Had amazing time staying here. Had some issues with the air conditioning so they put us in a different room. Very helpful with everything and told us some place to go. Will stay there again

The hotel was great! The lady at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. The bathroom door wouldn’t close unless I put all my weight into it since it was warped. But other than that the location, parking and price were great. And thanks for the lemonade and cookies! We will stay again.

Very nice hotel. Great access to everything in Gatlinburg. This is the quiet end of Gatlinburg and that made so much more enjoyable. Definitely would stay here again

We were extremely impressed with the atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendly staff at this hotel. It is in a great location and within walking distance to food and entertainment. There was more than adequate lighting in our room (which we loved). We absolutely enjoyed the creek right outside our balcony and the price was very reasonable. N/A

The room is spacious and clean. Room was cleaned daily. We also enjoyed sitting in the balcony listening to the creek and watching the birds.

Location, ample parking, comfortable room with enough space to move about. Friendly staff. Breakfast was meh. The only hot item is the pancake machine. There are frozen breakfast sandwiches in the fridge with the yogurt that can be heated up but that’s it. Coffee was so so.

Loved the river view and balcony. The smoky mountain decor was charming. Rooms were very spacious. Breakfast is decent but small. We ate in our room to enjoy the morning by the river. If it isn’t already listed, breakfast would be better described as continental.
