Great location , walking distance to town and restaurants. Basic motel. Used laundry facilities and they were great . Was a safe area

Clean room, quiet area, and close to town!

Location The room smelled like dog pee. Floor had been moped was still wet when we arrived

Clean and in a very good location.

The lady working at check-in was super friendly. Kids loved the pool. Got to see a bear, so that was pretty awesome. Good location for us, but it is up a hill off of the parkway. There was a pull out sofa, but it was very ragged and smelled like urine. Thankfully we had brought an air mattress in case one of the kids needed it. There were no extra sheets/blankets or pillows in the room. We went to the desk to ask for these items and was told they did not have extra. All they had was a sheet. We had to share blankets from one of the beds so the kid didn’t freeze on the air mattress. The room itself was very small. Being the Wyndham brand, we expected it to be much cleaner and up to date. Around edges of the room and bathroom needed a good cleaning. One of the beds looked like it had blood on the sheet. Unfortunately we didn’t even see that until the 2nd night, which was a little disturbing. The tub didn’t drain very well at all. Breakfast was a NO! They honestly shouldn’t even advertise free breakfast. The cereal was stale. The only thing warm they had was what looked like sausage, but it was a light gray color. Muffins and things like that had been sitting out more than once.

It was very nice staff was very accommodating. Only problem was my keys deactivated 2 times but other than that I enjoy my time. Lots of bear activity The air conditioning could have worked better but it was cool

The floors was dirty and if mopped better then it was and the ac unit kept adjusting it’s self. The staff was okay could’ve been better.

The room was spacious and clean.

It was what I expected for the price. I needed a good price and pet friendly and I did get that. It really smelled moldy and musty and the bed was damp because of the moisture but hey when you have a good rate downtown Gatlinburg that's what ya get. We saw a bear and that was great but with all the excitement we got locked out of our room. I went to the front desk and the person gave me crap to get let back in my room and told me they'd let this slide only once.

I liked the staff and the location. I didn't like when I moved the mattress out there was hair and dust and stains and the smell in the room stunk, also our remote wouldn't turn the television on and we had to have it swapped out. Also the pool was Nasty.

Great location, nice staff. The ac unit a little noisy. The breakfast is not the best for my taste.

The rooms were nice but at check in the girl checking us in was not friendly at all! We didn’t feel comfortable with her attitude.
