Staff was great and nice. Rooms were clean , my only thing is the parking is not that great, if they run out of spaces, u have to park across street in a parking garage which is a little inconvenient but they do give u a coupon to park free so it doesn't cost anything. Other than that its fine

Air conditioner was very noisy. TV remote was not working properly. I had to have maintenance come fix it twice. Room had no drawers for clothes. The staff was nice. Location was good. I probably will not stay there again.

It was right on the main road through Gatlinburg and just a few steps away from the free trolly which brings you all over town. It was very near many restaurants. We really enjoyed the stay.

With that said, and with it in mind, I had no issues with the room, the pool was nice, the price was excellent, and the location is phenomenal.

It is always a pleasure to stay here. Rooms are clean and updated, property is on the strip and easy to get to everything. Checking and check out are always a breeze. We stay here multiple times a year. Just wish they would bring back breakfast or something like snacks.

Bed very comfortable. Staff was helpful, respectful. Location excellent. Near nice restaurants,close to National Park. Within walking distance to most of downtown Gatlinburg.

wish I knew the view was a wall infront of us blocking everything off!! covered in trash and bird crap!! pretty discusting place!!

Absolutely amazing stay at Reagans!! We will definitely be back! Clean rooms, staff were great & the location is perfect! The hot tub in our room was soo relaxing & the pool was great also!! Can't wait to come back!

Front desk receptionist was very accommodating throughout stay. Lost cable probably due to storms and didn't know how to fix so no tv. Pool was nice, but not great for young children - 3-9 ft. Depth. No shallow end. Convenient location. Breakfast was supposed to be provided, but they don't offer free breakfast anymore.

Older for sure but they keep it up. It does have an “old house” smell. It’s very convenient! I would say book if you’re looking for a deal. It gets the job done.

a location off the less busy side of the strip this is the location for you . Rooms are kinda updated The walls are so thin guest in room over playing music like a party and talking till 2 am , and pool was not clean daily . There is no view due to location on strip check in is confusing when you pull in you pass the office not knowing and enter a small garage with another building with elevator and steps leading up to rooms /pool.
