we liked the hotel, just the beds were horrible toooo low to the floor and uncomfortable

The room was very clean and comfortable but the bathroom was missing a vent so it stayed fogged up for hours after a shower. The listing says there is a fridge, there is not it is a chiller at best it only coolers for 2 hours and will not stay running. The tv on a swivel was nice and the overall place was nice. Please be aware that parking is 15 a day and it is tight. There is also a 20 a day fee for incidents you will have to pay upfront just in case something happens. For some reason we were charged once at the check in and once at check out they said it was a system issue and it would all be refunded.

Rooms were very nice, relaxing room We had to wait for our room. We arrived b4 4:00 check-in time and walked around until then but still had to wait hour and half. Also we were given a king bed only for 3 people. We were able to change the room to a 2 queen bed.

Unfortunately, during our stay, our room was not cleaned. We requested fresh towels, and they were delivered promptly, which we appreciated. However, the staff member who brought them did not say a word and appeared quite unfriendly. We were disappointed by the lack of courtesy, as a simple greeting would have made a big difference.

-you could hear water running through the walls everytime the room above us used the bathroom. It was very loud especially when trying to sleep. -the instant coffee maker wasn’t the k cup maker i assumed which wouldn’t have been bad if there were more options of coffee other than just dark roast.

The location was spot on and great location. It would be nice to have a free breakfast for the cost of the hotel room. Free breakfast each morning.

Our travel was awful and so far behind due to construction. The staff was so wonderful with how late we checked in. Had my room key ready as i walked in the door at 4am. Wish i could have enjoyed the room longer.

We left a night early because we were invaded with ants. It was our last night so instead of packing up to change rooms, we just decided to drive home. We were very disappointed as it was our first time staying there.
