No breakfast Nothing

Was clean Was near to everywhere

Upon checking was charged a $100 pet fee $80 non refundable, clerk was rude upon explaining that due to me booking through internet fee was not advised and would I of booked directly through their site I would of been informed of fee.

EVERYTHING, the staff was nice, the location was convenient for food delivery. The room was extremely clean. There’s a full refrigerator and microwave. The gym was nice and there’s a snack shop! N/A

We went to this hotel after getting a refund at another hotel nearby that was just disgusting this hotel was much better and the staff was friendly

Well not come back

We had two rooms. One of the rooms in 304 carpet was wet and smelled of mildew. Our last night there, we couldn’t access our room with card key due to battery went out. Had to wait for someone to come let us in the room. The room was muggy even when adjusting the temperature and wet carpet. Not ideal and will never stay at this hotel again. Not worth the money. The other room 307, when opening the window, we immediately saw a trash pile of tires and whatever else out there. Not a pleasant sight. The toilet was not clean and still had urine on it, which lets me know they didn’t clean the hotel room and its entirety. Again, we will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I rate the stay less than 0 if I could. Both rooms that were booked were ready to leave. I will NEVER come back to this hotel. Not clean and dirty and wet carpet

My room was in-front of the laundry room so it was to noisy in the middle of the night

Location is great. Price was great. I slept pretty darn good. Showers and toilets had a lot to be desired as far as water pressure and age. Same with toilet. Bath towels were very ruff.

I found a lot of hairs throughout the room- on the comforter, bathroom wall, sink.

I like the location. It is very close to the everything.

The pool was very dirty I couldn't swim in a dirty pool

I liked how friendly and nice the staff was. I didn’t like that one of the eyes on my stove in the kitchen area wasn’t working. I didn’t like that the tub was dirty I had to re clean it I didn’t like that it wasn’t as peaceful or quiet as I’d liked it to be
