Breakfast, staff, parking were all fantastic

Absolutely everything was amazing! My two grandsons loved the water park! And the bears running around in the parking lot at night! This will be our HOME reservation every trip!

Lance at the Front Desk is professional, courteous and very helpful. Makes you glad you chose this hotel!

The front desk staff were so amazing, probably the friendliest from any of our travels. The waterpark is the perfect size for little kids! Breakfast is decent but the only milk option was the cereal milk so that was sort of a bummer. The pool water / pool area was pretty cold. They need to heat it and they didn’t have a hot tub. The bathrooms in the pool area were fairly clean but the pool area itself… The floor was kind of gross.

Great stay love it. Easy access to the attractions and places we wanted to visit. Overall, it was a great vacation for us.

I was generally impressed since I've stayed at other Holiday Inn Express's but this one is nicer abd cleaner. The pool and water slides are a great bonus but the longer slide is painful since it isn't smooth. The parking is packed with a handful of spots in the back. I never saw it completely full but I went during the middle of September. Only major issue was the fire alarm went off during of the night due to the elevator stopped working. We were never told why that happened and didn't know what to do. We tried calling the front desk but no one answered. The alarm stopped after a few minutes but we were afraid the building was on fire. The elevators were repaired the next morning though.

The room was nice, and so was the breakfast. I just received my bill. Be aware that this hotel adds a $22.55 destination fee per night. I was not made aware of this extra fee by Booking.com or I would not have booked this hotel. I will not be using booking.com again, nor will I stay in this facility anymore. I had to pay an extra $45 fo a two night stay in a hotel that was pricey enough without the extra fee.

Everything was excellent! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast had such a variety of food for everyone and the location couldn’t have been better. Keep up the good work!

In the basement which was for kids, and we were charged three times on our credit card for charges that should not have been there and the manager was hard to get through to. Will not return to this hotel or Gatlinburg. It is a tourist trap.

All over it was good experience, their breakfast buffet is very limited menu.

Location was great walking distance to downtown. Everything was clean, in good condition and the staff was super polite Loved it all
