When we arrived, we were supposed to be in a king size room, but was sent to either 2 full or 2 queen bed room; I went back to the office and we were given a king size room, but when I entered the room, there was a lady in the bed. Plus all of our luggage was on a luggage rack that we are pushing around on elevators. Went back to office again and was given a king bed in another building, with an attendant helping us move our bags to this room. Bathroom was cleaned one night after I was told the day before they would be back to clean the room as we were not ready to leave the room at 8:45 AM. They said they would be back later to clean the room, but never came back. It didn't matter that the bed wasn't made, it was that we were running out of washcloths. Plus, where there was supposed to be container of soap attached to the wall by the sink, there was lotion in that container. The containers on the wall by the tub were running low. I had to remove the shampoo container to obtain enough shampoo to wash my hair. But the rooms are very very nice, just seems like they need some leadership or offer incentives to hire people if they do not have enough staff. But I would go here again because of the nice rooms and the excellent location on the main drag of Gatlinburg.

Breakfast was great

Well kept property, I've stayed several times there. I've never had a bad experience. Very close to most things that I do. Shopping, dining, walking distance to Ripleys and other attractions. Good breakfast, good staff, I will continue to book a room there. Convention center is across the street, i recommend the wander.

Took three trips to the office to get room keys activated. Poor selection of foods for breakfast. No plug in bath tub for a bath. Outside pool was out of order. Poor parking areas. The only thing good about the hotel was it was on the main strip.

Very clean room and lobby. Friendly staff. Simple, but satisfying hot breakfast. Highly recommend

This was a great place to stay when it was the LeConteView Motor Lodge. My family and I stayed there year after year sometimes several times a year. Very dissatisfied with new owners. Bad need of a makeover. Repairs unfinished, definitely some moisture problems in some of the rooms, no longer have the unique things that we enjoyed like the rockers in front and back. Office Staff a bit annoyed. Right now the only thing going for this place is the location. At this point it’s not worth that.

The room was pretty clean. We did not get maid service the entire 4 nights we were there. So we had to call the office to get towels and never got our trash taken out that was even neatly placed all together by the door. The outdoor pool was green and the indoor pool was hard to access due to the doors being locked on the outside. Apparently you have to go inside a different area to access the pool. The indoor pool was also not very clean, it had globs of hair everywhere like it just doesn’t get scooped well or at all. I personally wouldn't stay here again.

There was mold everywhere .We told them that the mold was over the sink.We said that we were going for a few hours. We were away for 8 HOURS. They did not do ANYTHING. That night we told the night manager so he gave us a new room. The ac didn’t work so we fixed it ourselves! Then the staff gave us a new room right next to the elevator. That was really good but it was noisy. Finally we swapped the tiles to the room next door. DO NOT GO IT WAS WORTH $60 on the weekend it was $120! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

Need better place for dogs to potty. If you are going to be pet friendly.

We had trouble with our lock and getting help. When we got there, the keys they had preprogrammed didn't work. The desk staff didn't know how to program new ones and called for help 3 different times before anyone came to help. She tried to make a temporary care for us, but it wouldn't work either. We finally got that straightened out and the rest of the stay was smooth. We had a pet friendly room because we brought our dog, but the pet area was not close to our room. There may be rooms closer that are and we were just at the end of the pet friendly rooms, I'm not sure. Inside and outside pools were open, that was nice. The outside one wasn't the cleanest, but it was still ok. Breakfast was almost non-existent. There were boiled eggs, bread, bagels, and sausage patties. That's about it. We ended up having to go get breakfast. One reason we picked this one was the Continental breakfast, so that was disappointing. Overall it was a good stay though. We would stay here again with those things in mind ahead of time.

Breakfast is simple and good enough. Soap and shampoo not available, should be refilled before occupancy room. Everything good

At some time during the night a bear got on our vehicle done damage. No one alerted us or made us aware. Done over 1000 dollar damage. Not t thier fault but was a a hock when we came out thought it was broke into.

Our room was fairly clean. It was partially remodeled. The pee stains on the carpet were gross. The breakfast area tables were dirty. The grounds need a little TLC. The staff was kind at check in.

Decent breakfast, hotel is a little run down but the room was clean.

Great Location but needs a lot of upgrading. My nephew and sister in law got stuck in the elevator for over 20 minutes. The pools (especially the outdoor pool) needs upgrading. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary breakfast. We rented the private balcony rooms and was worth it. The views were spectacular!

Well upon arriving the room the room was outdated, wasnt clean properly at all, every window had stains and hand/finger marks, the bathroom tub was really old, we could see how many times It had been painted, roof had mold and smell like mold the bathroom light with the auto fan made a loud noise. Hotel doesn't provide nothing but 2 sets of towels. There bathing stuff(body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles where really nasty looking. The only thing I liked was the closed it was to a few attractions places. And the shopping center.

Our microwave didn’t work and our room smelled like cigarettes which we were warned about and couldn’t check in for over an hour because of it but still was not great and all our clothes ended up smelling like it, literally smelled of cherrys and cigarettes the whole stay, the indoor pool was cloudy so didn’t feel comfortable getting in the outdoor pool wasn’t too bad definitely could use a cleaning too but clean enough to get in. Loved the location and staff were nice. Breakfast wasn’t nearly as bad as some of the reviews said. Only reason to come back would be the location
