Close to the strip and restaurants were awesome Tub didn’t drain, sheets/covers weren’t clean, vanity light strobed when you first turned it on for about 2 minutes. A lot of outlets didn’t work

I did not get the room I booked. They said all of those rooms are down for maintenance. The elevator was down which meant my wife who has difficulty climbing stairs had to climb daily.

All great best location possible for Hikers, Smoky Mtn gate within walking distance, Food walking distance, Store walking distance gas next door, For smokie visitors top notch location, Room was perfect for those who are simply wanting a good night sleep, hot shower and comfy bed. Nothing all good.

It was great walking distance and close to everything I asked them for a ground level room because I have bad hips and hard to climb stairs and they still put as on the 2nd floor with 4 sets of stairs

Place is dirty, has mold and water damage in multiple rooms on the third floor, unsure of other floors but I’d also assume they do as well. However the only good thing about this place is we were given a full refund and the staff were understanding of the issues found in both rooms.
