Our room had been smoked in upon arrival also some mold in the bathroom where hadn’t been cleaned it didn’t seem

It was aight. Parking was a chore in the evenings trying to find one.

We loved our stay! After reading many reviews, we were a little nervous, but we have no complaints at all. The staff, rooms, property, pool, everything was fantastic! Plus everything is a very short walk away! A bear also came to visit us on the patio so that made the whole trip! We will def be returning!

One of the main reasons I decided not to stay the full three days was because of an uncomfortable experience in the lobby. My partner was sitting there waiting for me while I was getting dressed, and one of the female staff members asked him if he had a room there. After he said yes, she told him he needed to wait in the room because they were cleaning the lobby area. They had just finished serving breakfast, and honestly, I have never stayed at a hotel where guests were not allowed to sit in the lobby and wait. The interaction gave off a bad vibe and made us feel unwelcome, which played a big part in my decision to leave early and the smell

Room had thick dusty cobwebs, tops of curtains were very dusty. Lamp shades were stained. Saw roaches in bathroom. Top of tile in the shower was dusty and exhaust fan was caked with dirt. But thankfully no bed bugs

For the price is great, location right at downtown, and hot breakfast, coffee all day and filtered water for water bottles, I love the water stream. The cleanliness is not great. It could use a new carpet.

Great walkable location with a hot breakfast and friendly staff.

The first room we had the air didn't work and there was mold in the shower. We switched to a different which was a little better. The internet provided with your stay is awful, lose signal all the time. Breakfast included was not great either, lukewarm food and if you aren't there right when it starts then you won't get anything because they don't refill it. Really the only thing going for this hotel is it's location, it is right in Gatlinburg on the strip. It's great for a walk to sightseeing and leaving your vehicle at the hotel. I would not stay here again.

We only had a one night stay, but were impressed with our experience. Great breakfast, rooms had everything we needed and they let us keep our car parked there while we toured Gatlinburg after checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and Pet Friendly

The beds were comfy for a couple nights sleep. Great location, could use several upgrades. Ac worked great, nice and cold. The entire property needs a fresh coat of paint. Linens and towels were great, the bathroom door and main down need occasional cleaning and or replacement.

Great rooms!

It was a good place to rest for the night on our trip back home. No bugs, friendly staff, older, but updated room. Not much to say. Price was excellent for the location
-
It was a nice surprise on the cleanliness and the appearance of the room. The outside look like they were having some repairs done. The room was roomy and has a fireplace and balcony. We were close to everything . We didn't drive anywhere. We walked . Two great restaurants were next to our hotel. Howard's and the Best Italian. We will come again. The rain.

You get what you pay for. So my rating is based on the price. The hotel is close to everything which means you can walk to many places. The location is nice. The only bad things I can say is that this is a very used hotel and the wear and tear shows. The latch for the door was scrwed to the door molding and the molding was coming off the wall. My bed blanket had a stain so I went and got another blanket and that one had a stain too, so I just used the sheet. Staff is amazing and properly is well maintained. I want to stress that you get what you pay for so don’t book this thinking you getting a double tree by Hilton hotel room. It was suitable for the money. I can stay at this hotel but I can’t bring family and spouse to this place, they will not like me.

I had difficulty understanding the attendant that booked us in. I did hear pool so I thought it would be a nice room. There are apparently nice rooms in the new area overlooking the small creek. I had booked a large king room but was given a room with two queen beds. The room was outdated and in need of repairs. Front door stuck, it had one chest with 3 drawers, table and 2 chairs. It had a refrigerator that was leaking water. We kept a towel on the floor beside it. The microwave sat on the floor. It's been a long time since I've been in a room that was without a hair dryer.
