Gatlinburg Town Square

The bathrooms and bedding were clean except floors. The carpet felt dirty under our feet. The kitchen utensils were sufficient. The look of condo was nice.

Loved the location everything is walking distance. Quiet and great for families.

Not bad place rooms where nice said they in process of remodeling good location used trolley to.get around that's a plus keep from parking fees in town didn't use much amenities at property

It was perfect for our trip. Minor issues but nothing to complain about.

.1st room as soon as we got there opened the door to dirty towels in the washer and who knows how long a old pizza was in the oven when I opened the oven. Filled the fridge with freshly purchased groceries only to see the bottom was full of water and didn't work. When reporting the problem it seemed as though we were a HUGE inconvenience to the staff and maintenance. Mind you we made this reservation 1 year ago. Spent a few hours getting

Door key didn't appear to work on arrival. Maintenance came and said it will need to be fixed but for now you basically have to kick the door in or push hard with hip to force door open. They never did fix it during 4 days. Room smelled like pee. Prior guest must have had a dog so carpet in bedroom needs to be cleaned. No sheets for sofa bed, had to have them delivered. Bathroom door was difficult to open and close, not ideal for ADA room. Our room ended up being in a building further up road than main building so no amenities and not easily walkable to convention center and rest of town. Main building is probably better.

The room was really clean and we loved the way it was set up. The balcony was GREAT!

Property was good location but away from main hotel This place was like the ugly sister to main place. Room was dated, smelled and no cable tv as advertised. Outlets by bed as advertised was false. One outlet for microwave and coffee pot did not work. Patio was rusted but couldnt even sit outside as they had a renovation dumpster on site and dumped grass in it. Smell was aweful. I was also told by staff at checkin if i wanted fresh towels to leave them outside door and they would leave fresh towels. That didnt happen

Clean property and balcony, nice staff, rooms could use an upgrade of couches/chairs, removal of popcorn ceilings. Beds were comfy.

We were very disappointed the outdoor pool was closed. Parking garage is also bit of a tight squeeze if you have a truck. Overall though, was a good value and served our purpose. I'd return if the price is right.

Looks nicer in pictures than it really is. The price is reasonable and it’s like an apartment instead of a hotel room. It is a little outdated and the bed was not very comfortable but it served its purpose. A little walk off the main strip. Near lots of restaurants. We were told that we had 2 condos booked but we only booked one. Hopefully we will not be charged for 2. The pool and fountain are the nicest amenities. We did see a couple of bears roaming around which was an extra highlight. We would stay again if we had to but it is just average.

Little dated but fully functional. Room was clean, check in was smooth. Would stay here again

Love the location. Rooms are clean and feels like home. Price is decent. This is my go to when visiting Gatlinburg. Even had a few run ins with some bears at property.
