Great location to everything in Gatling

Only issue with the room was that the AC could not cool the entire room. It blew directly onto the bed so you were cold in bed but could feel a wall of heat as soon as you got up.

Will stay there again

The room was clean and the building was well kept. The only complaint I could have would be how humid my room was, being right next to the pool, so that's my bad really.

Needs cleaned. The pool area wasnt the best. Don't think they cleaned it at all. Bed are not comfortable. The Ac was so loud , we thought it was going to blow up. Only thing good about this place is location.

location the pool was closed "for the season" at the beginning of summer. our TV was somehow programed to come on every 10 minutes when we turned the power off. We were up till 1 am trying to figure out how to get this FEATURE to be disabled. We finally unplugged the entire TV from the wall, which we should have done hours before. RIDICULOUS

Being in town The parking was close together. I was scared to have my car scratch.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

Unbelievable value and very clean and in the middle of it all in Gatlinburg! Highly recommend for a budget trip.

Pros: Good price. Location good for walking to attractions. comfortable beds. mirror in bathroom with different lighting options/ heat. microwave and refrigerator. Cons: Very tired run down appearance. So many little things. Things like worn floor in elevator, scratches on walls, a bathroom door that won’t shut all the way, a thin shower curtain with no magnets to hold it, super short shower head even to a 5’ 6 inch woman, missing plugs in tub and sink drain, super textured walls like ceiling, musty smelling air conditioner, a door almost impossible to open to a balcony that looks at the side of a wall, and absolutely no effort to make it look charming. The pool says closed for the season. Finally, the parking situation is the stuff of nightmares. I have never seen such a tight nowhere to turn around parking situation. It is ground level of the hotel and almost every parking spot is between huge cement poles and the wall. The spots are narrow. It was so stressful! They have an agreement with the garage across the street but will only let you use it if all the spots are full. Obviously due to good reviews some people like this hotel. I am not a diva. I stay at lots of similarly priced hotels in other places with no problem. I get staying at smaller places for less. I should still be comfortable and feel like it is worth my money. Do with this what you will.

Was supposed to be renovated room, it was not. Bathroom was awful. The view from the balcony was a wall 6 to 8 feet from rail.

Overall, I had a good experience at Reagan Resorts Inn. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Gatlinburg and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the check-in process was easy. While the hotel could use some updates, it was comfortable and offered good value for the price. I would consider staying here again.
