The location of the hotel was great. The price was also great for one night with breakfast included. My kids complained about the sofa bed being entirely to hard as if you’re sleeping on the frame itself.

The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from all the hustle and bustle, restaurants, and attractions, while at the same time being nicely secluded from the noise.

Door to room did not close properly. The shower pressure was very weak. A breakfast buffet was mediocre.

we got a handicap room which was huge(we did not need), the bed was not very comfortable and close to floor(handicap), the free coffee was never refilled by staff, the faucet in bathroom was lose. will probably not stay again, was about 3 blocks from town. we didn't use pool so cant survey. breakfast was ok not any different from most stays.

Our room was clean, with ample space, beds were comfortable and clean, hotel was overall well maintained and close to the National Park (5 min drive). Free parking was appreciated. No ice box on floors, and breakfast was dismal. The automated coffee machine should be removed as it did not taste good. The breakfast options were bland.

The room was out dated but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't good. The gravy was water as thin, the biscuits wasn't done, and the sausage was so salty you couldn't eat it.

Great location to downtown. We arrived early after being drenched in a sudden downpour and they were able to give us one of our rooms early so we could change.

My room had a few things that were off- like the toilet wiggled and the tub plug didn’t work; the parking garage under the building is TIGHT. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay!

Room was clean , comfortable. Pool is inside too warm. But I don’t need a pool. Breakfast is included it’s a save especially with children. It’s walking distance to everything in town . My main reason for staying there.

We were very pleased with this Comfort Suites. They were clean, quiet, the breakfast was very good, the indoor pool was clean (although we didn't have time to use it), and we just thoroughly enjoyed the large room with a view and great insulated walls. We didn't even know there were children in the room next to us until we went into the hall. Rooms were cleaned daily without being asked. A truly pleasant 3 days.
