Not well maintained. Bathrooms were not very clean. Pictures showed hot SPA, but there was none.

Great room with a fridge. Pool is awesome my 5 year old hit the waterslide 40 times. Great views. Cool lobby

Breakfast was great. Parking ok . Staff were friendly .

I booked through third party, they charged me full amount on property again by mistake. And then it took forever to get my extra charged doller back between hotel and my credit card. They should have been careful for customers to avoid such hassle.

stay was great. beds were comfy. breakfast was delicious. pool was great for the kids. carpets do need a deep clean ours in our room was pretty dirty and the walls could use a scrub. but besides that is was very clean, great stay, some staff were friendly, nice location to walk to downtown.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room setup was great and had a large bathroom. The waterpark was fantastic and my kids loved it. The included breakfast was fantastic and had plenty to choose from. The staff were always friendly and accommodating.

Nice, clean property with a good breakfast daily. The kids loved the waterpark! It was also good walking distance located near the center of town.
-
Clean room, great breakfast, nice pool area for younger kids.
-
The only thing is that it took us some time to do check in because there was no one at the reception.

The splash pad/waterpark is shared with the hotel next door. It is ice cold. It shuts down anytime there is lightning within 8 miles and stays down until it has been clear for 30 minutes. There is no way to know when it’s back open other than going down to check. Bring towels with you. There is also a $15 resort fee, this includes 2 bottles of water which I had to ask for. I normally wouldn’t care but after the experience I had with the front I wanted to be sure I got the water I was paying for. Parking is easy and it is very walkable to the main drag of Gatlinburg. Breakfast was the average Holiday Inn Express buffet.

Ok the best part of this location was the water park. It was great for both kids and adults to enjoy. The only thing I didn't like was no hot tub but can't win them all. The rooms were extremely spacious, and the staff went above and beyond.

When called by Expedia the front desk refused to give us a full refund and charged me for one night around $300. I called and made a formal complaint with Holiday Inn. The manger that night then told Holiday Inn that I called her a lier. I offered to take a lie detector test to prove who was being untruthful about the event. She called me a lier and she knows this is the truth. In fact what she didn’t tell her boss was when she called me a lier, I said mam I don’t know where you got you customer service skills from but they are horrible you shouldn’t call your customers liers. By the way this conversation was all done in private away from other customers, no one else heard so I cannot prove she is being untruthful but she knows. I am not going to get my money back because corporate holiday inn said this location is privately owned and they could not make them give me my money back. This is not $30 rather almost $300! I would never recommend a hotel that allows their “manager” to call guests a lier and kicks them out on a busy Saturday night in Gatlinburg.

Everything was absolutely wonderful
-
Great hotel. Great staff. Breakfast was good and it was close enough to walk to the strip.
-
The hotel is in need of updating. The room had dirty elements and the air conditioner was very noisy. To sleep, we had to turn it up not to go on. Upon entering the room there was a very strong bleach/chlorine smell and we couldn't switch rooms due to nothing else available. Breakfast was not as advertised as they only have some items on certain days. We were thankful we only were staying one night.

Everything was great. My kids loved the pool. The hotel is walking distance to downtown and parking is included with your hotel stay so need to pay in town for parking. It was very clean and quiet at night despite the number of people staying there.
