The bads The staff

Room was clean, and liked the use of microwave and refrigerator in the room as well. Employee at desk was very nice and quick getting me into my room, and pleasant to talk with. Value is exceptional, and this was a very nice place to rest and relax. Having no pool was the only thing that is missing, but it's actually much quieter without having a pool, which means more traffic and noise if there was a pool! So did not really have anything 'bad' to say about this!

The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and she was willing to help. This place should not be in business. It is a total disaster.

N/A The bedsheets smelled like cigarettes and had holes in them. The TV remote was broken, the AC stopped working at 3 AM, and even opening the window was difficult. I ended up having to buy spray and disinfectant just to make the room feel somewhat clean.

It was a very clean hotel and a great location. The beds and pillows were not soft at all.
