It was great!

It was very clean and updated. The location was close to downtown and close to restaurants. Even as a solo traveler, I felt safe at all times. There was no place for my dogs to use the bathroom except for a sloping bank of grass beside of parking area. The refrigerator in room froze my dog’s food and several cans of soda because the temperature was so high (this was even after I had adjusted it). The desk chair in the room would not stay up and kept falling to the lowest position and made it extremely difficult to get out of the chair. The air conditioner would go on and off sporadically; it wasn’t consistent. I had to buy a fan to keep the air flow moving within the room. The beds were extremely high and hard to get in and out of; I managed it ok, but I could see it being a problem for elderly people with mobility issues. The balcony faced the parking lot; so I didn’t use it at all.

Couldn’t get the a/c to go below 70. Made for an uncomfortable sleep. Bed was adequate.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Everything was in walking distance from the property.

The location was perfect as it was off the beaten path, but close enough to walk to everything. It was very comfortable and clean. I'm not sure there was anything we didn't really like.

It was right by town The property was in bad shape, very old and falling apart. Our room had stains all over the carpet, walls and curtains and the bed sheets also had make up stains all over them. Both showers did not drain and it was just very dirty! We did not stay.

For the price and location it was great. Because it’s an older property you can tell it needs renovations. There’s no space for a kitchen area to serve hot breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast selection was basically cereal bars, cereal and bananas.

The room was fine for the most part for an older property. Air conditioning was really loud but made for good white noise sleeping. Beds were comfortable. Front staff was kind and engaging. The property itself was not clean or well kept. There was a vacuum cleaner sitting outside in the breezeway by the elevator the entire time we stayed there. Never moved. The flooring in the elevator was really bad. There was pee in the elevator that assume was from a pet and it was still there spread around when we left the next day, mid morning. When we came in for the evening all the dirty linens were piled and left by housekeeping on the sidewalk outside what I assume was the laundry room for the night. Just not what was anticipated by what was advertised.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Not having it staff 24 hours is a bit frustrating. They put a 100 hold for incidentals and after checking out have not released it. Had to check out via email due to no staff at 730 in the morning!

Very good location slightly dated but suits the location

Location and room was great! Very friendly staff. Breakfast Option was very slim. But didnt need due to the many breakfast options nearby. Wake Up Early, Go to Pancake Pantry.

Location. Didn't like being charged $250 for smoking in the balcony. I booked thru a 3rd party and when I arrived at the location I was not told about the policy. Later that day, my family and and i witnessed hotel staff standing over a man working with dangerous chemical and SMOKING while doing so. I just figured if the policy was SO strict, why was he allowed to smoke?? I do have pics and video

Downtown gatlinburg and the smokie mountains. The breakfast was bad very limited options and No hot breakfast.

Located towards the East end of the strip and is just a block off. Very quiet at night. Grab and go breakfast doesn’t start until 8, so if you are looking to get up and hiking early, you will have to grab something elsewhere. We had a jacuzzi room and the toilet was kind of cramped with the wall just an inch or 2 from the left side of the toilet.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Good location. Trolley stop right across the street.

Location and the rooms They make you pay cash for items like a drink or snack

We were put next to the office. In all the times I have stayed at a hotel which has been several. This is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. The office staff showed hesitation about putting me near the pool after me telling her my daughter was 4. I told her it would be just fine for her to think that way shows she cares about her customers. I loved it and will definitely be back!! Nothing. Everything was clean and such a great spot.
