I thought it was really great the location most of the rooms had balconies The breakfast was awesome The pool water was awful The pool was clean but the water was not that great

location was great, it was at the quiet end of the strip, but still within easy walking distance of everything. Breakfast was excellent. I think the server's name was Victor, he was so cheerful and friendly. Sad to learn that the pool was closed, although it was an event from Mother Nature that no one could control. I do wish there had been a notification that it was closed-- but that probably is unrealistic.

We've stayed here 5 times in the last 4 years, it's always top notch, from the location to the wonderful breakfast, it's great.

Location is awesome. The hotel was close to everything Rooms and bathrooms are small. With construction there are not many parking spaces. The hotel needs garbage containers in the parking lot or at least inside the doors.

The hotel has recently been renovated, very nice. I like the location on the strip, it close enough to walk to everything but not right in the middle of all the madness. The hot breakfast is a very good southern style breakfast. We are traveling for work and always stay the night in Gatlinburg before heading to Blacksburg, VA. Had no complaints.

Convenient to strip Evening staff (9pm) wouldn't answer phones. No sheets. Morning Robert was full of excuses and we were dingdong ditched at 11pm.

everyone was absolutely amazing Everything was great

Hotel and room location are great. They have one of the best breakfasts you’ll find. We never could get the Wi-Fi to work in our room, it would work in the lobby, but not our room.

Loved the balcony

The size of the room and the convenience to the strip. The older grey haired gentleman at the front desk was very rude and talked down to me. Thank God he went to lunch and the manager Tracy helped me check in. She tried to make it better.i

Exceptional location. The staff was nice. The free breakfast was great. We weren't happy that the pool was closed, which is one of the reasons why I booked it with 2 kids. I felt like they should have adjusted the bill in some way.

clean and quiet we were in a handicapped room. there was no small table in the bathroom or a vanity for toiletries. Though we were not using a wheelchair, even someone in a wheelchair needs a table to set their toiletries on. No hair dryer. We were told that they were taken out due to theft. However, they are not that expensive in bulk and you can have them attached to wall. The front desk person said they had one to loan but that’s inconvenient. There was no small table and chair to eat. we ordered in and had to stand at the counter or juggle on our laps. There could be a regular mirror on the wall in the living area. As stated we were not using a wheelchair, so had to stoop down to use the mirror in the bathroom. So apparently handicap means wheelchair only. My sister has crippling Rheumatoid Arthritis. So the shower was wonderful. Grab bars were great. Not all people who have special needs are sitting. So just a few suggestions. Thank You K Loyd

Good location, friendly and courteous staff. When we checked in the informed us that the pool was broke and this must have included the hot tub also as it was empty. So that was disappointing. Beds were not very comfortable probably should upgrade them. Also wish they had curtains on window and door to balcony. Light coming in all night was very bright. Had to ask for blanket to cover door.

Nice location, yes it's near one end of the strip but the walks to everywhere we went on the trip were not very long at all and some of the better restaurants were very close to the hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. No real issues, pool was closed but it was clearly communicated during the booking process. If I had to nitpick, the ac units are a little loud but not so much I couldn't sleep.

The hotel is in a great location, right down town but not in the center, the room was clean and smelled fresh. They did offer a hot breakfast. Cleaning was offered everyday. Overall it was a nice cozy place. The room was rather small but that's okay. The hot breakfast was a bit tasteless. They need some grits or something. A big disappointment was the pool was not working. I feel like that should have been put on the registration page or something, maybe a room discount.

The location was AMAZING - we loved being able to walk everywhere, the rooms were very clean and modern and we had a great view! The staff was very friendly and no matter where we encountered them, hallway, elevator, or in the lobby, we were always greeted warmly. Having the on-sight parking was awesome as well, since the main strip is so busy! And we appreciated that there was hot coffee at all hours! This is a very minor complaint and it would not keep us from staying there again, but we did not enjoy the breakfast (only ate there the first morning). While there was a lot of options, we just didn't really like anything - no flavor and seemed to be just the cheapest version of everything. Luckily there are plenty of tasty breakfast places within walking distance, so we just ate out the next day!
