We stayed in one of the older rooms. The carpet is old and stiff/stained. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Cockroach in bathroom. The location can’t be beat. They probably should have upgraded years ago. Price is high for what you get

, very pricey for such an old hotel with paper thin walls you could hear everything from the rooms on each side and outside, also the fire department was literally right behind the building so sirens all night long were not pleasant

The housekeeper Rhonda was the best. She is so nice and so thoughtful. She is a dying breed. We love Rhonda.

The room has been renovated. Nice big bathroom with walk-in shower. Huge vanity and great lighting throughout the whole room. Nice King size Bed. Very close to all the action and right across from the convention center. All the staff were very friendly and always asking if we needed anything. I give it a 4.5 star review.

It was off of the main drag in gap number but close enough to be able just to walk down the corner the hotel is absolutely beautiful and has been in the family for a very long time. We stayed in the luxury king fives around and it was absolutely beautiful Would definitely recommend this room to anybody that wanted to have a nice wonderful Stay

Very clean hotel. Close to everything Gatlingburg has to offer. A little outdated, but very clean and cozy. The balcony facing the main road was a big plus. Parking was included and very close and secure. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely stay here again.
