After driving 9 hours and having a horrible experience at a hotel down the road, this place was a complete turnaround. We booked a four-night stay just 20 minutes before checking in, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone was very accommodating. We really appreciated how welcoming they were and would absolutely stay here again.

Love the location. The room appeared clean, but it had the worst pee smell that would knock you down as soon as you open the door. we had to leave our balcony door opened when we were in the room just so it would air out and you could breathe.

There was a trolley stop right out front. Balcony faced a building (literally 10 ft away). I was disappointed in that. Parking was tricky. They ran out parking spaces so I had to park up next to the office.

We enjoyed two night’s stay at Reagan. We loved that it was right next door to the convention center in Gatlinburg. I would definitely stay again. It is an old hotel but the remodel was evident. Would encourage pictures on walk to make it home homely feeling. Loved the covered parking area.

We have stayed here many times. Nice place, convenient to everything, we park the car and are in walking distance to everything.

The location was perfect and the room was clean, the surrounding outdoor areas were not; we requested a room with a balcony, but all we could see was a wall

Got the jacuzzi room for the first time and was pleasantly surprised!! Will be getting that room again.

It’s located in a great location on the parkway. The staff was friendly. The hotel rooms have been renovated but the property has not changed. The pool was closed as well as public restrooms. The hotel stopped breakfast service but has coffee in the office until 11am. It’s okay for the price just don’t expect more than a decent room near most of the restaurants and attractions.

It was in a convenient location, staff was friendly, and facilities were clean and useful. The shower was too pressurized and almost hurt.
