Said balcony wasn’t a balcony just a paved back porch looking at another hotel not like the pictures and details had mentioned. Dust all over the bathroom vents and some blue junk smeared on the shower wall. Fridge didn’t work. Pools where out of service but didn’t mention that when we booked or checked in.

We enjoy staying here but wish the outdoor pool and hot tub would be functioning. The indoor pool was too hot and humid and made it unbearable.

Outdoor pool was closed. Parking garage extremely small

The irony was that the hot tub was so small, like 4 people max, that it was hard to find a time it was available. The indoor pool room was unfortunately so hot that using the pool was not refreshing. Also be warned that you will not get a garage pass until you sit with a representative that wants to setup a time share presentation. There was no pressure but I was still uncomfortable as I’ve been in this situation before when it was uncomfortable so I’m programmed to just tense up. The room was okay and it was quiet except for one evening the fire alarm went off and we all exited our rooms until the ear shattering alarm was turned off by the fire department. We had light bulbs out and sheet rock falling off the wall above our heads because something that was wall mounted was torn off and not repaired. Vacations should be relaxing and Gatlinburg is wonderful and can be fulfilled with activities or relaxing with nature walks. Unfortunately coming back in the evenings was not something we looked forward to. I’m sorry to say.

We loved our stay

Everything was a little musty, but staff was wonderful

This property was is walking distance of the main strip. I was in a small room and the furniture kind of cluttered the place.

Great location. As a guest, it was a great room.

So none of the staff were the problem, they were great, helpful and gave you advice. 5/5 for the staff. As far as the property it was fairly rough with many step stones wobbly and uneven. The parking garage was hard to find a place to park in and the spots that were available were too narrow to even fit in, and the baggage carts were in rough shape as well. Maps provided to find rooms were also pretty bad, but staff are helpful so ask for help whenever you need it. As far as the pool goes the outdoor one was closed the entire time and the indoor one felt like you were breathing in chlorine and everyone was coughing and it made your eyes burn. As far as the rooms go you need to be careful with making sure the door actually locks behind you as I had to tug it hard to get it to latch, but the rooms were clean. The beds were not the greatest and the blankets were more like sheets… just bad. Positive side is the rooms were pretty clean and only an 8 minute walk to the Gatlinburg main strip!

Was clean but she smell very musky. There was a section of the carpet that was constantly wet because the AC unit was leaking. We did appreciate the free laundry service and the size of the room along with the amenities that came with It.

It was a beautiful location and the staff was so friendly and really cared!

Uniqueness, atmosphere and home away from home feel. Hope this property stays on top of what makes it special. Just needs to stay on renovations, attention to detail cleaning etc….. outside pool closed , vending machines are rough and elevators need to be better.

Bed pillows very uncomfortable, bed was just ok. Parking was tight, room need some updating but still nice.

The lady at the front desk has blonde hair didn’t get her name but she was awesome and caring and answered any questions needed

First room assignment was at a different hotel, and this one had a sign on the front door to stop all repairs and occupancy. We were then given a smaller room and bed at the back of the hotel. That night the shower door fell off and we had to wait for t

The outdoor pool was closed, that would be the only complaint

Parking wasn’t great

A nice facility that is under some renovations. The only issue we had was the parking, over crowded and to few handicap areas. Other than that it was a great stay.
