Your typical Smokey mountain hotel! A bit run down. A little dirty (the lazy river looks really gross and there were ants in our room), but it does the trick! The pool was convenient and fine! The breakfast was disappointing.

Clean rooms, spacious, balcony, good variety at breakfast. Close to main part of town. I have stayed here 3 times this year. It is great place.

the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. the only minor downside was that the breakfast area could get a little crowded, but overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

We had a pleasant 2-night stay. The road in front of the property wasn't as busy as the main downtown area,so it was quiet, but not too far to walk to the shopping areas. The staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and fire pit at the pool area. And our room had a massive TV that was great for catching a few football games over Labor Day weekend. Take the bear warnings seriously though...one was walking along the stream while we were in the rocking chairs that face the water at the back of the property.

Rooms were very spacious. The property was clean and the staff were extremely nice.

Convenient location, room was spacious and clean, nice tv, beds were very comfortable as well as pillows. We had a balcony view of the river which was relaxing. There isn’t any negative feedback really. We arrived early, but let them know we were there, they said they would call when room was ready, but never did.

The only issue I had with this hotel is the fact that on your balcony if you have a Riverview, you are looking right across to another hotel balcony. That was not mentioned in the description. If that doesn’t bother you go for it. But for me, I don’t want to sit on my balcony and other people are staring at me so closely. And I’m sure that hotel was much much cheaper than what I paid for here. The good part was the staff were very very kind. The pool area was excellent. And there are plenty of places to eat near there you can walk.
