Verity everything and everyone was so nice

Great location if you do not want to be directly on the Parkway. The room was nice and clean. Also, the trolley stop was directly across from the hotel which was a definite plus!

Was a nice place to stay. Clean for the most part. Carpet was torn and missing some by the bathroom door possible trip hazard and big chunk of tile missing by the toilet but besides that was good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had to pay for parking. I think that should have been complimentary.

Our room was clean and very comfy. The outdoor lounge space was relaxing. It. Was close to everything to walk but still not directly in the thick of travelers which was nice. And the staff were nice and very helpful.

Hotel was in a great location and within walking distance to many attractions. The rooms were great except the bathrooms need an exhaust fan installed

Cleanliness and the location. Couldn’t enjoy the pool, the water was too cold and paying to park.

The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We loved our little balcony. The fire pit area was lovely. And the location was perfect. The pillows were not great. Air conditioning was uneven and had a smell. Bathroom had crack in the tub tile where the rod was installed and peeling wallpaper.

The cleaning staff did not restock the coffee supplies.

We only stayed one night, but our room was very clean and quiet. We loved the mountain view. Staff was very polite and friendly.
