Communication between the hotel and Expedia could have been better. Expedia was the problem. Other than that it was easy to get the check in information when I got there.

Nothing was properly cleaned mattress was dirty no toilet paper no body soap!! Just completely unsatisfied

Great stay

Room was clean and nice but there was bear that was roaming inside the building. We faced it twice and almost got caught by it. No stuff was in the building. When I called the receptionist they did nothing about it.

Everything this place was amazing check in online was so great and easy I felt safe the whole time and safe leaving my things only a 5 minute walk to downtown and like 3 minutes to a little shop with food and drinks and winery I would 1000% stay again Nothing I loved everything and the bed was so comfortable

The rooms were very clean, the parking was very good, you could walk to everything, it’s off the strip so it’s very quiet, there was no hanging closet but, plenty of drawers. We had a balcony. Just needed the staff to come and clean it which they did. Our nine day stay was great

It was an amazing stay , very friendly staff whenever they are there . It is really close to everything and walking distance from the strip . The only downside is that the pool is closed

This stay met all my needs. I was in town to hike in the Mountains so the location was perfect. My room was clean and renovated. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The noise level outside my room seemed nonexistent. My room had a balcony. The balcony doesn't present a view but it was nice to have my own outdoor space in a busy area. I will stay here again on my next visit. No one was at the desk to check in, but there is a number on the door to call. The check-in process was easy.

We booked a three queen room in June 2026. There is no in-person checkout so you’ll need to fill out a form online and upload your drivers license and give your car license plate information. After a great evening in Gatlinburg we arrived late to the hotel at 11:30 PM to find the room had no air running at all and it was very hot. We turned on the AC to max. It took forever for the room to cool down. There were two AC units and one of the units wasn’t very efficient. That unit leaked a good bit and buckets were placed under it on the patio to collect water. Despite us being very tired getting to sleep was very difficult. We reached out via text to notify the staff members of the issue to no reply. The air ran full blast and the room did not cool down until 6 AM. The beds were comfortable enough but unfortunately the room was just too hot to enjoy. Would not recommend in the summer months.

Room was great very clean and had a good amount of space it was a very modern room really great parking was a little tight but they had auxiliary parking across the street location was great

Everything was amazing the outside is deceiving but the inside is really nice and up to date. Staff was very friendly and nice overall for the price and to be right in downtown gatlinburg worth it I recommend

The location was awesome! Very quiet and clean. The bed was too soft but gave us a place to sleep

Was suposed to get my money back they never gave it back durn near ruined my annivarsy

Hello folks, repeat guest here! This is my absolute favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg--I could not be happier or more satisfied and only regret I did not find this place sooner. A quaint and quiet property, this establishment offers the perfect space and features modern upgrades and a convenient location to trails and is within walking distance to local dining and attractions. I enjoyed everything, and especially appreciate the self check-in experience. Thank you SML, I look forward to returning very soon!

Very clean and newly remodeled and had 2 bedrooms so our kids could have their own room

When we arrived supposedly there was no booking for us, but they would honor “walk in” booking. I’ve never had this happen. Front office person was accommodating about it. However when I spoke to Expedia, there was a booking and confirmation number from hotel that they accepted my booking back in Jan. Still not sure why I didn’t have my room available when I arrived. No hot water, handle in shower was broken, floors were greasy and DIRTY ! I used a towel to shuffle in room after a shower and the towel was black! The room was damp feeling after having AC on for a little. They are working hard to “renovate” this hotel, and you can tell. Hopefully this was a one off thing for us and doesn’t happen to others! I wouldn’t stay here again though.
