Pool area and water activity center were quite nice. Good location - we were able to walk to mostly everywhere we wanted to go. Kitchen was very outdated. Cabinet doors were broken. Water was sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher. There were glass slivers on the floor in the kitchen from whoever stayed there before us and one of the people in our group cut her foot on it.

Location. Pools and Waterpark. Room was very nice too. Recommend Waterpark open at 8 especially on checkout days. 10 pm is still a good closing time for late arrivals. Elevators cannot handle the number of people, especially when one elevator was put of commission the 1st and last day of a 3 day visit.

Great service, staff was welcoming and friendly! Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Great location everything was within walking distance.

Watch for the surprise $50 resort fee that is not mentioned at check in. This is charged after check out to the card you put on file for “incidentals” in addition to what ever you pay on hotels.com.

EVERYTHING! Clean, Spacious, Comfy, cozy, Interior, View, Pool and sliding ... Everything is thoughtful!

There is no breakfast at this location, but there is a restaurant directly across the street. The food was great and the prices were very reasonable. My room didn't have much of the smokey mountain views we would've liked. There was construction happening, so there were large bulldozers and equipment outside of our windows and patio.

Nice and roomy. Clean and very comfortable. Close to downtown Gatlinburg. Great staff!!! I would have liked to have my coffee already to make in the room instead of having to go downstairs for it each morning.

Very clean room, soft beds, wonderful pillows, excellent showers. The indoor pools were a little cold, and strong chlorine smell. Staff was wonderful, very pleasant. I would come back again, and do recommend. Walking distance from the main drag is a huge plus!
