Location Beds suck and it has a smell

The updates were great, it looks fantastic. We also like the suite being 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms The guy who checked us in was not friendly. We were not welcomed when we came in. After several minutes he finally asked what I needed.

We stayed Monday-Monday and our room was not serviced at all. So I had to go upfront and ask for more toilet paper twice. Online it said 2 beds 1 room, but it was actually 2 rooms side-by-side (that part was nice) but one of the doors between the rooms didn’t fully shut, and the bathroom door didn’t fully shut either. Being close to everything was pretty cool though. So I guess that helps out a lot. And make sure you have the shower curtain in the tub. Or you will water board the floor.

Location was close to everything 3rd floor smelt like weed. Barely any room to park. Television wouldn't allow you to watch anything but live T.v Staff wasn't very welcoming and was always on the phone with someone talking in another language. Breakfast was just little Debbie cakes.

There was bed bugs, pubic hair in the bath tub, the dirtiest toilet seat I’ve ever seen, and the entire carpet was so wet I couldn’t take my shoes off. The man at the desk, Dee Zaveri, was so incredibly rude and acted as if me complaining and wanting a refund was out of this world! I’ll never use booking.com again and clearly not that hotel either!

Comfortable bed, good refrigerator and good amount of space for the studio All the hair in and dirt in the bed when my husband pulled the covers back to go to bed. The floors had gobs of hairballs everywhere and the bathroom floor wasn’t that clean either

Nasty as hell The rooms that parking lot, the staff does everything there was disgusting

The person who checked us in was rude and very short like we were interrupting by trying to check in. The bed had bed bug/ roach powder all over it. There was hair (of all kinds) all over the sheets, pillows, mattress. There were (what looked to be) blood stains on multiple sheets. The bathroom was disgusting.

The receptionist is rude and the hotel was empty but we were given a room next door to neighbors who leave the tv on 24/7 and we could hear it from our room. Otherwise it was quiet and clean.

The sofa bed sheet was dirty. When we tried changing the dirty sheet there was a blood stain on the mattress. My son refused to sleep on it and I didn’t blame him for not sleeping on it! The inside of the tub was cracked and the bathroom was dirty. The stairwell to enter the building was dangerous. There were chunks of concrete falling off of them. It didn’t look structurally sound at all! I will never stay here again!
