I was not a big fan of the bed or pillows. Bed was a little stiff and pillows were flat.

From the moment we arrived we were treated with kindness and care. The front desk attendant Randelle was fantastic. She was very helpful and attentive, not just on a singular occasion. Every interaction with her was very good. When we arrived in our room the AC wasn't cooling. I called the front desk. They sent the maintenance expert Michael and he actually ended up having to remove the old unit and replace it with a new one. All of this was done in less than an hour. We were super impressed by his abilities and his willingness to help us. We will definitely stay at this location again. Don't hesitate to book here, great location to dinning and National Park.

Spent a week here with our small dog. Staff was great and breakfast was good. Make sure to get a creek view room, the balcony is very relaxing after a long day of walking..

We loved the location. Everything was clean - breakfast was good, the common areas were nice and loved the sitting area out front to sit by the fire and watching people on the strip.

Clean, with very nice customer service. Great location and food was average for the free continental breakfast but was clean and fruit was fresh. Very comfortable bed!

I thought the staff was amazing . They always acted professional and were exceptionally friendly. Stayed at 2 Hampton Inns on the way from Texas . The previous rooms were larger and far less expensive. The rooms were well stocked and spacious compared to Gatlinberg. In Gatlingberg we had to seek out extra towels, toilet paper and tissue. The staff was exceptional at providing these things that should have been readily available.
