We get there and wait 20 if not 30 minutes for the reception to come to the front to check us in. We get to our room and it smells awful. We request a new room, and it was extremely hot, the bedding was made but not clean. There was make up smeared across the sheets. I dropped something and had to get it from under the bed. Not sure when’s the last time or if it’s ever been cleaned under. We asked for a tv remote, waited an hour for said remote, just for the tv to not work. There was hair all over the bathroom counter. I would not recommend staying here.

Our TV did not work the first night and we were supposed to have a walk in shower. We told them the next day and they changed us to another room that had a walk in shower and a working tv. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was ok but not much variety available. The beds weren't real comfortable.

Watch out for the tub. Must have cleaned it with oil. Lol. Had a very large bump on my leg on my cruise due to the slippery tub

the parking is not very good.. they definitely need more parking space is the only bad thing i can say except for the turn going into it

I reserved one night and upon arriving at my hotel, I found that my room was covered in mold. The immediate scent of mold and dampness hit me when I walked in. I asked to changed rooms and the staff was incredibly helpful and moved me. However, the second room was the exact same. I just decided to cancel my stay and found another hotel due to health concerns. I am asthmatic and the mold immediately caused chest tightness and provoked some coughing for the next few hours after I left. I do not recommend this hotel for that reason.

Location and good breakfast and friendly staff We had a tire that was going flat, and the lady at the desk gave us the number of someone who came to fix it.

Great service, good rooms, quick check in and out processes. The location is a pain in the butt to get to. Leaving is easy, coming in is not.
