Location was super convenient for all the things to do in Gatlinburg. A little road traffic but, not bad. The bathroom could have been cleaned. Behind the toilet on the floor.

Very valuable to be in Gatlinburg and on the great Smoky Mountains side of the city to get in and out. River view was great as well, we saw a bear off the balcony!

Loved that it was just a short walk away from town. And loved the view.

All of the staff was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean. I need to work on cleaning up the elevator. A little breakfast was very good. Didn’t go down for the others, but can’t give you how that was definitely would go back.

I loved the beautiful view from our balcony, and creek was so relaxing to listen to. Um, room 302 might be haunted?. My daughter’s friend said her phone flew across the bathroom, and my daughter saw a shadowy figure shortly after.

We never made it to breakfast although we headed it was good. We enjoyed watching the bears roaming the creek that was just below us. Gatlinburg is an amazing place and the mountain view from our room was stunning

Have stayed before. Clean and great staff. Breakfast is pretty good too. Would stay again. Limited parking at peak hours and difficult to get carts

Loved this property! Beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Covered parking. Great location. Balcony overlooking the river. Friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the breakfast. For $250/night, I expected more than cereal, bagels, and pancakes. At least add some some scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage.
