Decent location near the city. Parking spots are tight fits.

It was close to the events that I go to and I could park and walk to and not have to pay additional parking

The room condition was excellent, just what a single traveler needs. The staff was a little stand offish but not rude. Breakfast was very sparse. For the price I would definitely return.

Always a clean comfortable practical room close to everything

Rooms were pretty clean. Staff was good. Outside stairs were in disrepair …down right dangerous. Needs updated from top to bottom. However, tolerable for the price.

Mold in the coffee pot Room dirty

Room was clean and comfy, stairs were sketch and need updating. But overall for a cheap stay with clean room and bed it’s nice for the price. Would stay again

The place was dirty and not maintained at all!! I was a bit nervous to sleep there due to the cleanliness. It was very loud in our room, You can hear everything, and everyone banging around. The breakfast was just packaged items frozen waffles and a toaster also make sure you bring your own coffee. The morning coffee was horrible but there is a Starbucks down the street. I was unaware and after I booked it I got a message saying certain items are limited due to Covid. I tried to cancel and was unable to. We will not be staying here again!!

Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Rooms comfortable with all basic necessities. Parking available. Staff behind counter, looked miserable during day and evening. Stayed at location for a week never did we hear a good morning, good afternoon. They seemed to be bothered when we asked questions, interrupting them while on their phone or sleeping!!

It was an old building neeed work in washroom Lady who was in the night in front desk was not at all good but the other two ppl during day time were very good Cleaning was good

Location Needs updating

The room was clean and organized. The staff was kind. The parking was good. The air conditioning worked properly. The only thing I observes is that the tile of the floor in front of the toilet was cracked. The toilet tank fill valve takes too much time to fill it with water. If there more than one in the room it gets very shamefull to see others heces or urine. The drainage of the washbasin was partially clogged and the water does not drain rapidly.

Location was perfect, The property charged my personal card for the entire amount after receiving the total paid amount from booking.com, they said they were refunding the money but tomorrow will be one week since the illegal transaction. I will be claiming fraud with my bank in the morning , also every thing was dirty and or damaged in the room, the toilet seat was loose and the wrong size for the toilet bowl. There was mold in the shower as well as hair from last guest. We had to request towels and toilet paper, there was no security to get into the building, anyone could walk in or get in the elevator without a card. We have been coming to Gatlinburg for 6 years, twice a year now and have never experienced this disappointment.
