You won't see us again.

Overall, it's not horrible and I would stay again if nothing else was available. If price is your main factor, it's probably worth giving it a try. But don't expect it to look as nice as the pictures online and be prepared for the whole timeshare thing.

Dryer didn’t work. No shower curtain .
-
The fully furnished kitchen That I couldn't stay longer cause of work

This is our second year staying, it's our top choice when we come to Gatlinburg. It's clean, staff is amazing, and it works for why we are there. I was sad the outside pool was down, but I'm excited for next year to see what they have done with it.

Close proximity to the park and walking distance to Downtown. Great arrangement of rooms and free laundry.

This place was very nice and all the staff where so helpful

We had a really good stay. We have stayed here one time before and wanted to come back. They are doing construction but have renovated a lot of the rooms and we were very happy. Everything was clean and they had two outdoor pools and one indoor pool. It's pretty close to the strip and we walked down twice without any problem.. very nice place.

This property should be condemned. Moved to another hotel after checking in. Only good thing was they refunded our “stay”

Love the atmosphere and home away from home feel. Hopefully the promise of more upgrades makes it better. Thx! Elevater on left side, some attention to detail that usually is there was not as much and definitely the outdoor pool size and hot tub availability! Stay on top of cleanliness, example of soap in restrooms. Love it here, hope it gets better. Thx!

Convenient to downtown. It was clean and quiet. Although renovations were being done, the place definitely needs a facelift. Quite dated, early 2000’s I would assume. Furnishings were fine. Some cabinets had water damage in kitchen and bathroom. Shower was very small.

The outdoor pool was not open and that didn't help the stay.

Outdoor pool wasn’t working without notice

Close to the convention center So So dirty. I will not stay here again.

Not what the pics really represent outdated and nothing worked

The check-in process was ok except for the part where they try to talk to you for 15mins about timeshare opportunities and then try to get you to come spend 90mins on one of your days to listen more.....then the keys didn't work and we had ti drive back to the check-in office cause our room was about 4 blocks up the road at a different "building"....room was not clean, smelled old and mildew'ish, a/c sounded like someone was crumbling paper while running, had to move the bed......it wasn't worth it at all

I liked that the property was close to the strip. The room was in unacceptable condition upon arrival. There were what appeared to be blood stains on the bed sheets and curtains, visible mold in the shower, and the brand-new roll of toilet paper had brown stains on it when I opened it. The room also looked nothing like the photos on the listing. I contacted the property to report these issues, but I did not receive a response. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay because i had nowhere else to go. Overall, the cleanliness and lack of communication made this a very disappointing experience.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at GTSquare. Our 2-bedroom condo was nice, clean and comfortable. The entire facility was recently sold and is undergoing major reconstruction, but we would certainly stay there again next year if it is possible.

Close to everything in town, yet quiet and peaceful! The staff is amazing! The buildings are due for a face lift, but are in the midst of a multi million dollar renovation. The updates we saw look great, and I can't wait to see the final results! If you're looking for a reasonably priced great place to stay in Gatlinburg, I highly recommend staying here!

The location was amazing. The beds were hard and the tub was dirty.
