Wonderful Staff! Entering MyRoom instantly I Felt Very Pleased! Very Clean! Very Cozy! Pleasant to Behold! Design & layout is Orderly/Clutter Free.The Toilet, Huge Glass framed/Tiled Walk-in Shower, Single Standing Sink are Together in one Room & A Full Size Counter/Sink Set in Cabinetry on the Outside Moving On Into My Room Is A New King Size Bed Tucked in Fresh Clean Lennens. The Lighting sets Calm Ambiance.The Furniture is Solid And of Great Quality. The Tones and Hues are Well Corredinated Creating a Sense of Natural & Constant Flow that Pulls You In! A Huge! Flat Screen Sits on the Dresser across from the Bed. An Oversized Mini Fridge and Microwave Are Perfectly placed in Cubbies Within the Dresser. Now! The Unique Feature I Admire So Much is the Flagstone Gas Fire Place! The Flagstone Assends Down From Ceiling To Floor Just Gorgeous! The Other Very Cool Surprise is a Back Door Opening up to a Tranquil & Private Gated Patio! Mostly Secluded, It Stays Cool Shaded By Big Beautiful Trees!To My Right is a Rock Garden within Are Massive to Small, Smooth River Rocks of Tan, Brown and White.A Few Steps Away is The Pool. I left So Sad that I Ran Out of Time to Float, Swim, Bask in the Sun, & Gaze Up Into the Deep Blue Sky Dissolving the Worries Away! I Wish I Could Have Spent a Just a Few More Days There at River Edge! Still I'm Blessed For the Two Days I Had! I Was Solo but that Allowed Me to Do Just What I Wanted! No Compromise No Conflict. DONT FEED DA BEARS! RESPECT🐻

I chose Rivers Edge due to price and being dog-friendly. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very pleasant woman and check in was seamless. She even had a toy and treats for my dog. Parking was tight but it appeared to have just enough spots for the establishment and I found a spot close to the elevator (we were on 2nd floor). Bonus-- they had a lot of luggage trolleys so there was no fight for them upon arrival and check out. My room was amazing. I chose a room that had 2 queen beds and "mountain view". The mountain view was the side of it lol but not a big deal. Im very familiar how "views" can be when booking a room. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The room had laminate flooring (another bonus), coffee maker, fridge, microwave, huge closet, 2 sink areas (one outside of bathroom), desk, sitting chair, fireplace and a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Only 3 things that came up or could be changed. 1. Something smeared on bathroom floor. 2. Fuzzy throw pillow on each bed. God only knows how often that is cleaned. 3. Hard to find on switch on bedside lamps (which is mainly lighting). I would absolutely stay again. We even got to see a Gatlinburg bear in parking lot!

Este es un gran hotel, cuartos limpios, alrededores limpios, buen servicio, estacionamiento gratis, desayuno para llevar pero bueno, caminas a pie a restaurantes y atracciones, hotel seguro. Vuelvo a quedarme definitivamente.

Room was clean. The staff was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. The breakfast was not much at all. Area for breakfast was small. Parking was fine . They advertise about being pet friendly. That is a joke. I let them know we were bring two emotional support animals with us. Not one time did they tell us it would be $40 extra a night, per dog, until we checked in. That is a big price for 3 nights when not expecting it. They don't consider emotional support dogs as service dogs even tho we had paperwork. People need to know this upfront! If we had not stayed there they said they don't refund it was up to insurance and they may or may not reimburse us. So had no choice but to pay extra money. There is also no where acceptable because of landscaping that has grass for dogs to use bathroom. They had a small smoking area and warn us a lot if caught anywhere else instant charge on card. But no one complained about the pot being smoked every time you went inti hallway to get on elevator. I understand smoking is a no no for some people but there needs to be more areas for smokers and ashtrays available. There is plenty of outdoor spaces under cover for this. Will not go back to Rivers Edge

Nice place to stay. Wish it was closer to center but not their fault! The Jamaican lady at the front desk was AMAZING!!!

Clean and great location!

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. We loved the wood floor in the room. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. We liked that the hotel was off of the main road but still within walking distance of many places on the main road in Gatlinburg. The breakfast was quick on-the-go type food that worked well for 2 out of 3 of our mornings there. We decided to go to a restaurant as we left town on our last morning and have a big breakfast meal.

Clean room and renewed, the staff was great, the breakfast was good but the only i missed was hot food. The location was goo.

Room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable, decent variety on the grab n go breakfast..walk to Parkway wasn’t to bad..

Meh wouldn’t book again. Nothing special about the property. Run down accommodations. Booked the suite for the fireplace and jetted tub. Fireplace didn’t work and the jetted tub left filth in the water after use. Shower stall was extremely tiny almost unusable. Office doesn’t open til 8 so don’t expect an earlier morning coffee to be available let alone the pathetic “grab n go” breakfast options.

We enjoyed our stay. The Room was clean and fully stocked with amenities. Our request for extra amenities were delivered as requested. The inn was within walking distance to the Main Street, restaurants and attractions. Had a good stay !!
