It was convenient to town I paid almost $300 for a king sweet. It didnt match the photo online. It was supposed to be a nice room for our 30th wedding anniversary, as a throwback to staying in Gatlinburg our honeymoon, but it was so small and dusty. Totally disappointed

The location was great! We walked to the convention center for the Favored Women Conference. The "Starbucks" coffee was not good at all and my breakfast muffin was still cold in the middle.

Enjoyed the stay close walk to downtown. Very clean was a nice stay. . Enjoyed the hot tub. Does have a Starbucks and small bar area.

The property was clean.Fresh smell in the lobby. Approx 1/2 mile walk to main strip.Walking down was great a little incline coming back.. Broke a little sweat! Everything was great easy check in and check out.

We enjoyed our stay, the front desk staff was amazing and super attentive. Absolutely a pleasure staying there! The rooms need updating, the vent in the bathroom does not work and the showers need a non slip mat to prevent any slipping.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was a good size, but that’s it!! For the first time ever coming to Gatlinburg and staying at a hotel ( and we have stayed at a few really nice ones) this is the first time we have ever had to pay for parking and $15 a night is extremely high!! Also the king size bed isn’t a true king size bed!!We bring our own sheets because of my service dog and the king size sheets that fit my bed were too big for this bed!!

There was no breakfast included. You asked if we paid extra, and yes, we paid $15 a night for parking. The room was clean and well distributed, but I forgot something in the room, and when I called after I had left, I was told it was not there, I know it had to be, because it was not with me and I didn't take it out of the room while I was there.
