This hotel is very nice and located downtown close to all the activity. The parking lot is terrible, that’s rhetorical only complaint I have about the whole place. We have a big truck and it was hard to navigate through the parking lot. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Large variety of food choices, supplies always well stocked. Tables kept clean. Room 405 - handicapped accessible room - did not have a non-skid tub surface, did not have removable or pull down shower head, tub seat too far from shower head, no bench to transition from tub to dry off, no hooks outside of shower to hang clothing for before or after shower. Bathroom too far from bedroom. Water is very soft causing tub surface to be very slick. My husband is an above knee amputee & on our first morning he slipped in shower due to slick tub surface, when he stood on one leg to rinse (holding onto bars) because water does not reach shower bench. No medical attention was required. We purchased a tub mat at WalMart. Mattress seemed tilted downward at head of bed. Furniture seemed low to floor.

Were there for 3 nights, polite and professional staff building is clean and well maintained location is 3 blocks walking distance. The only thing that could be made better is free breakfast which was ok but could have a better selection my opinion would stay there again

The hotel was clean and is conveniently located near the strip in Gatlinburg TN. They had a nice workout room and pool. The biggest draw back was the size of parking lot and spaces. If you have a bigger vehicle it can be hard to get through and park in either of the parking lots.

Property was clean, nice and conveniently close to town. Only negative is the parking. Parking spots are very tight and not long enough for most cars.

Breakfast was ok, waffles, sausage, eggs, pastries and the like. The beds are very comfortable and the room well appointed and clean. The parking areas are tight and not accommodating to large SUVs. The water pressure is not great but, nice bath.
