SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Gatlinburg

I decided to choose this property because the majority of the reviews mentioned that this hotel was clean and that the riverside view of the balcony was nice. After spending 3 nights here, these reviews met my expectations. The property was clean, we really liked the breakfast, and I enjoyed watching the river run. I would stay here again the next time my family and I travel back to Gatlinburg.

This hotel offers a pleasant stay with its scenic riverfront location, spacious rooms, and great ambience. However, service fell short with unhelpful staff, an unaccommodating late check-out policy, a clogged bathroom drain, and a minor oversight with room amenities upon arrival that impacted the overall experience.

Good property, does what it offers.

Our room had an issue with ants. Re sink was clogged when we got there. We lived the staff but it could def be cleaned better in the rooms.

Clean room and a good breakfast, also enjoyed the balcony.

Everything was great but.......the pictures of the room were greatly misrepresented. If they have the rooms that are pictured we surely were not in one. In short everything was good but we did not receive the room I thought I was paying for.

Close to the river

Perfect location. Large clean rooms with a balcony. Off the balcony is a beautiful view of the river, and exiting the room in the mornings (anytime of day) is a view of the mountains. Perfect walking distance to all the main attractions on the strip of Gatlinburg. Great price. Overall very happy with our stay.

Great location but staff wasn't helpful, property is not as clean as we expected.

At check in we could not get into our room until almost 6pm.

Room was very smelly and had no trashcan plus 1 elevator for 7 floors not the best idea. Other than that stay was okay breakfast in morning was good

I was very nervous bc of the price being so affordable, BUT we were very surprised and pleased with our entire visit! There wasnt much interaction with the staff, but we did forget our keys in the room one night and she fixed us right up immediately. The breakfast was really good to be included! The room was excellent! Very very clean. The beds were firm and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very nice. The balcony was plain, but we stayed out there the most. It was so nice being right on the river. So peaceful even with neighbors in every direction, we NEVER heard anyone. We loved how the hotel is located off of the main road, so we never had to fight t9 get into the parking lot. Such a nice vacation, and we WILL be staying here again. The ONLY negative I have is the parking lot spaces being so tight! If you drive a big SUV like I do then it is a bit sketchy if you're not careful.

We have stayed here many times love the spacious rooms and private balcony off the river. Easy access downtown. My kids love the pancake machine

Walkable to the main highway, view with river was awesome, breakfast was good! Free parking was a perk!

Will stay again in the future

Breakfast wasn't good as expected. Bathroom fan was fake.

Great location. We enjoyed the sound of the river and views. Walking distance to some great restaurants! Clean room and awesome bed. Also enjoyed the walk in showers with grab bars.
