We were very happy with everything, very clean and comfortable, lots of space. Love the kitchen and little laundry room. Very quiet and clean, love the floor plan, like a cozy apartment! Beautiful furniture and very stylish! Wish it had shower cabin instead of tub.

The room was big, clean, and it was well stocked. The hotel is close to all the action in Gatlinburg. The chairs on the balcony are huge which makes the balcony feel really small and my view was obstructed by some kind of wood in front of the bars on the balcony
