The bed was very comfortable Bottom floor balcony on road side very loud Musky No boiled eggs for breakfast everything was sugar and carbs It also shows a seating area with couch and chair but it's packed with tables and chairs The is indoors but bot heated ..that was a disappointment to me bc that's what I wanted to do.

Waqs close to downtown, did not have to pay additional parking. Room was entirely too small for a king bed, shower and vanity both dripped all night. Breakfast was a huge let-down. No hot foods, waffles as well as all bagels and bread for toast were served in zip-lock bags and saw a mouse run across the floor as I was making a cup of coffee.

Location Bed was comfortable Staff NEVER greeted us no hi have a good day or have a good night. Always watching tablet or laptop. Could not find remote first night, no replacement, no offer to help find. Never followed up with us on it, it was found on floor. No hot water, toilet didnt flush one morning was told being worked on, sink took forever to drain. Turned heat on and in less than 10 seconds had awful smell and set smoke detector off. Told desk AGAIN and AGAIN nothing done and slept in chili room. Elevator broke the entire weekend. NEVER again will we stay here again. Now I know why couple were checking out in front of me going to a different hotel.

Do not book this hotel! I showed up in my room wasn’t clean and they would not give me another room despite the property being reasonably empty. Very gross and dangerous vibe there!

Dirty room had roaches. Broken elevators. Do not stay here

Facility was dirty the elevator was out of order, and the pool had spilled over to our room door! Plus they told us if we went out on the balcony not to lock the door because they have no key to get back in!!!

The location was great The elevator didn’t work and I had to walk down from the 3 rd floor everyday.

Everything was was good ,clean room,comfortable beds The toilet ran and ran it did stop after a few minutes. The fireplace in yhe room didn't work

The breakfast was a nice simple breakfast. The night time front desk lady was rude every night. She never looked up any night to see there was another room available. She didn't even pretend. I asked her about restaurants nearby that were her favorite. She couldn't tell about anything. Places she likes to go or eat
