Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gatlinburg

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference, especially on warm days. The staff were incredibly helpful, considerate, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Excellent service, clean accommodations, and a comfortable environment—we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel was a short walking distance to the 4th of July events but the room wasn't that great. The toilet wouldn't flush completely and while showering the water wouldn't drain out of the tub.

Location is excellent, very close to strip. Breakfast was basically just snacks. Bedding had some stains, bathroom was “aged” bed and pillows were comfortable.

Fuismos un grupo que rentamos 3 habitaciones al llegar a la reception el personal puso mala cara y se quejo porque tenia que hacer varios check-in. El lugar olia mal tenia letreros de no fumar y olia a cigarrillo y Marijuana. Al llegar a las 3 habitaciones las mismas estaban sucias. Las camas estaban manchadas, la alfombra se notable que nunca la habian limpiado, los baños no estaban limpios y no tenia nada de mantenimiento. Pesimo lugar y pesimo servicio

Humid inside, sheets and pillow made me itchy.

Room was clean and had a fresh smell not musky like alot of places I have stayed. Having an elevator was great. Like the parking under the building keeping car shaded. Maybe the small room but the A/C will freeze you.

The Morning shift manager she was more polite. However the ice machine had bugs in it not good I reported it night shift he said try third floor ice machine ,I replied I don't think so. Anyways it was not a good experience with him.

Got a much bigger space than anticipated. Ended up with a double room so double bathrooms which is awesome one shower didn’t end up working but wasn’t huge ordeal given the backup. I’d definitely stay again

It had an elevator what Continental breakfast was not a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast means scrambled eggs biscuit and gravy waffles pancakes the works your facility had rubbery pancakes and that's pretty much it and a Little Debbie snack cakes come on give me a break! The parking was horrible the room was so small you couldn't walk around the room was dirty the bathroom was dirty I don't have one good thing to say about this facility except for it had elevators and they smelled real bad . The staff you couldn't even understand because they wouldn't from America and they were rude

Great location. Decent price Downside no pool and my kids found underwear in their room fridge was unplugged dirty and stunk.

Overall, my stay was average. The hotel is in a quiet location and conveniently close to everything, which was a big plus. However, the bed sheets had some noticeable stains, which was disappointing and made the room feel less clean. The air conditioning was also set to turn on and off throughout the night, causing the room to become warm and uncomfortable while sleeping. The front desk staff were not very friendly and came across as having an unfriendly attitude, which affected the overall experience. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were kind, helpful, and provided excellent service. Their friendliness was the highlight of my stay.

The location and the staff We was on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people on the 3rd floor above us walking and moving around. It was really loud.

Nothing Cheap, nasty, just a terrible place to stay.

Conveniently located. The elevator smelled of marijuana. All the hallways were hot the carpet in the hallways were stained and there was places all through out that the carpet was raised up which is a fall hazard. The hallways had a bad odor. Our towels were stained. It was just really over all gross

Just the location It is in desperate need of updating. The carpets are filthy and they smell. The staff was very unfriendly. I had a 4 night stay and during that time the beds were never made and the room never cleaned or vacuumed

It's a cheap place to stay and it's close to everything the coffee is not the best if you want a gd cup you'll have to bring your own pot or go get one elsewhere the hall smelt bad of weed but if your looking for something reasonable it works
