The rooms, however—or at least ours—felt dated and a bit run-down and could definitely use some updating. We spent most of our time outside the hotel, so that really wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, but if having a modern, updated room is a deal-breaker for you, you may want to look elsewhere.

Everything is great at this hotel. Except the beds. Way to firm and very uncomfortable. We did not get a good rest at all . If that is what you like thats great but very hard and not for us. Otherwise this hotel is nice location and the pool is beautiful. Hotel is clean also.

Our stay was great! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is close to many activities! Parking was plentiful. The only drawback was the people on our floor smoking marijuana seemingly on a constant basis. The hallway reeked of it.

Opened the door to my room 1. No AC on. 100 degrees outside 2. clock flashing 3. Lamp did not work. Cause is worn out plug (electric hazzard) 4. carpet wet around A.C unit 5. bathtub has a liner. Last bathwater stays under the liner . If you shower it makes a wave effect. It nearly made me fall out of the tub while showering . If you take a bath, the water spills out from under the tub into the bathtub. (Fall hazzard/biologic hazard) 6. TV says no signal. Give instructions to fix it. Nope. You have to magically know to turn it to channel two. No sign....

Great location for the conference centre festival and easy walking distance to the town. Parking included. Nice indoor pool also available. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in getting me a postal delivery for a foreign plug adaptor. 🙂

Pools, location Aged property showed in places

Our stay was great. The one thing we noticed walking in was how good it smelled. The pool area was really nice as well. And it was a short walk to the strip. The only issue we had in the room was the sliding door to the balcony was defected which made it extremely difficult to open and close. Not a huge deal because everything else was great. I definitely recommend this lodge.

The employees behind the front desk were absolutely wonderful and very kind especially John! The lady in the restaurant was very rude yesterday when we went to order a pizza we asked for sauce and she rolled her eyes and told us it would be extra, which was OK with us, but she had a horrible attitude

Cassie at check in was very helpful and nice. She also went out of way to help us with another night booking through your hotel for the next day. Also Roeyka was very helpful during our stay with helping my wife getting into our room when the key didn’t work she went with her to the room to ensure the key worked properly. Very friendly staff! Several blocks to downtown

we stayed at Glenstone Lodge for 3 nights and it was perfect. we will definitely be back

Our second time staying here (would have been our third, but I waited too long last time!). Rooms are clean, ac is cold, pool area is clean & maintained. Front counter staff are genuinely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. As Gatlinburg is a walking town, this is just far enough back to not get all the noise, but close enough to walk to/from to the main strip. Rowkeya & her manager (missed her name) and overnight lady were all SUPER!! We will return next year for sure

Rooms were clean, although very damp! Staff was excellent and very knowledgeable.The bears were awesome! Definitely would stay there again, perfect location and trolley stop at hotel.
