Ski Mountain Lodge

The people in the office went above and beyond, when we asked for something. The only difficult part was parking.. we would stay there again if we were headed that way.

It was best stay experience. Way beyond expectation.

If you want a semi clean room with trash already in the trash can, cigarettes left on the deck, a bathroom so small that the door LITERALLY can’t open all the way because it hits the toilet, and a semi-warm shower— this is your place! Very disappointed

Location, price

Convince to downtown and excellent access to the Gatlinburg bypass. Very cleanrooms. Updated property. No office person everything is done by email or text.

The location was perfect! Easy to get to even in hectic traffic able to walk to all of the places I wanted to visit and very affordable with my budget Extra roll of toilet paper would be nice

Location and amount of beds and bathrooms No hot water no staff I had to buy toilet paper and had one set of towels for a four night stay...staff literally were not present the whole time

The gentleman in the office was very nice. The location was great! You could easily walk into town. We saw bears several times on our stay. The facility was pretty clean. The floors had been updated and did not have carpet, which I liked. The rates were great. The bed was a little harder than I like. If you like a firm mattress you will like it. When we first drove up, I was Leary because the outside of the building looked very old and worn, but the inside was better. It is still a little outdated inside but you can tell they are working on it.

The property was in a great location and it was really nice! The only problem I had was there was no hair dryer in the room, not the biggest deal, we will stay here again! No hair dryer in the room

The hot water didn’t work in the shower told the guy up front he checked it out and didn’t fix it or move us rooms.

This property is definitely for those that are fluent with today’s technology. There wasn’t any staff on property that I saw. Everything was contactless and virtual. I did have a bit of a problem getting into the room at first but when I called the number in the office door, someone did respond and stated they would be in route to assist me. I was able to figure it out and their assistance was not needed. The room was clean, and there is a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. It is not a location to enjoy hotel amenities. But it was a comfortable night day.

~10 mins walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The price was pretty affordable. Checked in and out pretty easy, we did it through our phone and did not communicate with any staff the whole time we were there. The room pretty clean but I still be able to see dirt at some random spot

Was a great place for the price very accessible to the strip so walking is the way to go only thing we really had a problem with is the drink machines were out of everything other then that we had a great stay

As we did look for someone, the property exterior was very dirty and unkept. Just beware

Communication between the hotel and Expedia could have been better. Expedia was the problem. Other than that it was easy to get the check in information when I got there.

Nothing was properly cleaned mattress was dirty no toilet paper no body soap!! Just completely unsatisfied

Had an unexpected hiccup on the day of departure & had to check out 30 min late. They were able to accomodate me without any issue. I sent 2 emails asking to use the parking lot before checkin time, but unfortunately never heard back.
