Old Creek Lodge

We never made it to breakfast although we headed it was good. We enjoyed watching the bears roaming the creek that was just below us. Gatlinburg is an amazing place and the mountain view from our room was stunning

Have stayed before. Clean and great staff. Breakfast is pretty good too. Would stay again. Limited parking at peak hours and difficult to get carts

Loved this property! Beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Covered parking. Great location. Balcony overlooking the river. Friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the breakfast. For $250/night, I expected more than cereal, bagels, and pancakes. At least add some some scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage.

Sitting on deck watching the creek. Bed was comfortable alot of room compared to other hotels. Plus in winter fireplace in the room. An breakfast was nice but not enough seating. Breakfast area is too small. Office check in area too dark cant see people behind the desk needs up dated

This was such a nice hotel! The staff was so sweet and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and quite. And it was close enough to everything that you didnt have to walk far or pay extra for parking.

The sound of the river was amazing!

Jill was the person that checked me in when I arrived on Saturday evening. She made me feel very welcome and when I thought I had lost one of the cards to access the room, she quickly made two additional cards for me on Sunday. I had a balcony room which faced the creek and you could view the Ober tram as it made its way up the mountainside. It was very peaceful. The refrigerator was a good size and even had a separate freezer compartment if you wanted to store something frozen. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I go back to Gatlinburg! Parking was very tight on Saturday, but it opened up the rest of my stay.

We used the pool which was so nice. Cookies and lemonade available when we arrived in lobby. Free breakfast that was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable rooms with an amazing creek rapids view from the private balcony. (No bear sightings but the Canadian geese were fun to watch.) Breakfast provided variety of fresh made pancakes, bagels, toast, yogurts, fruits, cereal, and breakfast sandwiches you could heat. The pool was by the street, but since hotel is tucked away it’s still pretty private for a cold refreshing dip on a hot summer day. I highly recommend this lodge and whenever I return to Gatlinburg I will stay here again!

The stay was nice. The views were nice. The staff was very friendly. The only 2 complaints is the bathroom is extremely small, the door almost hits the toilet. And the provided body wash was completely empty.

Nice location away from the main strip. Good quality free breakfast. Coffee/tea available all day. Outside riverside balcony. Comfortable, large room. Free parking. Friendly staff. Small pool by the road ( but nice to have option). No cutlery and only paper cups available.

I liked how it was on the water. No gym! It advertised a gym, you’ve got to walk 2 blocks to another hotel to ask permission to use the gym!
