I chose this hotel mainly due to the fact that I wanted a room with a balcony that I could look at the Smoky Mountains. As for location and parking, it excels in that it’s close to the Parkway and the parking is convenient to the lobby, so check in and check out was easy, peasy. The staff was super nice and accommodating as well. I’d definitely choose to stay here again when I’m in the area.

All it had going for it was it's location 15 dollars a night to park in the parking lot that was very dark Some of the employees couldn't speak English Breakfast was 12.99 a piece and it smelly burnt every morning No balcony on the back of the building we was very disappointed that was our first time and last

We loved our stay at the Hilton our room was beautiful it was clean it was really quiet at night it was a beautiful hotel we loved it and can't wait to come back and stay there

Bar staff was great, knowledgeable about the area and good drinks. Restaurant staff not overly friendly and small breakfast buffet, although at $12 not unreasonable. Fire alarm at 5:00am, rumored to have been set off by staff, not appreciated. Loved seeing the bear attack a cooler in the back of a pickup truck driven by people who didn’t read the warnings. Good location for walking to restaurants and shops. “Peddler” was great, call for reservation overlooking the river.
