what you pay for overall. ♀️

I rented two rooms Saturday night and both had dirt and hair all over the floor the shower had duck tape on shower wall hiding a hole 1 room had 1 towel and the other had none the guy at the front desk did give me towels the curtains had mold and it looked like the sealing had blood splatter but it might have been mold the doors in both restrooms had all the paint peeling so it was half brown and half white the beds looked like it had pee stains on the sheets and the rooms had a bad odor sorry but my family and I will not be staying in this place again

the only good thing about the stay was the stray cat on site toilet was broken when we arrived. the tv didn’t work. there were holes in the walls. everything was overall shoddy and unpleasant. i had called and was told i could potentially check in early, just to get there and absolutely nobody was at reception.

The pool was okay. It wasn't very clean and there was roaches all over the rooms.

Bad
-
Paul at the front desk. Rundown. No towels, trash can, refrigerator or smoke alarm. Floor was filthy enough we had to wear shoes in the room. Bath tub and shower curtain had mold.
-
I got three rooms.. 1 smelled like straight mariguana, there were people outside our room around 2am making noise, and the rooms were so dirty. No one could take a shower that's how nasty and dirty these bathrooms were. We would have left but didn't since I paid close to $400 for 3 rooms by reservation. The pictures online are a lie, again the nastiest hotel I EVER stayed at.

This took place in Galveston, Tx. on Broadway St. July 31st on a Friday afternoon. entire room was stinky and smelling nasty. There was black mold on the ceiling at the entry way. Not a place to stay, "Period" The person at the front desk said, the manager would be busy for the next few hours, in order to receive a refund or just charge me a cancelation fee of $50. Three days later Residency Inn has still not reached out to me by phone or E-Mail. Thank you for your time.

READ 10 reviews before you decide. They are extremely accurate. I think we got the Presidential Suite because we had no bugs!!
-
Absolutely nothing This property is disgusting. Do NOT waste your money. Bugs everywhere, not clean at ALL. Hike that go outside in the walls. The room looked like a room where diseases are cooked up. NOTHING like the picture!
