It has a very good location and we could walk almost everywhere. We saw a bear right on the river from our room balcony. Breakfast was okay.

This place was amazing, this will be my go to place everytime I stay in Tennessee. I’m going to book another stay there in a couple of months and this is by far the best place I have stayed at in a long time

The location, staff, breakfast (hot breakfast every morning)! This hotel has a wonderful view in the mornings & is so nice to sit on the balcony throughout the day. If you want to see a bear! This place is perfect to see them in the creek next to the hotel from a distance. I loved everyone working at the hotel. They made you feel comfortable, safe, & provided the information of everything we were looking to do during our stay or future visits. The hotel is diverse and made our experience wonderful. I loved everything about this hotel!!

The balcony over the river. Bears frequent the property so you don’t have to go far to see one. That it only had one elevator and the lobby is locked locked after midnight according to the sign on the lobby door

Our 10th or so time staying here. No complaints, always clean, quiet, and convenient to the strip without all the noise. This was our 4 th trip in a row bears walked along the river below the balcony. How cool is that !!!

Needs a better cleaning crew. One bed spread had mold on it, lamp shades had mold, tv had something splattered all over it. Location was excellent. It is an older hotel. But they could make improvements. We didn't have any issues with parking.

I’ve never stayed at this end of Gatlinburg before. It was an excellent location. Very clean.An excellent breakfast buffet!The staff was exceptional and friendly ! Would definitely stay here again.

Close to restaurants and shopping. There’s a black bear roaming around the parking lot. Under the sink was leaking water.
