Great location. Very clean

The floor in the room was not very clean. With white socks, our daughters walked fro 2-3 minutes and got their socks black. For some reason they don't have soap in the bathroom. Breakfast is preaty poor but is enough, we didn't expected more for this money.

Location is great! The pool was closed one full day. They didn’t have an iron in the room which is fine one wasn’t available even at the front desk. The breakfast was not very good. We also had to wait for our tv to be reset by maintenance for it to work.

Staff very friendly & esp older gentleman that served breakfast was very kind! Heard him say - i appreciate you which was nice to hear. Housekeeping staff did good job on cleaning room as well! Staff should let guests know of things happening in town -The information of places to visit placed on wall should’ve been on opposite wall. No one knows it’s there.

The rooms were newly renovated. Cozzy atmosphere, with a really nice breakfast bar. With in a 10 minute walk to most everything in Gatlinburg That we had to leave

The room was very clean, so was the lobby and eating area. The buffet breakfast was great! The location was awesome. Walking distance to a lot of stores and attractions. I can not think of anything.

Convenient location to the Convention Center and shops & restaurants! Room was nice and clean and decent size, breakfast was fresh each morning! Some of the staff I felt were not very welcoming! Like I was bothering them!

Great location in Gatlinburg, close walk to the convention center. Good, clean room. Good A/C. Great value for the money. Good parking. Would definitely stay here again.

The location, the staff and rooms

Mainly the location to everything we wanted to see and do. The privacy and balcony of the room. The fact that room service did not come back after the do not disturb sign was taken off our door later in the morning. We had to get fresh towels at the desk. Usually room service circles back around and checks back to see if the guests have left and does the room later. In the last couple of days of our stay we noticed a sewage smell when we came back to the room and opened the outside door to the terrace to air out the room.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff. Coffee maker in the bathroom and no hair dryer. These were minor things to us.
