Super 8 by Wyndham Downtown Gatlinburg at Convention Center

Pee smell maybe pet odor, lighting over the window awful choice, didn’t sleep well the 3 nights we were there.bedskirt need to be replaced is dirty room 225

We enjoyed staying there and loved our room that looked like the inside of a log cabin. The breakfast was huge and delicious. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely come back here and stay the next time we’re in Gatlin.

Very small rooms. Continental breakfast area not clean. Receptionist not familiarized with the motel. The good: Very close to downtown Gatlinburg. 0.4 mile from downtown. Very economical to stay there. The room was clean.

Place is okay for its price Nice pool! We saw a bear in the morning just after breakfast.

The room didn't vent well so there was constant moisture in the air that built up on the floor. Continental breakfast was very limited but still nice. Overall its a nice place for the price.

One of the best places we’ve stayed at. The staff was friendly and very helpful. At the last minute we decided to stay an extra night the lady was so helpful and so nice. We definitely will be staying there again on the next trip.

I was happy with how clean our rooms were and when we left to go look at the shops when we arrived back our beds were made and we had clean towels and our trash was empty. And the contanintal breakfast was not to shabby.if you like Minnie blue berry and banana nut bread muffins and sausage patties eggs and toasted and cereals.but definitely plan on staying there next year

When we pulled back the bedding, we found blood on the mattress cover. The floors were filthy and appeared to have only been swept along the main walkway, while the rest of the room had dirt and debris. The bathroom floor had a hole that felt like you could fall through when stepping on it. There was also what appeared to be feces on the bathroom wall. The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor. Staff replaced the refrigerator and mopped up the water, but it was obvious this wasn’t a new issue. There appeared to be mold underneath where the refrigerator had been sitting, suggesting the leak had been happening for some time. These aren’t minor inconveniences—they’re cleanliness and maintenance issues that should never be present in a hotel room. I was extremely disappointed and would not stay here again until these issues are properly addressed.and no point in complaining because when we had the fridge problem they wanted me to check out instead of fixing the problem

I like it so far, the location is ok and the breakfast is good. We requested to combine the two queen bed when we booked online and the online said request granted. However, when we arrived in the hotel they told us that they don't allow it. The staff that night we arrived too is not accommodating and welcoming. The other staff in the morning was good.
