La habitación grande, limpia y moderna, nos encantó, cerca de todo caminando , nos gustó que el desayuno completo y hasta las 10 am lo que es muy conveniente si quieres descansar un poco más, el único inconveniente que aunque pedimos nos hicieran la limpieza de la habitación no la realizaron 1 dia.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, pool was clean and open during our stay. Walking distance to everything. Would definitely book another stay

This was a great place to stay. It was convenient to walking in Gatlinburg and had parking on the property either in the open or in a garage. The rooms were large and spacious and had a great breakfast selection. Only complaints would be are the beds were a bit hard, the air conditioning worked so well that when it was on I was chilled across the entire room and they clean the rooms really early. If you aren’t out by 10am they don’t come back to service your room. We didn’t mind but did have to go get more toilet paper when we ran out late one night. Overall it was a good place to stay.

We had a clean room, most everything was accessible by walking.

The rooms were nice and clean. The view on one side of the hotel is better than the other side. Breakfast was good. The parking lot was a bit tight so driving a big vehicle was a bit challenging.

Clean rooms and kind staff make for a wonderful experience.

The location is excellent and within walking distance of town, which made it very convenient. However, the rooms could have been cleaner, and the carpets in the hallways were noticeably dirty. The staff wasn’t particularly welcoming, although the manager was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an okay place to stay. This was our first time staying at a Comfort Inn, and while the location was a big plus, we hope to see improvements in cleanliness and customer service.

The room & the hotel were outstanding! The only problem was the comp breakfast area is poorly set up & not spacious enuff. People waiting at waffle makers and coffee machines really congested area & need to be moved to their own separate areas.

Very good place. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very nice and very close to the places we like to visit.

Place was very clean,spacious. Price was very reasonable. Location walk distance to everything. We’ll come back at fall again. Please keep your property the same way.

We had a great stay. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean and quiet. The price was very reasonable too.

The staff did not care about the place. Not even at breakfast. The Hotel is a new property. But the staff run the Hotel like they do not care. The Lobby seats together with the breakfast area. And staff did not even empty the trash can from the breakfast of the morning before. I mean this Hotel will soon look like crap if they don’t change the staff or re trained them. Too bad because the location is perfect.

El hotel está en excelentes condiciones, limpio las habitaciones grandes, tal cual está en las fotos. Buena ubicación. 🙏 lo recomiendo. Desayuno incluido. Sin duda volvería.

Loved the location and how new everything felt. Extremtly comfortable and the value for what we spent was great. I would not change much except adding plain water and not just lemon water for kids :)

It was very clean, close to the Gatlinburg strip, Breakfast was good and room was cleaned everyday! It looked just like the photos shown upon booking. Really good quality and a very nice place to stay. Only one washer and dryer, if there was a line to wash it probably would be a while to but thankfully we didn’t have to wait to wash.

Everything is good except the AC unit its very noisy

I loved that the property was in a quite location, had a nice view, and the staff was great! Very polite and attentive to the guests. The parking was very small and close together, hard for larger vehicles.

Great stay! Would book again!
