Great staff. Location was good. Room 118 was terrible. Lights did not work, flooring was coming unglued, missing molding, terrible paint job. But the worse item was the AC...it was very, very loud.

Husband and I stayed here on a whim on our way back home from a festival, we checked in and immediately saw a bear in the adjacent parking lot. While the room wasn't anything spectacular, it was super clean and served it's purpose. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was super friendly, and I really appreciated the fact that they made sure to tell us bears were still active and to respect their space.

Location is quiet. There is a trolley stop 1 block up to ride up the Gatlinburg strip. Love the river off the balcony of the room. The owners are very nice and always working there. As all the older properties of the area, there is continuous upkeep needed. This is a value motel lodge. It was clean. The pillows need to be replaced. I brought my own.

This was a clean room thought this facility is a bit outdated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shower had awesome water pressure. Parking was limited and I had to park across the street one night.

Very clean and spacious! Very great view of the river. Bed was comfortable, free breakfast was great. Nice quit location, but close to everything! Only issue was wish they had better pillows. Overall one of the best rooms I’ve stayed at in Gatlinburgh

Nothing Our room was dark and only had a small window in the back about 2ft x 2 ft. We tried to cancel after seeing the room, but they still charged us for 2 rooms even though we never checked into the second room.
