I loved the fact that we could walk to the strip! This property is listed as a “resort”. We were made to check in at a completely different spot than where we actually stayed. We were put in a hotel down the road from the main property that was under renovation. We were not warned that there were any renovations going on and the hotel look abandoned. It was very disappointing seeing as we were so excited to stay there for the amenities but sadly you had to walk to a completely different facility for that!

We had a great stay. We loved the activities they had around the resort. It is a little dated and needs some TLC but it was for sure not a deal breaker. I do wish the indoor pool had been heated. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the strip. The walk back was a little longer having to go uphill. There is a great little pancake restaurant across from resort. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

The room was very clean!

We like the location, cleanliness, and spaciousness. I don’t like having to speak to someone about touring the property for a timeshare before I can get my parking pass. In the future we may decide to go elsewhere because of this.

Stayed in Condo Heated pool was too cold

It was like a Homey apartment. The elevator a couple of times would not work.

Accessible. Not really far from anything. Staff was nice Parking. The garage could either be bigger or the parking spaces need to be labeled for room numbers. I did not like having to park my vehicle a block away and having to walk back and forth to it. I know bears aren’t necessarily a big problem, but would much prefer it have been in the garage where it felt a little safer. If I needed a parking pass I should have had a spot to park!

Nice place to stay, this was our second time staying here. The biggest issue we had on both visits is the lack of water pressure in the shower. We had a hot tub room and pressure for filling it was great but the shower pressure is Bad! It's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Amenities are very nice and location is Great. Parking lot is very nice!

We had no hot or even warm water on our 2nd day. took 4 hrs for them to say it was fixed but it was not. They did eventually transfer us to another room after several times going to the manager to complain.

Nothing. This room should never have been rented until it was fully renovated. In fact, this small out building should not be available for rental. It's half under construction, the interior was quickly thrown together, the door jams were exposed roughly lumber instead of nice finished moldings. I was locked out of my room because the door lock didn't work. Waited for the maintenance guy to fix it for an hour. My view out my window was a construction dumpster. Saturday I found mold in the coffee pot with old coffee in it. Very little lighting near the building. Didn't feel safe at all. I have been at this resort several times and would have returned year after year but now I will never go back. And I will make sure all my friends know this. Everything. Obviously Capital vacations are only interested in the Almighty dollar. The staff there wouldn't do anything for me since I booked with Booking.com. They said I had to deal with them. Booking.com, which is like impossible to get a hold of, in a message said I had to talk to the property directly, which I tried three times but was referred back to Booking com. Very disappointed with the trip, with Gatlinburg town square, and Booking.com.

This time was okay. We stayed last year with no issues. This year our master bath had no hot water, had to have fire alarm changed because it was screaming and then got locked out of our room due to door batteries not being changed and had to wait out in the cold after a long walk. The parking is also awful and worse than I remembered. Overall most things were minor and we didn’t let it mess up our trip.

Broken kitchen faucet. Leaking bathtub faucet. Bathroom vent fan not working. No hot water one day. Some electrical outlets do not work.

Stayed in 416a. When we came to the property there was food left in the fridge from whoever stayed there before us, the floor was so dirty that our feet were black and visible trash on the floor, and the bedside tables were full of sticky stuff. The pull-out bed had a mattress cover that was just disgusting and no blankets.I called and let the staff know and they said that somebody would come clean in the morning. I called them to let them know that they could come clean in the morning and nobody ever came 6 hours later. I called again and they said housekeeping had gone home and she was the front desk manager and said that she was very sorry and that someone would be there in the morning and that we would get some kind of refund. So I called in the morning when we left the hotel to let them know that they could clean and then when I came back nobody had cleaned. I had the stuff from the fridge and the horrible blanket on the floor and that's the only thing they took when they came and no cleaning done. The trash that was on the floor was still there in a sticky stuff was still there on the bedside table. I called back and she said the lady said she cleaned but I told her it wasn't possible and she said that I would get a refund but I still haven't heard anything and that was 2 days ago.
