AC wasn't cooling. clerk said it was because they used it to dry the carpet?After an hour it never started cooling. Maintenance guy came and said he would be back in 10 minutes...never saw him again. Shower wouldn't cut off all the way and toilet ran constantly

Check in was very chaotic to say the least the staff looked very stressed and unsure of what was happening! Once checked in the room we had had an inside corridor and private balcony. Room was spotlessly clean no complaints. Close to the main strip and very central making getting around great. Will stay again when we visit for sure. Watch out for the bears!

Within walking distance of the things we wanted to do. No need to drive the car out of a free parking lot. Breakfast was substantial enough to get us started on our day.

Perfect spot on the Gatlinburg strip, and overall a good place to stay. The staff are helpful and friendly, most of the rooms have been renovated the last few years even though the outside looks a lil rough. The pools need some work and I noticed the elevator in building C has an expired inspection but it works fine. Definitely clean out smelly things from your car and lock your doors, and be aware of your surroundings. Bears wander their parking lot every night! Keep your distance, don’t feed them. They’re not aggressive, just looking for a snack after fishing in the river lol

We saw bear in the parking lot, so exciting Our room wasn't ready, but we got upgraded

Location Ants around sink. Floors not mopped before our arrival. Curtains not wide enough to cover window and too long and you’d step on them and possibly trip.

A serious leak in the ceiling when it rained/TV wouldn't function properly/ice machine was broken

Convenient location. Big parking lot. Clean room. Breakfast.

I loved the location. I also loved the staff. Seeing a bear every night was also a big plus for my wife and myself. We also loved that the trolley stop was right across the street. I didn't care for the parking. It was definitely an issue but that won't stop us from staying there again. Would an assigned parking space for each room be possible?

Last minute plan to come to Gatlinburg pick this hotel cause it had king-size bed option for two beds. Had Family with me. Very nice facility love the view. I was on the fifth floor. However everyone was super friendly and I appreciated this day.
